On 23, December, 2013, there are about 200 people started the internship.On that day, at 9:00 we had a intership mobilization meeting on the building No

6.our purpose is to go to Changsha attractions to practice our English translation ability.Our tasks are,1 Translation training for text of Newspapers.2, translation training for attractions of Changsha.3, attractions translation criticism and appreciation.Etc.Thanks to our school giving this opportunity to us, before we go, we have a full expectation to this practice.before we started to train it, the teachergave us the first lesson about the taboo matters and skills to written translation, this is the beginning ofpractice.We got much enlightenment.We have many tasks to do.When we see a English annotation place, we need use the camera for language training and material for ppt presentation.In these days, we were also paid a visit to some famous scenery such as Yuelu academy , Changsha Jiandu museum and Orange Islet and so on.Famous for its culture, Orange Islet is a really good landscape for people to travel and relax.This practice, we were not only improved our translation English, but also have a good relax from the nervous school life, increased some knowledge and expand the field of vision.Through contaction with scenic spots, we learned a lot of things.Practice always brings us new knowledge and ability.Thanks to our school giving this opportunity to us

Well,the practice of translation skill finally come to an end,which is last for 3 weeks,and I with no doubt learned so much knowledge in English-Chinese translation during the course of the practice.I will surely apply such knowledge into practice,as the saying goes:when you have learned something, you should learn how to use it.The process experienced unforgettable,which I think will lay a solid foundation in my way of translation,will kept in my mind vividly and everlastingly.It can not deny that,despite the time went quickly, I was teemed with the knowledge of the difference between English and Chinese, of the method in how to

translate English into Chinese and vice versa,of what type of quality a translator

should possess.Before the very beginning of the practice, I asked myself what is

translation?After the ending, I have found the answer:Translation can be roughly

defined as a reproduction or recreation in one language of what is written or said in

another language.Being a very complicated human activity,its whole picture is never

easy to describe when translating,linguistic views,cultural views,semantic

views,functional views and communicative views should be carefully considered.The

primary information I acquired from the practice,more exactly from the lecture given

by Mr.Zhang,attracted me mostly,was the difference between the English and

Chinese.English and Chinese belong to two different language families:English,the

Indo-European family and Chinese, the Sino-Tibetan family.The two languages also

have different cultural backgrounds:Western and Chinese.Some characterics of

English:(1)a synthetic-analytic language;(2)hypotaxis:the sentence structure is

featured by rigid subject-verb concord with subordination;(3)flexibility of function;(4)

openness of vocabulary;(5)the development of new varieties of intonation;(6)many

highly specialized terms pass swiftly into general use;(7)frequent use of

multi-functional small words;(8)preponderance of nouns over verbs;(9)abstract

method of diction;(10)sentence structure:SVO prevails;(11)brevity and

simplicity:economical of words,abbreviations,acronyms,etc..Some characterics of

Chinese:(1)a typical analytical language;(2)supple in sentence structure,free from

thegovernment of SV concord;(3)paratactic in language;(4)simplex sentence:a

chronicle style with frequent use of shorter or composite structure;(5)personal

subjects are frequent used in Chinese;(6)often use active forms;(7)dynamic:employ

verbs,adverbs,verbal phrases,repetition of words;(8)use concrete nominalization;(9)

use direct tongue.In my point of view,observing deeply the difference of the two

languages result in true understanding of translation.Thus,it comes to the qualities a

translation must possess,In first,excellent command of both sources and target

languages to ensure that hisher comprehension is accurate and renderings are smooth

and faithful to the original text.Second, considerable knowledge of the two cultures.A

qualified translator should be not only bilingual,but also bicultural.It is always

assumed that translation are at least bilingual,but this is really not enough.One also

needs to be bicultural in order to read between lines.Next,adequate knowledge of the

subject matter.In addition to an excellent command of both source and target

language,translators usually specialized in one or more areas of knowledge in which

their competence is needed.The last,plenty of practice and adequate knowledge of

translation theories and skills.Practice makes perfect.Only in translation practice can a

translator experience the joy and frustration of his profession,summarize the successes

and failures of his experience and become more and more skilled in this activity.At the ending of the summary,I want to thank Mrs.Tan,Mr.Zhang and

