教師面試技巧一：

應聘教師要看自己的專業，我是一名大學教師，剛經歷過面試所以還是有些經驗的。

首先就是要在試講前做好充足的準備，把要講的內容的相關背景等知識了解到位，并把課的內容和這些背景結合起來，主要是注意如何讓背景知識在吸引人的同時把人引導到課本的內容上來。

其次就是出發前的準備，一定要著裝合體，不要穿著臺前衛，畢竟教師這個職位還是要講究矜持的。

在見到面試官時要表現的大方，不要太拘禁，也不要太囂張，給人留下穩重的印象。

試講時要首先把自己的試講材料分發給各位考官。

講課時的音量特別重要，而且要有板書，然后就是注意設計的跟學生互動的環節。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全，所以板書就是你的教課大綱，是有始有終的，最后別忘了布置作業。

試講完成以后還會有提問基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的，教學側重點應該在哪里，如果學生出現了這樣或那樣的問題你該如何等等。

教師面試技巧二：

應聘學校應注意三點：

1、讓自己的簡歷學術氣濃一些。

企業看重應用能力、社會活動能力，而學校更看重你的學業成就，包括學習成績、項目經驗、科研能力和教學能力。

2、盡量爭取試講的機會

試講可以全面展示自己的教學潛能。試講講的好，可以彌補其它方面的不足。

具體來講，試講要注意以下三點：

A 內容

有的學校指定試講的內容，有的學校則不指定內容。當不指定內容時，一定要根據應聘學校的水平來選擇難易適中的試講內容。千萬不要以為講的內容越難越好，因為招聘方并不是要看你對所講的內容掌握有多好，而是看你是否具備做老師的潛質。

B 表達

表達包括板書和口頭表達。板書要工整，有條理，開頭有內容介紹，結尾有內容總結。不要急于擦黑板，試想下邊坐的是學生，要給學生留出足夠的記筆記的時間。

口頭表達要注意聲音洪亮，語速適中，抑揚頓挫。要注意與臺下學生的交流，講課突出重點，突破難點。

C 形象著裝要正式、莊重，給人一副為人師表的感覺。

3、做好心理準備和長遠職業規劃 =求職定位：

求職定位要做到“知己知彼”?！爸骸笔且宄砸严矚g做什么？能做什么？擅長做什么？“知彼”是要清楚市場需求，了解行業狀況。

“知己”和“知彼”是相輔相承，缺一不可的。當我們喜歡做的事情，我們適合做的事情、我們擅長做的事情和社會的需求相吻合的時候，我們離成功不遠了。

事先3項準備

1.對目標公司所在地、規模、在全球的活動概況等要事先有所了解，包括總公司在國內設立分公司的時間、業績表現、經營規模，以及今后打算開展的業務等，若能得到業界的評價更好。如無法得到書面資料，也要設法從該公司或其他同業中獲得情報。

2.面試時自我介紹內容應強調應征的動機以及想應征的崗位，因此收集好相關崗位的情報，自我介紹時才能胸有成竹，切合主題。

3.準備好所有證書材料，譬如與專業能力相關的資格證書，或參加培訓的資料，最好和應征職務有直接關聯，不但可證明自己在這一方面所做的努力，也表示具有這個潛能。

談吐3P原則

自我介紹時應該記住“3P原則”：Positive（自信），Personal（個性），Pertinent（中肯）。

談吐自信，就是要積極地進行自我肯定，讓面試人充分了解你的優點與潛能。突出個性，就是要把自己與眾不同的特點發揮出來，強調自己的專業與能力。語氣中肯，就是要實事求是，不要言過其實，夸夸其談，也不要涉及和自己無關的事情。

自我介紹應簡潔明了，給面試人留下思路清晰、反應快捷、邏輯性強的印象。自我介紹時間不宜太長，話不宜太多，最好控制在五分鐘之內。不要一談起自己就口若懸河，滔滔不絕，以免言多語失。另外，在自我介紹時應避免過多地使用“I”（我），不要每個句子一開頭就冒出一個“I”字，給人留下自我標榜、以自我為中心的印象。

靈活的應聘者往往會把“我”開頭的話，變成“你”字打頭。例如，面試人說：Would you please say something about yourself？（請你談談自己的情況好嗎？）應聘者則說：Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job？（你想讓我談談我個人的生活呢，還是與這份工作有關的問題？）這樣，你的談話就把面試人擺了進去。這種談話的方式所產生的效果是不言而喻的。面試畢竟是面試人與應聘者互相溝通的一種場合，應聘者時常把面試人擺進自己的談話當中去，自然而然就起到了互相溝通的作用。

