“What is ART”藝術活動

9月13日

德國藝術家Roswitha Steinkopf將“What is ART”這個藝術活動從意大利、紐約帶到上海新天地，向游客征集簡短的、未經深思熟慮的、個性化的回答。300塊答案板上寫滿了來自各個國家的游客用本國語言詮釋的藝術的概念，一名兩歲兒童更用漫畫彩虹來表達心目中的“藝術”。

“抬轎也瘋狂”新天地慈善抬轎比賽

9月14日

這場區別于傳統意義上的比賽，不僅要求抬轎的速度，新奇創意的裝扮和熱情投入的啦啦隊也成為了比賽的焦點。瑞安集團隊的裝扮最為搶眼，一襲古代文武官員的服飾與坐轎人的財神裝扮，謀殺了眾多攝影記者的菲林。而亞力山大隊以其緊身的健美服及完美的肌肉感贏得了“最酷扮相獎”。啦啦隊的助陣方式也各具特色：亞力山大會館熱力四射的健身操，Na Na Team美眉的啦啦隊舞......戴德梁行更是在震天的鑼鼓聲和吶喊聲中奪得全場“最炫啦啦隊獎”。最后，“最佳成績獎”的第一、二、三名分別由訓練有素的亞力山大隊、110公斤坐轎人的交大建工學院隊及美女如云的UPS隊獲得。此次活動也得到了上海市慈善基金會的大力支持，活動所有籌得款項均捐贈與上海市慈善基金會用于慈善事業。

外國表演團新天地巡游

9月14日、15日

遠道而來的澳大利亞“叢林火雞”樂隊演唱許多具有當地風情的歌曲，并展示了他們別具一格的樂器：桉樹樹干制成的號角和洗衣板做成的木琴。法國CLUB MED表演團的帥哥美女們熱情奔放，帶動現場觀眾載歌載舞，使那晚的新天地成為歡樂的海洋。

新天地啤酒節

9月20日至10月6日

與擁有一百多年歷史的德國啤酒節同步進行的新天地啤酒節，將濃郁巴伐利亞風情帶到新天地人工湖畔。美酒佳肴，歡歌樂舞，每天吸引著無數熱情友好的人們在這里舉杯暢飲，享受

狂歡?九月大抽獎

9月11日至10月7日

在上海市盧灣區公證處的監督下，狂歡?九月大抽獎獲獎名單于10月8日揭曉，共有50位幸運兒獲獎。此次大抽獎共抽出驚喜獎2名，各獲得由ANA航空公司提供的上海－東京往返機票一套；開心獎2名，各獲得由亞力山大會館提供的半年健身卡；愉快獎1名，獲得由88新天地酒店式服務公寓提供的免費住房一晚；以及安慰獎多名。

“挑戰極限─2003新天地慈善攀巖”活動精彩回顧

2003年4月19日是個春雨的日子，但新天地南里中庭卻一片雀躍歡騰，因為這里正在舉行由上海新天地主辦的“挑戰極限─2003新天地慈善攀巖”競賽活動。

來自各國內外企業的8支參賽隊伍不僅紛紛派出高手參加攀巖競賽，同時還組織了熱烈勁爆的啦啦隊前來吶喊助威。比賽激烈緊張，選手們的出色表現掀起一個又一個高潮。來自巴馬丹拿集團的一名男選手身手矯健，如履平地，僅用了9秒的時間就攀至巖頂。最后，比賽的桂冠被麥當勞新天地店的代表隊摘取；而最勁爆啦啦隊獎則由東道主香港瑞安集團新天地隊獲得。

企業團隊競賽結束后，就進入了個人慈善攀巖階段。前往新天地的游客都紛紛解囊，體驗極限運動的同時也付出了愛心。

又一年的攝影大賽揭曉

繼去年上海市攝影家協會在新天地成功舉辦了“新天地迎新歲”攝影大獎賽后，新天地又舉辦了主題為“光影同奏、燈火盛典”的2003上海新天地新年攝影比賽。本次比賽的參賽者都是滬上攝影界的知名攝影家、攝影記者。他們提供的近800幅作品，生動展現了新天地跨年零點，近萬名中外賓客在美麗的太平橋人工湖畔辭舊迎新的壯觀場面，以及元旦、春節期間新天地歡樂喜慶的新年裝飾和人文景觀，從各種角度反映了上海越來越國際化的都市形象。經評委們多輪評選，共有11幅作品獲獎，并選出20幅入圍作品。

2003年3月8日至14日，該項攝影比賽的作品展于新天地南里中庭舉行，50幅優秀的參賽作品齊放異彩，感受時空交錯中的新天、新地、新時尚。

星光燦爛，普天同歡

12月31日，2002年的最后一個夜晚，來自四面八方的人們絡繹不絕地趕往新天地，八九點鐘時人工湖邊就被歡聚的人們圍得水泄不通。燈光燦爛的舞臺和巨型屏幕豎立在水色怡人的湖面上，絢麗奪目的激光在空中飛舞，寒冷的空氣難擋人群中的融融熱情。

