通過本單元教學,使學生初步接觸一般現在時(含行為動詞),并初步學會have的幾種句型,在交際中能夠正確運用。

四、交際用語
What day is it today?今天是星期幾?
這句話也可以說成:
What day of the week is it today?
應答時,一般用it's...這個句型。例如:
It's Wednesday today.今天是星期三。
如果詢問明天是星期幾,將today改為tomorrow即可。例如:
What day is it tomomow?明天星期幾?
It's Thursday tomorrow.明天是星期四。
第四十九課Lesson Ninety-four
一、教學內容

錄音機;一張畫有商店的圖片;兩張大卡片:一張與有OPEN,另一張與有CLOSED;幾件學習用具。
三、課堂教學設計
1·唱“The Days of the Week”這首歌。老師通過與學生問答,進一步練習。
T:What day is it today/tomorrow?
Ss:It's…today/tomorrow.T:How do you spell it?
Ss:(拼寫這個單詞。)
這種問答要在以后的教學中堅持下去,使學生通過不斷重復的手段,達到記住、記牢的2.教師拿出那張 店的圖片和兩張寫好單詞的卡片,教本課第干部分單詞。
放課文第一部分錄音,教師板書以下問題:
Is the shop open or closed?
3.教師走到一個學生旁,說:Excuse me.Do you have an eraser?
放一至兩遍錄音,學生回答黑板上的問題。打開書,再放錄音,學生跟讀兩至三遍。啟發這個學生答出,Yes,I do.T:(做出要借用一下的姿態)Can I borrow it,please?
S:Certainly,Here you are.(做出相應動作。)
啟發全班猜這句話的意思。然后板書這兩句話,領讀生詞。啟發這位同學應答。T:Thank you.S:You're welcome.和另外一位同學再表演類似的對話,便會班看清全過程。反復領讀對話中幾個關鍵句子。再請一位英語較好的同學,告訴他按剛才的步驟,從老師手里借鋼筆。在老師啟發、幫助下,這位同學與老師引出以下對話:
S:Excuse me.Do you have a pen?
T:Yes,I do·
S:Can I borrow it,please?
T:Certainly.Here you are.S:Thank you·
T:Not at all.(解釋這個句子的意思。)But please give it back soon.(再予以解釋)。
教師領讀這兩個新出現的句子,反復幾遍。然后,老師手拿橡皮,走到另一位學生前,大聲說:Hello!Here is your eraser.Thank you very much.
啟發這位學生說:Not at all.
再啟發剛才從教師這里借走鋼筆的同學,用相似的方法還回。
4·放課文第二部分錄音。學生跟讀兩至三遍。兩人一組,利用手中的學習用具進行問答。叫兩組同學表演。
5·指導學生按課文第三部分的要求,兩人一組練習,并做練習冊習題。
6.布置作業
1)抄寫生詞;2)練習朗讀本課對話,劃出表示借物、感謝及應答的用語;3)完成練習冊習題。四;交際用語
l.at this time of day在這個鐘點(或:在這個時間)。
本課出現的這個短語,表示說話人認為商店不可能在這個鐘點開門營業,所以他說: think the shop is closed at this time of day.我想商店在這個鐘點是關門的。
2·give it/them back…·把它/它們送還……
it和them是代詞,指上文提到過的名詞。例如:
A:Can I borrow you rruler?我能借用你的尺子嗎?
B:Certainly·But please give it back soon.可以。不過請快點還給我。
3.to be open/closed開(關)門(指商店)。
open和closed在這里都是形容詞。open表示開著的,在課文中指商店開門營業;closed表示關著的,指商店關門。例如:
A:It's Sunday today.Is the shop closed?今天是星期日,商店關門嗎?
B:I don't think so.I think it's open.Let's go and see.不會吧。我想商店開門營業,咱們去看看。open還可用作及物動詞。意為:打開。例如:
Will you please open the door for me?請你幫我打開門好嗎?
第五十九課Lesson Ninety-five
一、教學內容
1.詞匯(略)。