圍繞3方面表現

回答問題時口齒要清晰、語調適中。內容要有條理、避免重復。介紹工作經歷采用倒序，從最近一份工作談起，著重強調有利于新工作的職務經歷。最好能說明曾擔任何種職務、實際成績、業績等，以及自己的工作對原來公司的影響。凡和此次應征不相關的內容，盡量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來展現自己的優勢。

1.能力。當你知道招聘單位目前急于用人時，首先把自己的專長講足說夠，然后順理成章地得出結論：I think your unit needs a man like me.（我想，貴單位需要象我這樣的人才。）用這樣的句式，讓面試人認為你是站在他們的立場上說話，在替他們的發展考慮問題，于是更容易接受你。陳述自己的任職資格時，可以這么開頭：I’m qualified for the job because……（我能勝任這項工作，是因為……）接著陳述理由。當面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時，參照的標準已不再是他心目中的標準，而是你列舉的理由。

2.業績。外國公司面試喜歡用事實說話，為了證明你的能力，你可以把過去的經歷聯系起來，說明你曾經為以前的公司解決過跟現在雇主所面臨的類似問題：I explored Shanghai market and sold 50,000 sets in one year.（我開發了上海市場，一年銷售出去5萬套。）

3.誠意。某個問題發表完見解之后，可以附帶加上一句：I’d like to hear your opinion.（我很想聽聽你的意見。）這句話表明了你對面試人的尊敬，很容易使他（她）產生親切感。當面試人在試探你的應聘誠意時，應該及時表態：So far as that is concerned, you must have understood my determination.（談到這里，您一定已經明白我的決心。）問些與工作內容相關的問題，能表現你對這份工作的興趣。如：What other responsibilities do you think this job will include?（您覺得這份工作所包含的職責還有哪些？）

Self-Introduction忌面面俱到

盡管最近有人認為面試時做自我介紹不流行了，但是準備一份正常語速下3分鐘長度的英文自我簡介是必要的。首先，自我簡介是自我介紹的總綱，是保證你在面對任何問題時都能夠應對自如的前提；其次，有備無患嘛。

如果試圖在短短幾分鐘內吸引面試官的注意力，你的簡介當然要是濃縮的精品。所以，前奏一般用一句話陳述自己的基本特征即可。然后迅速進入正題，或選擇自己最引以為傲的經歷敘述，或介紹自己的長處。切記，面試官一般會承接你的自我介紹發問，所以在做自我介紹時最好不要提特別難于講清楚的事情和比較抽象的概念，因為你的英文水平只夠應付普通會話，更何況身處高度緊張的面試氛圍中，哪里還能夠應對自如。簡介不需要面面俱到，因為在你曾經提交的資料中，已有詳細的介紹，所以力求在面試中突出重點。

Personal Statement忌語速過快

很多應聘者認為只要在外國面試官前把英文說“溜”即可，其他的無所謂，于是語速狂飆。我們經?？吹竭@種情形，在你口吐蓮花之后，滿場靜寂，老外目瞪口呆，因為他們沒有聽懂你趕火車似的中式英文。其實，英文面試的第一目的是讓國外主管了解你，甚至對你感興趣，最重要的是展示你的綜合素質，絕非單單的語言能力，所以您應該首先力求表達清晰。另外語速過快容易給人不自信、不穩重的錯覺。劍橋大學的一項調查顯示，語速快一般體現具備兩種不同特質的人，一種是思維和語言反應能力強且協調的人，一種是處事急躁的人，萬一人家把你理解為第二種怎么辦？

There be I believe簡單直白最好

用簡單直白的語言表現最具魅力的自我，才是中英文面試的至高境界。習慣于堆砌華麗詞藻的很多人恨不得在面試中用大氣磅礴的英文演講征服面試官，其實又犯了舍本逐末的錯誤。不要不屑于用there be 句型，不要不屑于用第一人稱，不要想著那些一輩子也用不上幾次的虛擬語氣、倒裝句和長詞冗句，如果你能保證說英文如行云流水那么你盡情用，但萬一緊張得忘了詞怎么辦？萬一面試官和你展開辯論怎么辦？用平實的語言直切正題是最討巧的方式。

如果你憑實力進入了free talk階段，接下來要做的就是坦率的與面試官討論大到企業未來，小到穿著打扮的話題，當然坦率也要聰明。那時候面試官有可能思維如野馬，你很難把握他所關注的你身上的特質，你也無法預知他會問你些什么，那么以上這幾點仍然是唯一可遵循的規律。
