這是讓我感受最深的一句話。剛開始苦苦思考卻無法理解，但老師舉了一個例子后，便感觸頗深。

當我們真的踏出考場，六月的陽光灑在年輕的臉上，或許才會明白，曾盼望的這一瞬間，我們正在與太多的事情錯過。

如何利用參考書籍？How to Make Full Use of Reference Books？ Nowadays, a flood of reference books has become a great concern among students and teachers.There are all kinds of reference books in market, making students and teachers difficult to choose.Besides, reference books also bring bad influence to students and teachers.目前，大量的參考書在教師和學生中對已經形成了擔憂。市場上有各種各樣的參考書，讓學生和教師都很難選擇。除此之外，參考書也給教師和學生帶來不良的影響。

For one thing, with the help of reference books, students are inclined to think about the questions less.Owing to the elaborate explanations given by reference books, many students will adopt the answers in reference books directly without thinking independently.And in a long term, students will rely on the reference books too much and lower their thinking ability.For another, reference books limit teachers’ thinking model to some extent because some teachers rely on reference books too much.Depending on reference books is not good for teachers’ breaking through the traditional teaching model and thinking model.首先，在參考書的幫助下，學生傾向于不怎么思考問題。由于參考書給出了詳盡的解釋，許多學生都會直接采用參考書中的答案而沒有獨立思考。長期下去，學生會過于依賴參考書，降低他們的思維能力。另一方面，由于一些教師過于依靠參考書，在某種程度上參考書也限制了他們的思維模式。依靠參考書并不利于教師突破傳統的教學模式和思維模式。

Therefore, we should make use of reference books properly.First, think about the question before you use reference books.Then find out the difference between your answer and the answer given by reference books.Third, learn something new from reference books and mend your way of thinking.In addition, do not rely on reference books too much so that you can think freely.因此，我們應該正確使用參考書。首先，在使用參考書之前先思考問題。然后找出你的答案和參考書中給出的答案之間的差異。第三，從參考書中學習新的知識，改進思維方式。此外，不要過多地依賴參考書，這樣你才可以自由思考。

提高大學生出勤率 Increase Attendence Rate in College Low attendance rate has been a big problem among colleges and universities.To avoid this problem and finish their teaching tasks, different teachers come up with various methods.There are two common methods as following.在高校中低出勤率一直是一個大問題。為了避免這個問題，完成教學任務，不同的教師想出了不同的方法。以下是兩種常見的方法。

The most common-used method is to call over.Teachers call over each class or after an interval of one or two classes and write down the names of the absent students.And usually, if someone’s name is written down more than three times, they will lose their qualification in taking part in the final exam of this class, which means they need to repeat the class next time.Another method usually used in smaller classes is to ask questions at random.Teachers will ask some students to answer the questions to check if they attend the class.最常用的方法是點名。每節課老師都點名或者在一節課和兩節課之間的間隔中點名，然后寫下缺席的學生的名字。通常，如果有人的名字被登記超過三次，他們就不能參加這門課程的期末考試，這就意味著他們需要重修這門課。另一個在小班中常用的方法是隨機提問問題。老師會叫一些學生來回答問題來檢查他們是否有來上課。

However, even though these methods force students to attend the classes and increase the attendance rate to some extent, it doesn't solve the problem throughout.In my opinion, the most important point is that teacher should improve their teaching skills, break through traditional teaching model and try to make their classes more active and interesting so that students will attend the classes of their own accord.Meantime, students should try to improve their self-discipline ability and learn to appreciate the advantages of their teachers.然而，盡管這些方法可以強迫學生去上課而且出勤率在某種程度上也有所增長，但這并不能徹底地解決問題。我覺得最重要的一點是教師要提高他們的教學技能，突破傳統的教學模式，來使他們的課變得更生動有趣，這樣學生們才會主動去上課。同時，學生應該努力提高自己的自律能力并學會欣賞他們老師的優點。