晚會在著名主持人吳大維的詼諧幽默介紹中開場。首先躍上舞臺的是三位身手不凡的外籍DJ，他們用一流的打碟技術和充滿活力的歌舞調動觀眾的高亢情緒，為一波又一波接踵而至的精彩節目熱身。

國內知名樂隊“水晶蝶”、蜚聲海內外的鋼琴家孔祥東、國際巨星李玟先后登臺，好戲連連，觀眾情緒節節高漲。年輕的“水晶蝶”用搖滾演繹柔情，一曲“夜來香”被改編得令人耳目一新。孔祥東的“月亮代表我的心”、“將軍令”和“我是中國人”把觀眾帶入時而委婉柔美、時而鏗鏘激昂的情緒中。晚11點后，Coco李玟的出場更引來滿場歡呼聲。在長達50分鐘不間斷的個人演出中，Coco狂歌勁舞共10首曲目，變換四種造型，令場下觀眾如癡如醉。

隨著大屏幕“10，9，8，7，......”倒數數字的不斷跳出，晚會的氣氛達到高潮。舞臺中央8位嘉賓在零點準時拉動遙控裝置，軌道火箭、冷煙火燃亮了湖心的2003計時牌，人們歡呼、相擁、彼此祝福，絢爛的夜空映照著一片歡騰的人工湖。

歡樂是那么不容易褪去的，在動感十足的舞曲和DJ們的再次帶領下，許多觀眾紛紛開始盡情舞蹈。臺上臺下，每個人都沉浸在新年的喜悅中，這個冬夜，不再寒冷。

2003年來臨了。新天地絢爛的夜空和人們溫暖的笑臉將成為新一年最美好的開端和難以忘懷的記憶。

上海新天地2003新年亮燈儀式

2002年12月14日，新天地舉行了一個以“關注兒童、種植希望”為主題的新天地2003新年亮燈儀式。同時，也揭開了新天地新年活動的序幕。

在新天地2003新年亮燈儀式上，近200位中外兒童在新天地南里廣場當場書寫自己來年的愿望，紛紛將一年的愿望卡掛在圣誕樹上，將三年和十年的愿望卡投入圣誕樹下的愿望箱，照相機記錄下孩子們許愿的一瞬間，成為他們成長過程中難忘的回憶。

盧灣區區政府領導、瑞安集團董事長羅康瑞先生亦出席了該次活動，并共同啟動了亮燈裝置。隨著圣誕樹逐層亮燈至頂端的星星彩燈，新天地廣場內所有樹木燈光同時點亮。同一時刻，現場嘉賓放飛了手中懸掛愿望卡的氣球，“雪花”漫天飛舞，慈祥的圣誕老人為孩子們帶來了豐富的禮物，兒童合唱團天籟般的歌聲在周圍縈繞，將新天地匯成一片燈火的海洋、歡樂的海洋。

作為該次活動的后續部分，新天地已在人工湖綠地選擇1棵小樹，將裝滿孩子們心愿的3個愿望箱分別埋在樹下，在樹上作好標記，等待一年、三年、十年后，分別取出愿望箱，讓這批當年參加許愿活動的孩子們重新開啟，驗證愿望是否實現。

演繹世界精彩-新天地全面開業特別演出

2002年9月30日，慶賀上海新天地全面開業的“演繹世界精彩”特別演出在南里中庭舉行。在歡快的祝酒歌聲中，各方嘉賓入席。瑞安集團主席羅康瑞先生致詞感謝各方對新天地的支持。

活動邀請了香港衛視音樂臺的柯蘭和美籍著名藝人蔡滿壽擔任主持，全場氣氛熱烈，節目精彩紛呈。前不久剛舉辦了《父親與我》個人演奏會的著名作曲家陳剛與女高音獨唱王欣合作，首次出演新作《夢中人》，陳先生還表演了他最著名的《梁祝》，讓在場所有觀眾一飽耳福。充滿民族風情的藏族舞蹈，展現異域風情的蘇格蘭踢踏舞，風靡世界的爵士舞輪番上場，整個舞臺充滿繽紛色彩?；顒舆€請來了滬上著名流行樂人李泉，靈感組合獻藝，外國留學生表演中國武術等精彩節目，將高雅與時尚，傳統與現代融為一體。新天地員工和租戶與演員同臺演出，表演拉丁舞蹈將活動推向高潮，現場充滿了歡樂喜慶的氣氛。

