第一篇：外語學院英語專業畢業論文大綱

一、總綱

畢業論文，是大學本科教學的最后一個環節。是對整個大學階段學習的回顧與總結，是學生綜合能力的體現，也是對學生的一次語言及相關科學研究的一次基本訓練，因此，要求學生以高度認真負責的態度對待此項工作。

做好畢業論文的指導工作是整個大學教學和教育的重要和必要內容，也是理論教學的重要組成部分。每一位教師都要以高度的社會責任感和敬業精神投入到此項工作中去，指導學生順利完成畢業論文任務。

二、畢業論文的階段及要求

論文工作主要分以下幾個階段：準備（資料的收集與整理、閱讀文獻）、撰寫提綱、第一稿、第二稿、第三稿、定稿與答辯。

（一）準備：學生可以自由選擇研究范圍（語言、文學、文化、社會問題、應用英語、經濟、貿易、科技、社會生活等），但要在教師的指導下對研究對象進行資料的收集整理和分析來確定畢業論文題目。

（二）撰寫提綱：

學生在指導教師的指導下分析和研究所采集的資料的基礎上，撰寫畢業論文提綱。同時也要求每一位指導教師在學生形成畢業論文提綱前一定要與每位被指導的學生進行討論，畢業論文提綱應盡量做到全面縝密，理順所要論述內容，避免以后反復修改。

（三）第一稿：要求學生必須嚴格按照指導教師審定后的畢業論文提綱進行寫作，不可自行其是，隨意更換主題。第一稿完成以后，指導教師主要檢查學生是否按照既定的提綱和思想在寫作，及時發現問題及時糾正。如學生采取不認真的態度，指導教師應對其提出嚴肅的批評教育，拒不接受者，指導教師有權提出相應的處理意見，或交學院畢業論文工作小組處理。如果指導教師不認真指導，隨意放學生過關，以后階段出現的問題由該教師本人負責。

（四）第二稿：要求學生不僅要繼續補充第一稿之不足，同時要求在表達上要有所提高。在接到第二稿以后，指導教師閱讀后應指出存在的問題，以便學生及時改正。

（五）第三稿：要求學生在文風、文章格式、修辭等方面有所提高。指導教師要對第三稿進行全面的審閱，并提出修改意見，以保證定稿打印時所有的錯誤和疏漏都得到更正，錯誤率控制在規定范圍內。同時，教師還要提醒學生在打印前再校對，以保證盡可能地將正確的版本打印出來。

（六）畢業論文答辯：畢業論文的答辯是畢業論文工作的最后階段，要求學生予以充分的準備和重視。論文答辯前，學生們必須充分熟悉論文，答辯時，要求學生能脫稿進行5~10分鐘的畢業論文內容的陳述，并流利、準確地回答答辯委員提出的問題。在答辯過程中，參加答辯的教師要對答辯人的語言技能（語音、語法、詞匯、語用）、口筆頭能力、論文內容和答辯的表現進行認真紀錄，客觀公正地評分。

二、畢業論文的內容：

畢業論文的內容可以涉及語言知識、與語言有關的問題（如，語言教學、文化等）和相關專業的知識和內容（如經濟、貿易、管理、市場營銷等）。其他內容，須經論文審題小組集體審定。學生有選擇的論文內容的自由，指導教師可以提出建議，但不能代替學生做出決定。論文內容要能反映社會和時代特征，具有理論價值或實踐意義，有新穎性。論文可以對某個理論問題的探討，也可以是實踐問題的解決。論文不僅要反映學生的綜合能力，而且要反映他們對相關問題的較為正確的論述，要有一定的獨立見解。論文必須做到主題明確、論據清晰、內容具體而充實，切忌空談。寫翻譯的論文，除實例分析外，還要提供原文的譯文，以便弄清譯論的依據。如果論文是實踐性的，它必須提出一定的解決途徑、方案。

三、畢業論文的評審：

指導教師在對論文評定成績時，要參照學生的學習成績、平時表現出的語言水平和專業八級考試的成績，以正確衡量學生真實的語言和認識水平。指導教師對學生的畢業論文成績提出異議，如不被采納，可提交學院畢業論文工作小組商議和仲裁。指導教師如發現學生的畢業論文有抄襲現象，應及時向學生指出，學生若不接受批評，指導教師應提交到學院畢業論文工作小組處理，嚴重者取消論文資格。指導教師應杜絕送分的做法，也不可因個人原因影響對學生論文評價的客觀性和公正性。

