是梧桐樹(shù)的落葉鋪就林蔭大道的10月，是形形色色的文化活動(dòng)紛紛登場(chǎng)的秋天，中國(guó)文化年就在這金色的收獲季節(jié)來(lái)到法國(guó)。

The broad avenues carpeted with fallen leaves of plane trees ushers in the Year of Chinese Culture in October, the golden fall in France.昨天，中國(guó)文化年在法國(guó)首都巴黎隆重開(kāi)幕，我們見(jiàn)到的法國(guó)各界朋友，都為燦爛的中華文化以如此氣派的場(chǎng)面、如此繽紛的色彩和多樣的形式在法蘭西登場(chǎng)而感到欣慰。國(guó)務(wù)委員陳至立在開(kāi)幕新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上回答記者提問(wèn)時(shí)說(shuō)：“閉上眼睛想一想，中國(guó)首次在國(guó)外舉辦文化年，不選擇法國(guó)選擇誰(shuí)？”

The Year of Chinese Culture was inaugurated on Oct.7 in Paris.Our French friends we met here all felt pleased and hailed the splendid Chinese culture from afar.In response to a question at the press conference Chen Zhili, member of the Standing Committee of the State Council put it like this, “Close your eyes and muse upon it.Is there any other choice better than France for the Year of Chinese Culture to make its maiden show out of China?”

是啊，舍法國(guó)其誰(shuí)？法國(guó)是世界性文化大國(guó)，它向世人展示的形象，既是世界第四經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國(guó)，又是獨(dú)具魅力、散發(fā)著文化氣息的國(guó)度。特別要指出的是，當(dāng)今法國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)堅(jiān)持文化多樣性特別執(zhí)著，他們?cè)诼?lián)合國(guó)的講壇上，在外交、文化等眾多國(guó)際活動(dòng)領(lǐng)域，強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)其它文化和文明應(yīng)持欣賞和學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度。眾所周知，法國(guó)總統(tǒng)希拉克熱愛(ài)東方文化，他對(duì)青銅器的鑒賞能力達(dá)到專家水平。前年巴黎集美博物館（即法國(guó)國(guó)立亞洲藝術(shù)博物館）修復(fù)竣工重新開(kāi)放，希拉克在參觀瓷器館時(shí)，對(duì)著展品畢恭畢敬地鞠躬。當(dāng)法國(guó)報(bào)紙刊出這幅照片時(shí)，我們的心靈受到震動(dòng)。有這樣的文化理解基礎(chǔ)，中法這兩個(gè)東西方文化大國(guó)攜手合作互辦文化年，顯然是合乎邏輯的。

Dominique de Villepin, French Minister of Foreign Affairs, writes beautiful essays and poems as he took a liking in literature.At the opening ceremony, he made a sincere and moving speech in which he says: “ The Year of Chinese Culture offers us an opportunity to understand China from different angles, especially from her diversified forms of culture, her vigorous and enthusiastic creativeness.”

中國(guó)文化年之無(wú)錫新年文化調(diào)查研究

新年剛過(guò)，濃郁的年味依舊沒(méi)有散去，人們也仍然沉醉在新年的氣氛當(dāng)中。

首先介紹一下新年的由來(lái)。春節(jié)象征團(tuán)結(jié)、興旺，對(duì)未來(lái)寄托新的希望的佳節(jié)。據(jù)記載，中國(guó)人民過(guò)春節(jié)已有4千多年的歷史，它是由虞舜興起的。公元前兩千多年的一天，舜即天子位，帶領(lǐng)著部下人員，祭拜天地。從此，人們就把這一天當(dāng)作歲首，算是正月初一。據(jù)說(shuō)這就是農(nóng)歷新年的由來(lái)，后來(lái)叫春節(jié)。春節(jié)過(guò)去也叫元旦。春節(jié)所在的這一月叫元月。正月初一古稱元日、元辰、元正、元朔、元旦等,自漢武帝太初元年始，以夏年（農(nóng)歷）正月初一為“歲首”。其實(shí)對(duì)于這個(gè)新年的來(lái)歷，人們?cè)诟鱾€(gè)地方的說(shuō)法并不相同。