大學生逃課現象 Skipping Classes in College Campus Skipping classes is quite common in college campus in that students have more freedom on college than ever before.But why do they want to skip classes? Different students have different reasons concerning it.在大學中逃課是很常見的，因為學生們在大學中得到的自由比以往都要多。但是為什么他們要逃課？對于這一問題不同的學生有不同的原因。

There are some reasons given by some students.First, some students skip their classes just because they don’t like the classes.They think that some classes are quite boring and time-wasting, as well as they can’t learn a lot from the classes.Therefore, they skip this kind of classes to study individually.This is one of the reasons for high absence rate in some public courses.Second, many students skip their classes because they lack of self-discipline and are indulged in other things, such as playing online games.They cannot control themselves well and finally lost their aim and motivation to learn.In addition, oversleeping and being ill are also the reasons for class absence.They consider that their absence will not be noticed if they teachers don’t call over.一些學生說了很多理由。首先，一些學生逃課僅僅只是因為他們不喜歡那門課。他們覺得一些課程是非常乏味、浪費時間的，而且從課堂上他們也學不到什么東西。因此，他們就逃了那一類課，然后去自習。這是一些公共課程中高缺勤率的原因之一。第二，很多學生逃課是因為他們缺乏自律并沉迷于其他事情，如，玩在線游戲。他們自控能力不是很好，終于會丟失學習目標和學習動機。另外，睡過頭，生病也是上課缺席的原因。他們覺得如果老師不點名的話他們不去上課也不會被發現。

There are various reasons for skipping classes, but as far as I am concerned, skipping classes should not be advocated because students always can learn something from each class, no matter how boring the class is.In addition, skipping classes is a kind of waste of money.What’s more, attending classes is also a kind of respect for our teachers.Therefore, please attend each class as much as possible.有各種各樣的逃課理由，但我覺得不應該提倡不上課，因為每一門課學生都可以從中學到一些東西，不管那門課是有多么的無聊課。而且，逃課也是浪費錢的一種方式。更重要的是，去上課也是對老師的尊重。因此，請盡量地去上課吧。

回顧2008 Back in 2008 2008: It is the most unforgettable year for our Chinese, since we underwent so many things.Looking back on that year, I found it eventful.2008是我們中國最令人難忘的一年，我們經歷了這么多的事情。回首這一年，我發現那是一個多事之秋。

大學生考證熱 Certificate Craze on Campus It is quite a common phenomenon that college students are enthusiastic over getting all kinds of certificates, such as accountant certificate, teacher certificate and so on.What is the reason for that? And it should be advocated or not?

這是一個相當普遍的現象，大學生都熱衷于獲得各種證書，如會計證書，教師資格證書等。這是為什么呢？應不應該提倡呢？

In my opinion, there are two reasons accounting for the phenomenon.For one thing, many students think that the more certificates they get now, the more chances they can get a good job in the future.They are told that the companies or institutions think highly of the certificate when interviewing.Therefore, they try their best to get all kinds of certificates, even though some have no any relationship with their majors or interests.For another, following others’ choices is another reason.A number of students go to purse the certificates because they find that many classmates around them are doing that so they think it would be safe to follow others.在我看來，有兩個原因。一方面，許多學生認為他們得到了越多的證書，將來他們能夠得到一份好工作的機會就越大。他們被告知說，公司或一些機構在采訪的時候都認為證書很重要。因此，他們努力獲得各種證書，即使是一些和他們專業和興趣沒有任何關系的證書。另一方面，隨波逐流也是一個原因。許多學生用錢去買證書，因為他們發現他們周圍的很多同學都是這樣做的，所以他們覺得跟著別人會比較安全些。

From my point of view, it is not wise for everyone to follow others’ steps to get all kinds of certificates.I consider that we should make our choices combining with our own concrete conditions.Besides, certificate is not the only one criterion to measure our ability and we should not be too enthusiastic over it.在我看來，每個人都跟隨別人的腳步去獲得各種證書是不明智的。我認為我們應該結合自己的具體情況而做出選擇。此外，證書并不是衡量自己能力的唯一標準，我們不應該對它過于熱衷。