四、論文的格式：

論文的規格：正文長度5，500—8，500單詞。

使用的語言：英語

論文分題目、引言、正文、參考文獻、致謝等部分。

引文要注明出處。直接引用要加引號，間接引文要以轉述的方式出現。然后以括號把引文來源寫清楚：（作者名，年份，引文所在頁碼）

論文正文部分：

1、題目大寫，三號字，新時代羅馬字，大寫下面可寫一個附標題，4號字；

2、作者名，5號字，班級，學號

3、指導教師名，5號字，職稱

4、摘要：用300詞，5號字,英文一頁,中文一頁

5、關鍵詞：不能用專有名詞，詞與詞之間空四格（或一個Tab鍵），不加標點符號

6、正文：用5號字，大部分標題用5號字黑體、小部分、小小部分。大部分用羅馬字，小不分用一般數字符號：

引言：引入正題，不超過2段

五、畢業論文質量標準

（一）選題恰當、與畢業生的知識水平與認識能力相當；

（二）內容豐富、資料翔實、論證充分有力；

（三）觀點正確、邏輯性強、無違反國家大政方針的觀點；

（四）敘述清楚、層次清晰而豐富；

（五）語言表達正確，無拼寫錯誤、語言錯誤控制在20-25%00（萬分之二十到二十五）；

（六）用詞、造句、謀篇、布局等方面無明顯失誤，修辭錯誤率控制在2%。

外語學院英語專業畢業論文撰寫要求及注意事項

一、論文選題

學生根據自己所長在“語言、文化、文學、翻譯、教學”等方面初步擬定一 個題目，也可從指導教師小組給出的題目中選用一個。所選的題目必須經指導教師同意后方可廣泛收集與論文有關的資料。在此基礎上填寫《西南政法大學本科畢業論文開題報告書》。

二、論文撰寫

1．在正式撰寫論文前，須事先擬定一個提綱（outline）交與指導教師，經導師修正后方可正式開始撰寫。

2．論文要求用英語撰寫，字數要求3000—5000單詞。

3．撰寫中學生要尊重指導教師，主動接受導師的檢查和指導，定期向導師匯報論文的進度和存在的問題，保證畢業論文反映出自己最高水平。

4．獨立完成論文各環節的工作，嚴禁抄襲和請人代替完成畢業論文。嚴禁從網上直接下載他人文章作為自己的畢業論文。以上情況一經發現，其畢業論文一律按不及格處理。

5．所寫論文應立意新穎，內容充實，論據充分，結論可信。

三、論文撰寫格式

1．論文題目（英文，應簡短、明確、有概括性）2．作者姓名（漢語拼音，如：Zhang Junjie）3．作者所在學院（英文）、郵編

4．摘要（英文，應高度概括論文的內容、方法和觀點，以及取得的成果和結論，反映整個論文的精華。要客觀陳述、獨立成文，200詞左右。）

5．關鍵詞（英文，3—8個）6．前言 7．正文 8．結論

9．注釋：注釋是對論著正文中某一特定內容的進一步解釋或補充說明。畢業論文的注釋統一采用腳注，每頁按先后順序單獨編號，在正文的相關處用上標表明，用數字加圓圈標注（如①，②……）。

10．參考文獻：參考文獻是作者寫作時所參考的文獻書目，一般集中列于文末。所羅列的參考文獻應是正式出版物，包括期刊、書籍、論文集等。參考文獻的格式以《中國英語教學》雜志為準，按作者姓氏的字母順序排列，中文文獻位于英文文獻之后。如： References Harmer, J.1984.ThePracticeof English Language Teaching.London: Longman.Richard, J.1976.“The role of English teaching”, TESOL Quarterly 10/1:77-89.Virginia Yip.1995.Interlanguage and Learbability.New York: John Benjamins Publishing Company.劉潤清, 1999.《論大學英語教學》.北京：外語教學與研究出版社.牛強, 2000.過渡語的石化現象及其教學啟示,《外語與外語教學》第5期.11．打印格式：論文經指導教師審閱定稿后，由學生用標準的A4紙打印，標題用3號Arial Black字體，作者姓名、所在學院、郵編、摘要、關鍵詞用小4號Arial Narrow字體，正文用小4號Times New Rome字體，注釋和參考文獻用5號Times New Rome字體。論文一級標題采用加粗的4號Times New Rome字體，其余各級標題均采用加粗的小4號Times New Rome字體。封面采用西南政法大學論文統一封面（請到學校教務處網站下載）。