然后，了解一下在咱們江南地區(qū)過(guò)年的習(xí)俗。除夕到來(lái)，人們?cè)陂T上都貼上新春聯(lián)。有的在屋檐間插上冬青、柏枝、芝麻箕等，取常青、百事如意、節(jié)節(jié)高等吉利；有的在天井庭院中堆起枯柴、麻秸、豆箕燃燒，認(rèn)為越燒越發(fā)；有的用石灰在場(chǎng)上畫(huà)米囤、弓劍、戟或元寶等，以祈求來(lái)年豐收和生活富裕。除夕晚上紅燭高照，通宵不滅，俗稱“守歲燭”。除夕臨睡時(shí)，又要放二聲或三聲關(guān)門爆仗。春節(jié)期間，晚輩先向長(zhǎng)輩拜年，然后至親友家賀年。親友第一次見(jiàn)面時(shí)，說(shuō)些“恭賀新喜”、“恭喜發(fā)財(cái)”、“恭喜”等話，互相祝賀。新女婿到岳父母家拜年，一般選在年初三。老人自年滿60虛歲開(kāi)始，每10年在春節(jié)期間設(shè)宴慶?！，F(xiàn)在有很多人都在小年夜，大年夜和家人在一起出去吃一頓飯，準(zhǔn)備迎接新的一年。而遠(yuǎn)方的親人們也陸陸續(xù)續(xù)地回到了家，那么回家與家人過(guò)年的意義在于：為什么要趕回家過(guò)年呢？這不僅僅是順應(yīng)一種古老傳統(tǒng)，這后面還蘊(yùn)藏著深刻的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。相比于社會(huì)、公司、工地這些日常工作、生活的單位，家有著更合人性的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)。回到家中，你有著一個(gè)不可或缺、不可替代的身份，是父親、母親，是女兒、兒子，抑或是爺爺、奶奶，血緣與情感的融和賦予了你在家中識(shí)別上的唯一性，這種不可替代的唯一性，能充分地滿足人性的自尊和情感需求。這是社會(huì)學(xué)分析得出來(lái)的結(jié)果。

或許，最能證明傳統(tǒng)文化依然在我們血肉中根深蒂固的，就是每年一次的春運(yùn)景觀。從中可見(jiàn)，那是怎樣一種家庭倫理觀的力量，而這種力量，又讓全體中國(guó)人懷著怎樣的人生幸福觀。盡管全球都在經(jīng)歷現(xiàn)代化，盡管我們社會(huì)的財(cái)富結(jié)構(gòu)和組織形式已經(jīng)科學(xué)化、合理化，然而僅春節(jié)這一點(diǎn)文化心理，就足可以看出我們和西方社會(huì)的本質(zhì)區(qū)別：維系人心的根本，在于倫理關(guān)系，而非個(gè)體成就。說(shuō)白了，中國(guó)人即使有個(gè)體成就，如果身處異鄉(xiāng)、無(wú)人分享，也終會(huì)覺(jué)得不滿足，總想著落葉歸根、衣錦還鄉(xiāng)。這就是我們對(duì)家的理解：不僅是家庭的家，更是安身立命、寄托靈魂歸宿的神圣之地。這些大概是隨便從哪個(gè)州移到哪個(gè)州，并無(wú)固定鄉(xiāng)里概念的西方人難以理解的。而我們所有剪不斷理還亂的歸鄉(xiāng)情懷，通過(guò)春節(jié)的集體儀式，年復(fù)一年，得到了鞏固。

如今，即便是時(shí)尚潮流的年輕人都在潛意識(shí)里要回家過(guò)年，和親人團(tuán)聚，可見(jiàn)，中國(guó)的年文化已在人們的心中根深蒂固。

