新員工入職清單
The goal is to plan and prepare for the employee’s arrival so that the employee does not arrive to chaos, but to an organized prepared work place.This checklist is designed to assist with the department’s orientation process.Onboarding is a long-term process that begins before an employee’s start date and continues for at least six months.This Checklist is organized by responsible department to initiate each task at different timeline.It also helps hiring managers prepare for the arrival of new employees.Once an employee starts, he/she can work together with the hiring manager and an on boarding.我們的目標(biāo)是為新員工的到來做規(guī)劃和準(zhǔn)備,避免混亂,維持有序的工作環(huán)境。此清單有助于部門進(jìn)行上崗引導(dǎo)程序。入職是一個(gè)長期的過程,從新員工到來開始并持續(xù)至少六個(gè)月。這份清單由相關(guān)部門在不同的時(shí)間點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施每一項(xiàng)任務(wù)。同時(shí)也有助于用人經(jīng)理為新員工的到來做準(zhǔn)備。員工到來后,他/她會(huì)與用人部門經(jīng)理一起工作,進(jìn)行入職流程。
