本學期我擔任六年級的英語教學工作，由于這些學生面臨畢業，因此，我對教學工作更是不敢怠慢，認真學習，深入研究教法，有針對性地把理論知識應用于教學活動當中，同時在教學過程中，能夠根據學生的特點采取不同的教學方法，取得了一些的成績。下面就以下幾個方面經驗進行總結，請予以批評指正，使我在今后的教育教學工作中取得更大的進步。

一、教學任務完成情況

（一）做到了認真備課。小學六年級英語備課我不但備學生，而且備教材、備教法。根據教學內容及學生的實際，設計課的類型，擬定采用的教學方法，并對教學過程的程序及時間安排都做了詳細的記錄，認真寫好教案。每一課都做到“有備而來”，每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備，課后及時對該課用出總結。

（二）增強英語上課技能，提高了教育教學質量。在課堂上特別注意調動學生的積極性，加強師生交流，充分體現學生學得容易，學得輕松，覺得愉快，注意精神，培養學生多動口動手動腦的能力。

（三）認真批改學生英語的作業，布置作業有針對性，有層次性。對學生的作業批改及時，認真分析并記錄學生的作業情況，將他們在作業過程出現的問題做出分類總結，進行透切的講評，并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法，做到有的放矢。

復習，是學習過程中一個非常重要的環節。期末復習是一次全面綜合性復習，教師科學地運用復習方法組

織學生復習是提高教學質量的關鍵，我循序漸進，分為三個階段進行了復習：

第一階段我以教材為本，側重于教材的復習與梳理，快速地過一遍，通過教材的重現來歸納語言點，講透語言點運用，對各單元的知識要點進行梳理，同時應注意基礎單詞、詞組、句型的過關，讓學生對所學的英語知識進行“查漏補缺”。在實際復習教學中，有的老師往往跳過課文直接講知識點，語法，或者直接把大量的時間和精力花在做練習、試題上，這種做法是有失偏頗的。復習教材上的對話和課文是最基礎的復習，可以幫助回想所學過的知識點，可以讓學生印象更加深刻。

第二階段進行橫向復習，做到點面結合。如果說第一階段是點的復習的話，那么第二階段就是面的復習。第一階段著重要求學生對每個知識的過關，那么在第二階段我就會根據各知識點的前后聯系將散落于各冊書中的語言點進行整體歸納、小結，幫助學生構建緊密聯系的“知識串”。這一階段的復習中，教師要防止簡單的重復，避免面面俱到，應當遵循精講多練的原則，讓學生通過聽講進一步加強理性認識，通過練習在實踐中掌握。

第三階段的復習，我側重對做題技巧的講解和做一些學生易出錯的題目，指導學生掌握一些做筆試和聽力題的要領。比如做聽力題聽問句找答句時，教學生在準備時先把每題的三項選擇作比較反過來推敲它們答句的不同，在聽的時候可以事半功倍的找到相應答案。單項選擇可以用排除法來做等等，通過分析讓學生掌握每題的做題技巧。

二、存在不足與改進措施

由于本人在英語教學方面經驗甚少，在教學的同時，時時虛心向資歷深的教師請教，和我們的同事一起學習有關英語方面的教學教法，加強自身的業務學習、擴大視野；用心收集有助于英語課堂教學的各種游戲資料。一學期的英語教學工作結束了，相信在師生的共同努力下教學成績會更上一層樓。