第三篇：法國(guó)總統(tǒng)新年致辭

Mes chers compatriotes, L'année 2008 s'achève.Elle a été rude.C'est la raison pour laquelle je veux penser d'abord à ceux que la vie a durement éprouvés, à ceux qui ont perdu leur emploi sans y être pour quoi que ce soit, à ceux qui sont victimes d'injustice, à ceux qui doivent affronter l'absence d'un être cher.Je veux penser à nos soldats qui en ce moment même risquent leur vie pour notre sécurité et pour la paix.Je veux penser à leurs familles qui vivent douloureusement cette séparation.Et plus encore à ceux qui pleurent un fils, un mari, un fiancé, un père.Pour tous les Fran?ais, cette année a été difficile.La crise économique et financière mondiale est venue ajouter son lot de peines et de souffrances.Chacun d'entre vous en subit les conséquences.Face à cette crise je mesure la responsabilité qui est la mienne.Cette responsabilité je l'assumerai pour que tous ceux qui en ont besoin soient protégés par l'Etat et que notre pays sorte plus fort de cette épreuve.Depuis que les difficultés sont apparues je vous ai toujours dit la vérité et j'ai agi.C'était mon devoir.Le pire aurait été que, dans cette situation, chaque pays décide sans se préoccuper des autres.Les initiatives que j'ai prises au nom de la présidence fran?aise de l'Union européenne pour coordonner l'action de tous les Européens et pour réunir les chefs d'état des vingt plus grandes puissances mondiales à Washington, ont permis d'éviter que le monde s'engage sur la pente du chacun pour soi qui aurait été fatale.De même, l'immobilisme serait une faute.J'ai promis que les mêmes causes ne produiraient plus les mêmes effets.La France a exigé des changements pour moraliser le capitalisme, promouvoir l'entrepreneur sur le spéculateur, sanctionner les excès inacceptables qui vous ont scandalisés à juste titre, pour redonner à la dimension humaine toute sa place dans l'économie.Nous obtiendrons des résultats lors du prochain sommet de Londres le 2 avril.Dans une période de crise comme le monde n'en avait pas connu depuis bien longtemps, j'ai essayé de changer l'Europe.Depuis toujours j'ai la conviction que l'Europe ne doit pas subir mais agir et protéger.Avec la réponse commune à la crise financière, la résolution de la crise géorgienne, la création de l'Union pour la Méditerranée, l'accord sur le climat et l'énergie, la preuve est faite désormais que c'est possible.Ce n'était qu'un premier pas.Il faut continuer car je reste persuadé que le monde a besoin d'une Europe forte, indépendante, imaginative.Les difficultés qui nous attendent en 2009 seront grandes.J'en suis pleinement conscient.Je suis plus décidé que jamais à y faire face, avec le souci de la justice, avec l'obsession d'obtenir des résultats.Après avoir préservé les économies de chacun grace au plan de sauvetage des banques, ce sont les emplois de tous qu'il faut désormais sauver.Le plan de relance massif de l'investissement de 26 milliards d'euros qui a été décidé y contribuera.C'est un effort considérable.Des mesures ont été arrêtées pour sauver notre industrie automobile, en contrepartie de l'engagement des constructeurs de ne plus délocaliser leur production.D'autres initiatives seront prises avec le fonds souverain dont nous nous sommes dotés pour préserver notre tissu industriel.Nous serons pragmatiques, attentifs, réactifs et s'il faut faire davantage, nous le ferons mais en gardant notre sang froid.Les difficultés, mes chers compatriotes, nous avons les moyens de les affronter.A condition d'être solidaires les uns des autres.Je ne laisserai pas les plus fragiles se débattre seuls dans les pires difficultés.Dans l'épreuve, la solidarité doit jouer sans que le travail soit découragé.C'est pourquoi j'ai voulu que soit créé le RSA, qui s'appliquera pour la 1ère fois en 2009.Désormais, chaque Fran?ais qui reprendra un travail sera encouragé, valorisé, récompensé.Pour nous en sortir chacun devra faire des efforts.Car de cette crise va na?tre un monde nouveau auquel nous devons nous préparer en travaillant plus, en investissant davantage, en poursuivant les réformes qu'il n'est pas question d'arrêter car elles sont vitales pour notre avenir.Durant l'année 2009, nous réformerons l'h?pital dont les personnels sont admirables de dévouement et de compétences, la formation professionnelle indispensable pour que chacun ait la chance d'un emploi, notre organisation territoriale que tant de conservatismes ont rendu inextricables, la recherche qui conditionne notre compétitivité.Je pense aussi à la réforme du lycée qui est nécessaire pour éviter l'échec de tant de nos enfants dans l'enseignement supérieur et l'injustice qui fait que tant de fils et de filles, de familles modestes n'ont pas les mêmes chances que les autres.J'ai demandé que soit pris le temps de la concertation, parce que prendre le temps de réfléchir ensemble, ce n'est pas perdre du temps pour la réforme.C'est en gagner.Je pense enfin à la réforme de notre procédure pénale si importante pour mieux protéger nos libertés individuelles, dont la nécessité s'est faite jour plusieurs fois de fa?on criante durant l'année écoulée.Mes chers compatriotes, toutes ces réformes, je les mènerai avec le Premier ministre Fran?ois Fillon et le gouvernement, non par esprit de système mais parce qu'elles sont la condition qui permettra à la France de se faire une place dans ce nouveau monde qui se construit.Ainsi, nous deviendrons plus compétitifs, plus innovants.Et en même temps, nous préserverons les valeurs qui font notre spécificité : le travail, l'effort, le mérite, la la?cité et la solidarité, sans laquelle aucun effort n'est acceptable.Enfin, la France continuera d'agir en Afrique, en Asie, et bien s?r au Moyen Orient où je me rendrai dès lundi parce que c'est la vocation de la France de chercher partout les chemins de la paix, comme c'est dans sa vocation d'agir pour les droits de l'homme.Mes chers Compatriotes, La crise nous oblige à changer plus vite et plus profondément.La crise est une épreuve.Elle est aussi un défi.Ce défi là, je veux le relever avec vous.Vous pouvez compter sur moi.Nous avons des atouts 紅山文化