3.日常交際用語,繼續學習有關借物、表示感謝及應答的用語。
二、教具、錄音機;一些學習用具等。
三、課堂教學設計
1。復習。重復上一課步驟3(參照上課教案)。教師先與某位同學練習問答。然后請兩位同學在前面表演小對話(借助尺子、橡皮等學習用具)。
2.再請一位同學到前面,讓他(她)用正確的英語向老師借尺子用。
S:Excuse me,do you have a ruler?
T:Sorry,I don't have one.Ask…(另一同學姓名)
重復一兩遍,讓全班猜這句話意思。教師板書這句話并解釋,反復領讀。
3·放課文第一段錄音。教師先板書以下問題,l)Who has a ruler?2)Is it a big ruler?
放錄音一至兩遍,學生回答黑板上的問題。教師解釋Thanks a lot.的意思。再放錄音,學生跟讀兩至三遍。
4·指導學生3人一組,模仿這部分對話進行小組練習。練習時,換上真實的人名。使用的東西可更換成鋼筆、橡皮等其他學習用具。請兩組同學到前面表演(小組練習時,可讓同學們參閱課文第二部分)。
5·做課文第3部分的聽力練習。打開練習冊,邊聽錄音邊要求學生做習題1。放3遍錄音,然后核對答案。
6·指導學生做練習冊其他習題。

第九十六課Lesson Ninety-six
一、教學內容
1。單元復習。
2。學習元音字母i,u的發音。
3.小結借物、表示感謝及應答的用語。

三、課堂教學設計
1。學生兩人一組,依照第94課第二部分,練習有關借物的小對話;然后3人一組,依照第95課內容,進行練習。分別請兩組同學到前面表演。
2。教師指導學生閱讀復習要點(24),并對有關借物、表示感謝及應答、動詞have、has的用法加以小結。
3·學生獨立完成本課第四部分的對話(筆頭形式,可作為家庭作業布置給學生)。4·教師出示[ai],[u:],[Q],[I],[u]等音標卡片,學生認讀。
放課文第一部分錄音,學生跟讀兩遍,并自己小結元音字母i、u的發音。教師可作補充、糾正然后做練習冊習題l。
放課文第二、三部分錄音,學生跟讀并模仿。
5·指導學生做練習冊其他習題。

完成練習冊習題。
7。小測驗

四、難點講解
Do you have an eraser?你有橡皮嗎?
在第十五單元,我們初步學習了have的用法,它表示“有,持有”。其否定式借助don't。例如:
I don't have a watch.我沒有手表。
如果改為疑問句,則在句首加助動詞do。例如:
Do you have a watch? 你有手表嗎?
如果句子的主語是單數第三人稱形式,如:he,she等,動詞have就要改為has。例如:Meimei has a yellow school bag·美美有個黃書包。
其否定式和疑問式可借助does.

Write careful directions from the school to each place, but do not say the name of the place. You can use the words this place instead. In order to help students work, draw a simple map showing the school and several nearby streets.
When the groups are ready, they read their directions to the class and the other students guess the name of the place they are talking about.

Invite some pairs of students to present this conversation to the rest of the class.
Step Ⅴ Summary and Homework In this class, we’ve done much writing practice using the key vocabulary words and the target language presented in this unit. After class, please finish the questions in 2 in your exercise books. Then finish the exercises on pages 47~48 of the workbook as well.

Read the title Grown-ups like cartoons, too. To the class. Ask, what do you think the article is about? Look at the picture. Ask students to describe what is happening in the picture.
Ask students to answer the five questions. But don’t look at the reading text.
Instead, they use their background knowledge to try to answer the questions. As students work, walk around, looking at their progress.
When most students finish the task, ask students to answer the questions with a parter.
Elicit answers from the students. Ask if other students have the same or different answers. Do not give the correct answers to the students at this point. Wait until students have finished the reading and let them revise their answers accordingly.
Step Ⅲ Part 2
Read the text quickly, then summarize each paragraph in your own words. As the students are doing this, move around the classroom to make sure they can do the task in English.
Ask five students to report their answers.
Draw students’ attention to the instructions.
Ask students to complete the task individually or in pairs.

Say, pay attention to the bold words and expressions. And note any other words or sentences, you don’t understand. Read in context, guessing their meanings from the other words around them. Ask students to read the article again for comprehension.
Read the instructions with the students and have them look at the example. Then ask students to match the correct meanings with the correct words and expressions. Allow them one or two minutes to do this.
Check the answers:
Get students to make sentences with the words and expressions. Remind them to look at the article again for extra help.
Answers to this activity will vary. Then ask a students to write his/her answers on the blackboard. Help correct any mistakes.
Step Ⅴ Part 4
Read the instructions to the class. Elicit the first answer from the students from memory. Make sure that they understand what they need to do.
Ask students to do the activity on their own or in pairs. As they work, walk around the classroom offering help students may need.

Read the task with the students.
Ask students to do the activity in small groups. Try to put creative and artistic students in each group.
Check the answers and have students show or act out their cartoons for the class.
Optional activity
As an optional in-class or homework activity, remind students to find some cartoons and cut out the speech bubbles.
Students can then write their own English stories in the speech bubbles.