12．正文標題層次格式：正文段落均采用首行縮進格式，段落與段落之間不空行。各級標題格式舉例如下：

四、論文交稿時間

第7學期學生需與指導教師聯絡一次，初步擬定論文題目。第8學期第4周交初稿；第6周填寫中期檢查表，第12周學生上交定稿。第14周教師完成評閱工作。不按時交論文定稿而影響論文成績者，其后果由學生自己承擔。

五、論文交稿要求

畢業論文要求交打印稿，一式三份。優秀畢業論文一式四份。所有論文在下學期第十六周用英語進行論文答辯。

外語學院英語專業2011屆畢業生畢業論文指導教師注意事項

一、指導教師接到任務后，請與本周內召集所帶學生開預備會，制定論文寫作的時間表，并且指導學生學習“外國語學院英語專業本科畢業論文撰寫規范”文件（見外語學院網站下載專區）。

二、指導學生在三周之內完成開題工作：包括確定論文題目、審閱論文提綱、填寫開題報告和任務書。

三、開題報告中“畢業設計（論文）工作計劃安排”一欄統一填寫：

第七學期第14周：確定論文寫作方向。

第八學期第5—6周：交論文提綱，完成開題工作。

第7—11周：寫初稿，并準備教務處中期抽查。

第11周末：完成初稿，交指導老師審閱。

第12—14周：根據指導老師意見修改初稿，完成第二、三稿。第14—15周：論文定稿，印刷、裝訂（一式3份）。

任務書中“進度安排”一欄應與此相一致。

四、指導教師應嚴格審閱學生所填的開題報告、任務書各個部分內容，并簽署指導教師意見。尤其注意提醒學生注意：在寫作過程中，若論文題目用詞作了調整，開題報告、任務書中的標題也要隨時更新。

五、針對考研同學，指導教師可單獨制定時間表，但必須在放假前完成開題，各類表格填寫完整。

六、中期檢查表和過程管理表（可在外語學院網站下載專區下載）可提前讓學生填寫，日期應以下學期為準。

七、由于學生寫作態度惡劣，或研究水平極低、或英文語言極差等原因，指導教師可決定中止對其指導，并將寫出書面報告及時上報，由學院做出進一步處理，指導教師工作量不受影響。

注：整個論文寫作過程中，學生和老師都應建立專門文件夾，把論文內容及各種表格、文件等保存電子版，做到隨時能夠提供。

外國語學院英語專業畢業論文格式規范

畢業論文是本科教學工作過程中的重要環節，是對學生綜合運用本學科基本理論、專門知識和技能解決實際問題和從事科學研究的初步能力的訓練與檢驗。為規范英語專業畢業論文工作，特制定本論文格式規范。

1.論文組成部分（見附頁：論文范文）

2.封面（Cover）

論文封面按照南京林業大學統一格式。

3.標題頁（Title Page）

單獨起頁。本頁的內容全部居中，論文標題首字母大寫，采用三號加粗字體，其余部分采用四號加粗大寫字體（論文作者姓名首字母大寫）。

4.致謝（Acknowledgements）

單獨起頁。在起始頁第一行居中位置注明Acknowledgements（三號加粗Times New Roman）字樣，往下至行文第一行之間空一個double space。本部分內容為對自己在論文寫作中提供過實質性幫助的人表達謝意，內容要簡明、得體。學生可以參照畢業論文范文中的致謝形式和內容。

5.英文摘要（Abstract）

單獨起頁。在起始頁第一行居中位置注明Abstract字樣，往下至行文第一行之間空一個double space。摘要內容須能反映論文的主題思想。摘要內容書寫完畢以后，往下空出一個double space的位置標注Key words：字樣，隨后給出能反映全文主要內容的關鍵詞3—6個。居中打印Abstract（三號Times New Roman字體加粗），空一行打印英文摘要內容及關鍵詞（小四號Times New Roman字體），摘要內容每段開頭留四個字符空格。摘要內容后下換行打印Key words（小四號Times New Roman字體加粗），每一關鍵詞之間用逗號分開，最后一個關鍵詞后不打標點符號。