機器翻譯與人腦翻譯 Machine Translation and Human Translation Nowadays, all sorts of translation software or electronic dictionaries are emerging in an endless stream and people can get a lot of help from using of them when studying and working.Therefore, some people say that new translation tools will inevitably replace the human translation one day in that translation software or machines are becoming increasing exact and accurate in dealing with the words or phrases, even the sentences.In addition, compared with human translation, new translation tools are more convenient and less time-consuming.如今，各種翻譯軟件或電子詞典層出不窮，在學習或者工作中人們可以從中得到很多幫助。因此，有人說新的翻譯工具將會替代人工翻譯因為軟件或機器翻譯在處理單詞或短語甚至是句子的時候越來越精確。此外，與人工翻譯相比，新的翻譯工具更方便、更省時。

However, on the other hand, some people hold that translation machine will never replace human translation, as computer will never replace human brain.The sentences or the passages translated by translation machines are rigid and inflexible because translation machines cannot change or convert the meaning of the words or phrases according to different occasions.And what’s worse, if we depend on translation machines too much, we will be lazy in thinking independently and likely to lose our ability of thinking.然而，另一方面，有些人認為翻譯機器永遠都不會取代人工翻譯就像電腦永遠不會取代人腦一樣。由翻譯工具翻出來的句子或者段落會比較僵化死板因為翻譯機器不能根據不同場合改變單詞或短語的意思。更糟糕的是，如果我們過于依賴翻譯機器，我們會懶于進行獨立思考，可能會失去思考的能力。

Taking above into consideration, I support the latter.As far as I am concerned, we should never let ourselves controlled by digital products or other things.As for translation, I think that we should try our best to do it by ourselves at first before using the tools, especially the students.綜上所述，我支持后者。在我看來，我們不應該讓自己受數碼產品或其他東西控制。至于翻譯，我認為我們應該在使用翻譯工具之前盡我們最大的努力去想，尤其是學生。

高中生活 High School Life According to my memory, my high school life was full of happiness and fortune because of my lovely friend and teacher.They are sunshine in my high school life.根據記憶，我的高中生活充滿了幸福和運氣，因為有可愛的朋友和老師。他們是我高中生活的陽光。

But what are the reasons for our government to encourage college students to start their own undertakings? 現代社會中的家庭主男 House Husband in Modern Society Nowadays, house husband has become a hot phenomenon in modern society.As we all know that no matter what country, it’s a tradition that men play a core role in family who always take the burden to earn money to support their family.But things are kind of different as society develops, more and more men are beginning to take over housework while women go out from house.In my point of view, I think this is not a big deal.如今，家庭主男已經成為現代社會中的一個熱點現象。我們都知道，無論什么樣的國家，男人在家庭中起著核心作用一直都是傳統，他們接起掙錢養家的責任。但隨著社會的發展，情況已經變了，越來越多的男性開始接管家務，而女性則走出家庭。在我看來，這并不是什么大不了的事情。

In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it comes to money, there is no room for reputation.As society develops, the life standard are rising, and everything for living is much expensive than before, if couples want to guarantee their life quality, then they should let the one who earn better to work, although the one is female.首先，家庭主男對男性來說可能是一個可恥的稱呼，但當談到錢的時候，名聲就站不住腳了。隨著社會的發展，生活水平的提高，生活中的一切東西都比以前昂貴了，如果一對夫婦要保證他們的生活質量，那么他們應該讓工資更高的人去工作，就算那個是女性也一樣。