來自英國的心靈之舞

－記英國阿庫漢姆現代舞團在新天地演出

2002年9月19到21日晚，在上海新天地的南里中庭，上演了3場獨特的現代舞作品KAASH（印度語：若）。來自英國的阿庫漢姆（Akram Khan）舞蹈團糅合傳統印度舞蹈Katha和現代舞風格，通過動感十足的節奏和細致入微的肢體語言，給人們帶來不同凡響的新鮮震撼。在燈光幽暗，鋪著黑色亞麻地氈的舞臺上，5位舞者以出神入化的表演講述著印度傳統宗教中眾神的故事，有步態飄搖的甘奈沙（Ganesha），行動迅捷、頑皮的奎師那（Krishna）和孔武有力、強悍暴虐的濕婆（Shiva），一舉手一投足都充滿創造性，引領現場兩百多名觀眾沉醉在無盡的遐想空間，全場鴉雀無聲，只有神秘的音樂在空中回旋。

領舞阿庫漢姆是出生于英國的具有東南亞血統的舞蹈家，自幼接受舞蹈訓練，“現代Kathak舞”是他多年潛心探索的獨創，受到世界各地舞蹈界的矚目。他帶領自己組建的舞蹈團世界各地演出，每次都在當地引起轟動。由英國領事館文化教育處組織，上海新天地協辦了他們這

次中國之行，三個晚上的演出深深打動了上海的觀眾的心。

歷史與現代的對話－記上海新天地首次參加2002上海旅游節開幕花車大巡游

2002年9月14晚，2002年上海旅游節開幕暨花車大巡游隆重舉行。雖然秋雨綿綿，卻阻擋不住上海市民爭睹花車風采及精彩節目的興致。8點剛過，隨著靜安區少女軍鼓隊邁著整齊的腳步走進主會場，21輛花車、21個方隊浩浩蕩蕩地穿過百年淮海路，沿途播撒歡樂與美好。

作為首次參加旅游節花車巡游的上海新天地以“歷史與現代的對話”的造型創意排在了花車方陣的第一位。花車上佇立的三個不同時期、形態的“石庫門”代表上海歷史文化和這座城市昔日的輝煌，現代感的“玻璃建筑”代表上海將成為國際大都市的美好前景。而當花車行進到淮海路瑞安廣場門前，閃耀的冷煙花在車上綻放，頓時將淮海路兩旁觀眾的氣氛推向高潮，一邊的年輕人更手持熒光棒、氣球，與花車表演相呼應，烘托歡樂的氣氛。

除了旅游節的開幕式巡游，從9月15日開始至9月29日，花車共將巡游11次，途徑13個區，覆蓋南京路、淮海路、四川路、徐家匯等繁華街區，將狂歡的節日氣氛帶給所有的市民。

首先進行美陳比賽，7名員工被要求以“平安夜”為主題，陳列分滿，色彩搭配合理，突出商品特性和實用性，并融入浪漫特色。平安夜是白雪紛飛，全家團聚，盡享和平的祥和夜晚，飄逸的白雪，流水般浮云，灰、米兩色冷暖搭配，休閑隨意，充滿含蓄內斂的都市氣息，感染著每一位駐足的顧客。其次是點鈔比賽，七名員工準確嫻熟的收銀，點鈔服務，優雅時尚的花式點鈔表演秀，力求贏的顧客肯定。

最后是非常實用的家居必備技能比賽。六名員工分別進行扎領帶、疊衣服的比賽。要求手法嫻熟，高效的同時保證效果優質。在最快的時間完成這2項任務最好的員工獲勝。在比賽結束之后，現場有20分鐘的互動環節，有興趣的觀眾可以現場向我們的家居大賽的冠軍學習怎么快速扎領帶、疊衣服等，學會的觀眾我們有精美小禮品和商鋪購物券贈送。

3． 益智小游戲 ——幸運大轉盤，好運自然來。21：00——23:00 說明：此活動輕松娛樂的抓住人們的心，創造一種歉意愉悅的購物和體驗。

制作數個轉盤，轉盤上標上數字，每個數字對應一個趣味問答，問題設置最好與平安夜有關的（如有富余人手的話，可指派一名專職銷售員負責游戲組織），力求簡單，獎品有如下：蘋果，各商鋪的代金券，毛絨圣誕老人，以代金券居多。

23:00——24:00 說明：安排一些人員跳舞，帶動觀眾的活躍氣氛，帶動大家營造一個快樂愉悅浪漫的晚會。

播放優雅迷人的音樂，提前安排一些跳舞的人，帶動現場氣氛，鼓勵大家一起舞動起來，在這個浪漫溫馨的夜晚，愉悅而溫馨的度過。同時會有一些卡通人物如雪人，白雪公主，圣誕老人等在周邊蹦蹦跳跳唱唱，把晚會帶入一個高潮。