6.中文摘要

單獨起頁。中文摘要即英文摘要之漢譯。在起始頁第一行居中位置注明“摘要”二字（三號加粗宋體），“摘要”二字下空一行打印摘要內容（小四號宋體），每段開頭空二個漢字的距離。摘要內容后下空一行打印“關鍵詞：”字樣（小四號加粗宋體），每一關鍵詞之間用分號分開，最后一個關鍵詞后不打標點符號。中文關鍵詞也為英文關鍵詞之漢譯。

6.目錄（Contents）

單獨起頁。在起始頁第一行居中位置注Contents字樣，往下空一個double space。靠左位置分條目（依照其出現的先后順序）列出論文的如下各個部分：論文的各個章節標題、Notes、Bibliography，靠右注明相應的起始頁碼數。所有條目的措辭、大小寫、以及標點符號與其在文章中的嚴格一致。列出論文的大標題、一級和二級節標題，逐項標明頁碼，標題應該簡明扼要，點出各部分主要內容。

“Contents”居中（三號加粗Times New Roman），下空兩行為章、節、小節（靠左）及起始頁碼（靠右）。各大小標題與頁碼之間用“--------”連接。

7.論文正文（Body Part）

單獨起頁。正文由Introduction, Demonstration和Conclusion三大部分組成，論文標題位于正文首頁第一行居中位置，采用小三號加粗字體，三大部分標題采用小四號加粗字體，而每部分小標題用小四號斜體，正文用小四號字體。正文行距為1.5倍，論文標題與第一部分Introduction之間空一個double space，每一小點之間也為一個double space距離（上下兩個小標題連在一起除外）。正文一律采用Times New Roman字體。

8.注釋（Notes）

英語專業論文注釋及參考文獻格式參照目前國際上比較常見的MLA style，分別由Notes，Works Cited和Bibliography組成。

Notes為解釋性注釋，使用尾注形式，單獨起頁。該頁根據各論文的實際需要可有可無。作為一個獨立部分，尾注須單獨起頁，在起始頁第一行居中位置注明Notes字樣。所有尾注按照在正文中引用的先后順序統一用上標1、2、3??格式編號。上標符號與每一條注釋第一個單詞之間空一格，每一條注釋第一行縮進五個空格。

9.引用書目（Works Cited）

Works Cited是指在論文中實際引用的書目，它是按照作者姓氏的字母順序排列的，并且按照英文書目在前、中文書目在后的順序排列。

單獨起頁。在起始頁第一行居中位置注Works Cited字樣，往下空一個double space。每一條書目無需序號，首行靠左邊頂格開始，第二行起往右縮進五個字母的位置。每條書目內部及之間空一個double space.其規范格式如下所示： 1)The author’s name(last name first), followed by a period;2)The title of the book, italicized and followed by a period(for an essay, a poem, a short story, or a play in a collection, the title of the relevant selection, followed by a period and enclosed in quotation marks);3)The city in which the book was published, followed by a colon;4)The name of the publishing company, followed by a comma;

單獨起頁。在起始頁第一行居中位置注明Bibliography字樣，往下至第一個文獻條目之間空一個double space。Bibliography的規范格式和Works Cited頁相同，不同的是Bibliography中所列各條目必須是論文寫作過程中參考過，但未必直接或間接引用過的與論文內容相關的論著。

11.引文

引文要準確，盡量短小、適度。

比較短的直接引文（散文在40單詞或詩2行之內）使用段中引文形式，即前后加引號，與論文融為一體、無需獨立起段。詩歌的兩行之間用斜線（/）分開，且斜線的前后空一格，保留原文的大小寫，如：

（例1）George Orwell, the English essayist and novelist, explains that“Dickens’s criticism of society is almost exclusively moral.”

（例2）In his “Hymn to Intellectual Beauty,” Shelley personifies the immaterial, spiritual world:“The awful shadow of some unseen Power / Floats though unseen amongst us.”

比較長的直接引文（四行及以上）則使用提引文形式，即須單獨起段落引入。引文上下空一個double space，整體向后退縮10個空格，無需使用引號, 如： Albert Bigelow Paine 3 points out in Afterword of Mark Twain’s Notebook，Always from youth to age he strove against oppression, superstition, sham, hypocrisy, evil in every form.He fought in the open, with that most powerful of all weapons, truth – unanswerable logic supplemented by ridicule.He believed that no abuse could withstand ridicule, and he went far toward approving it.12.打印及裝訂要求