In the second place, it’s fine for women to support family as long as they earn better than men.In the past, women always were treated very badly, and they got no rights to be educated, to work.In some countries, they can’t even show their face to others.A traditional female role is to stay at home, taking care of children and do all of the housework.But now, lots of women have a good job, so that they totally have the ability to be the economic backbone.Therefore, in order to take good care of family, men are likely to stay at home to do housework.I don’t think it’s a shame for men, because no matter what you do, as long as you do it well, you are successful.第二，只要女性能比男性掙得更多，讓她們來支撐家庭也是可以的。在過去，女性一直被惡劣對待，他們也沒有受教育，工作的權利。在一些國家，她們甚至不能給別人看她們的臉。傳統的女性角色是呆在家里，照顧孩子，做所有的家務。但是現在，許多女性都有一份好的工作，他們完全有能力成為家里的經濟支柱。因此，為了照顧家庭，男性更有可能呆在家里做家務。我不認為這是男人的恥辱，因為無論你做什么，只要你做得好，你就是成功的。

To sum up, people should change their opinion about core role of a family.It’s acceptable for women to support the family, and there is no shame for men to do the housework.As long as you remember life quality comes first.綜上所述，人們應該改變關于在家庭中誰起核心作用的觀點。女性養家是可接受的，所以男性做家務也是不用感到羞恥的。只要記住生活質量才是最重要的。

There is no denying that people can get a lot benefits from reading classics.On the one hand, it is a good way for readers to broaden their horizon and increase their knowledge in many aspects.For instance, they can learn the society characters by reading classic literature novels about history or culture.On the other hand, it also provides a chance for them to enhance their aesthetic taste in that most of classics has a very beautiful or unique language style and arts, which gives readers more enjoyment and interest.不可否認的是人們從閱讀經典中可以獲益匪淺。另一方面，閱讀經典也是讓讀者開闊視野、多方面增加知識的好方式。例如，他們可以通過閱讀關于歷史和文化的文學經典小說來了解社會人物。另一方面，閱讀經典還為他們提供增強審美觀的機會，因為大部分的經典都有著美麗而獨特的語言風格和藝術，這可以給讀者更多的享受和興趣。

Major Student should learn well on their major, so that they can get a good job in the future.Universities develops the curriculum about student’s major field ensure student learn more on that field.Moreover, the curriculum focuses on the major will not confuse student’s goals.They will know what exactly they should do by paying all their attention on one field.學生應該學好他們的專業知識，這樣他們才能在將來獲得一份好工作。高校開展專業課程來確保學生在該專業領域學到更多。確保學生的學習更多關于那場。而且，課程的重點主要集中在專業上，不會干擾到學生的目標。把注意力集中在一個領域可以讓他們確切地知道什么是應該做的。

Firstly, a broad field of knowledge is not enough for getting a good job.I am afraid that the curriculum covers a broad field will make students know many things but good for nothing.It is better to have a curriculum focuses on one field and that it is easier for students to have more time working on their major and learn deep on it.Having good knowledge can help students to find a good job after graduate.首先，廣闊的知識領域對于找到一份好的工作是不夠的。恐怕覆蓋了廣泛領域的課程會讓學生了解很多事情但是卻一點用都沒有。最好是有一門課把重點只放在一個領域上，這樣學生可以更容易有更多的時間來學習專業知識并進行深入學習。具有良好的知識可以幫助學生畢業后找到一份好工作。

From all these above , I think that universities should develop a curriculum focuses on student’s major field to make sure student have more time to work on their major and do well on it.If students want to learn something more than their major, they can learn it after school, there is no need to develop a curriculum covers a broad range of fields.從上述中，我認為大學應該開展專業課程來確保學生有更多的時間放在專業上，并學好。如果學生想比專業知識學習更多，他們可以放學后學習，沒有必要開設涵蓋廣泛領域的課程。

城市生活 City Life Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern, we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others prefer living in the city.In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has advantages and disadvantages.根據個人經歷，個性與情感關注的不同，我們發現有人持在鄉村生活的想法，而另一些人則更喜歡住在城市。在我看來，我更喜歡城市生活，雖然它有優點也有缺點。