中國(guó)文化博大精深，上下五千年的歷史積淀下來(lái)的是中華民族的精髓。在璀璨多彩的中國(guó)文化中如果要選出一個(gè)來(lái)講述，那么首先映入腦海的就是發(fā)源于我家鄉(xiāng)的“紅山文化”。

我的家鄉(xiāng)在內(nèi)蒙古赤峰市，位于內(nèi)蒙古東部，蒙冀遼三省區(qū)交匯處，總面積9.0275萬(wàn)平方公里，轄3區(qū)7旗2縣，總?cè)丝?34萬(wàn)，是內(nèi)蒙古第一人口大市。赤峰的意思也就是紅色的山峰，這是因?yàn)樵诔喾迨杏幸蛔麄€(gè)山體都是有紅色巖石構(gòu)成的山峰，紅色巖石構(gòu)成的山峰很多人可能未曾聽(tīng)說(shuō)，更未曾謀面，而我居住在赤峰市，很幸運(yùn)的能夠親眼見(jiàn)到這樣的奇觀，并多次與同學(xué)攀登。也許在外人眼里，紅色的山峰很罕見(jiàn)，甚至可以說(shuō)是奇觀，但在每一個(gè)赤峰人眼里，似乎再平常不過(guò)，每一個(gè)居住在赤峰市的人，應(yīng)該都曾攀登過(guò)，都曾在山頂俯視過(guò)整座小城。離開(kāi)家鄉(xiāng)后，沒(méi)有再爬過(guò)山，也不曾再有機(jī)會(huì)看到火一樣的巖石，也不再有火一般激情了，此時(shí)才開(kāi)始真正的懷念起在家鄉(xiāng)的日子，懷念起撫摸著如同灑滿買一個(gè)赤峰人鮮血的紅色巖石的感覺(jué)。

說(shuō)起紅山文化，我雖然是一個(gè)土生土長(zhǎng)的赤峰人，但是對(duì)于紅山文化的了解，也僅限于電視上與書(shū)本上的介紹，未曾真正的去查閱有關(guān)資料，所以，在這里也就簡(jiǎn)單的談一下我所了解到得幾點(diǎn)。

紅山文化中聞名中外的要數(shù)玉器，紅山文化玉器是中國(guó)新石器時(shí)代紅山文化遺址中發(fā)現(xiàn)的玉器。紅山文化玉器最早發(fā)現(xiàn)于遼寧省凌源縣牛河梁遺址，1942年考古工作者曾在那里見(jiàn)到一件勾云紋玉佩。以后，在紅山文化諸遺址中多有玉器發(fā)現(xiàn)，以凌源縣牛河梁、三官甸子、喀左縣東山嘴等遺址出土較多，內(nèi)蒙古翁牛特旗三星他拉、敖漢旗大洼、遼寧省阜新縣胡頭溝等處也有不少重要玉器發(fā)現(xiàn)。紅山文化出土的成批玉器中多數(shù)為動(dòng)物造型的裝飾品，構(gòu)成這一文化的顯著特征。紅山文化最具代表性的器物是神秘精美的玉器，如現(xiàn)在眾所周知的出土于“內(nèi)蒙古翁牛特旗三星他拉”紅山文化遺址中的“c”型玉龍，就是紅山文化的遺物，由于它已經(jīng)具備了龍的基本特征，而且是現(xiàn)在發(fā)現(xiàn)的最早的龍文化的實(shí)物，因此被喻為“中華第一龍”。紅山出土c形玉雕龍無(wú)足、無(wú)爪、無(wú)角、無(wú)鱗、無(wú)鰭，它代表了早期中國(guó)龍的形象。玉龍的形狀，有人推測(cè)來(lái)源于馬，野豬，熊等形象。紅山文化玉龍，第一，是多種動(dòng)物特征的組合。神話了動(dòng)物形象進(jìn)行加工的。那么這件玉器是做什么用的呢？許多學(xué)者認(rèn)為是氏族首領(lǐng)在祭祀活動(dòng)中，進(jìn)行禮儀活動(dòng)的神器。巫師通神通天地使用的。玉龍的發(fā)現(xiàn)非常重要，是原始文化原始崇拜的表現(xiàn)。反映了早期人們的生活狀態(tài)。

從此“c”字的玉龍，也為許多雜志的壓題照片，成為華夏銀行的標(biāo)志，更成為紅山文化的象征。

紅山文化這一重大發(fā)現(xiàn)，把中華文明史提前了一千多年，為夏代以前的“三皇五帝”傳說(shuō)，找到了實(shí)物依據(jù)，在中華文明發(fā)展過(guò)程中，具有極其重要的歷史地位。
