首先就是要在試講前做好充足的準備,把要講的內容的相關背景等知識了解到位,并把課的 內容和這些背景結合起來,主要是注意如何讓背景知識在吸引人的同時把人引導到課本的內容上來。
其次就是出發前的準備,一定要著裝合體,不要穿著臺前衛,畢竟教師這個職位還是要講究矜持的。
在見到面試官時要表現的大方,不要太拘禁,也不要太囂張,給人留下穩重的印象。試講時要首先把自己的試講材料分發給各位考官。
講課時的音量特別重要,而且要有板書,然后就是注意設計的跟學生互動的環節。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全,所以板書就是你的教課大綱,是有始有終的,最后別忘了布置作業。
試講完成以后還會有提問基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的,教學側重點應該在哪里,如果學生出現了這樣或那樣的問題你該如何等等

英語教師面試的幾點建議
現在英語專業畢業生不那么吃香了,到大、中學校就業也需要認真準備面試。以下是根據實際經驗提出的幾點建議,希望對明年畢業的學生有些幫助。別拿著書本或教案。每人20分鐘左右,有Self-introduction, 有課文講解,有主題發揮,有回答問題。所以,課文講解也就10分鐘,難道背不過?有的試講人每個老師都給一份教案,剛開始有個好印象,但隨后就沒新意了。寫板書時不要完全把后背轉向評委。師范生可能注意這一點,但非師范畢業的就要注意了。寫板書時后轉最大限度是身體與黑板成90度,要隨時和評委或學生保持目光接觸。板書要適中。一般而言,試講人的板書易于偏多,最后完全是寫板書,很少說話了。板書占的比例只是10%左右。語音語調不要起伏太大。相信大家的發音沒問題,但語調就有差別了。有一些人,yeah, ok, hmm, right, am I right 等用的很多,影響了表達的流利度。5 不要選擇偏僻的主題。讓評委感到自己的詞匯量有限不是好事,同時也因此沒有了衡量你水平高低的標準。不要說漢語,哪怕一點點。板書一遍成,不擦后再寫,更不能出現拼寫錯誤。如果要更正,要用板擦,不
要用手擦,看起來很亂,很臟??谡Z要流利,表達要和邏輯。不要中間停頓,不要經常重復。