Mrs.Ruan,for whom I turned to whenever I got into troubles in whole period of

practic,with whom I spent the relaxed time and with the help of whom I terminated

my practice smoothly.And also,I would like to thank my classmates,they helped me a

lot in finding out my spelling mistakes and grammatical errors,in checking my

大學時光匆匆而過，轉眼之間我們已經迎來了研究生生涯的最后一個學年。而在這一學年的上半學期，我開始了實習的日子。從2013年7月到2014年12月，我在XX有限公司完成了兩個月的見習和四個月的實習工作。在此期間，我擔任翻譯這一工作，處理該公司所有的筆譯工作和部分口譯工作。總的來說，此次實習是一次成功的實習經歷，公司員工給了我極大地鼓勵，同時通過自己的努力，我已最大可能完成了實習大綱的要求，既充分鞏固了大學本科四年的專業知識，又對研究生兩年的專業科目學習有了新的認識和理解。這次專業知識實習增強了自己的職業意識，并激發我們在今后的學習和工作中根據實習的經驗識時務的調整自己的學習方向和職業規劃，以更好的適應社會在翻譯領域，尤其是英語翻譯方向的人才需求。下面我就具體介紹一下自己的實習經歷與所想所感。

一、工作任務

公司每天接受顧客需要制作及排版、翻譯的廣告非常多，涉及的范圍也十分的廣泛，包括教育，經濟，旅游，貿易，環保，醫療等方面的內容。比如：

（一）教育方面：教育法規法則、招生宣傳單、教育講座的相關演講稿等等。

根據顧客的需求，雖然教育方面內容的翻譯對于我這個在校生而言相

對容易，但是還是存在比較多的專業術語，一些我一起從來沒有看到

過，因此我需要到網上查閱大量的資料才能確定如何翻譯，而且有些

詞語在不同的領域有多種意思。這種翻譯工作必須認真仔細，因為稍

微的疏忽可能給公司和顧客帶來一定的瞬時。所以工作的時候我盡量

多多查閱，了解準確的譯法，不懂的地方，多多向他人請教，以保證

準確性。一開始會感覺不知所措。但是翻譯完成之后又有很強的成就

感。

（二）旅游方面：旅游橫幅、旅游宣傳單、旅游景點介紹、旅游票據、旅游

區內相關的服務區內容等等。為了顧客的需求，能夠達到吸引和服務

旅客，顧客提出一些苛刻的需求，翻譯必須達到盡善盡美，以更周到

地服務旅客以及獲得更大的利潤。旅游翻譯相對而言比較容易，在大

學期間也選修過旅游英語相關的內容，翻譯起來還算得心應手。但是

還是存在一些不足之處，我盡量請教公司的員工或者顧客，他們耐心的講解，使我獲益良多，也使在旅游方面的翻譯更進一步。

（三）醫療方面：藥品名稱翻譯、藥品說明書翻譯、醫療設備翻譯、中醫藥

材翻譯、中醫傳統療法翻譯，身體各部位翻譯等等，涉及的知識十分

專業，要求具備十分嚴謹的翻譯態度和豐富的醫療專業知識，在此過

程中，根據自己所具備的知識，同時在翻譯過程中，不斷摸索不斷學習，充實自己，擴展知識。

（四）其他方面：經濟、貿易、環保、食品方面的翻譯。

二、困難和解決辦法

在該公司我遇到的主要問題是：

專業術語比較多，涉及的專業知識比較多，一些知識比較偏、難，導致

有時看不懂。有時在網上查到的翻譯和現實生活中運用的詞語不符，導致困惑。

解決方法：

查看專業字典，查閱大量的書籍資料，參照已有的翻譯文本，咨詢公司員工，補充大量的專業知識。其次，我覺得更優質、更搞笑地完成翻譯工作，必要的工具書是必不可少的。在實習期間，我是用的專業詞典包括：《HIS藥品字典》、《醫療服務項目字典》、《醫用材料字典》、《漢英醫療衛生詞典》、《中國旅游大辭典》、《中國旅游分類詞典》、《新英漢旅游詞典》等等，還查閱了血多在線翻譯，比如谷歌、有道、金山詞霸、CNKI等等。

三、總結

作為一名實習生，我們首先要端正自己的心態，心態決定我們的工作狀態，不要認為“我們還是在校的學生”，就可以做好做壞無所謂，上班可以遲到早退，有事沒事可以經常請假。相反，我們應該把自己看成公司的正式員工，這樣有利于我們未來的就業，達到實習目的。在工作當中，我深深體會到學校和社會的不同，學校生活較輕松，然而工作中，身負眾多責任，不能有任何疏忽。我體會到了專業知識與工作閱歷對工作技巧與工作效率的深刻影響，充分明白了理論結合實際的現實意義，以及在工作中不斷提升自身素質的重要性。

通過這次的工作，我對翻譯有了更全面的認識。目前社會上對翻譯的需求量很大，對翻譯能力和專業知識的掌握都有要求，這次的工作讓我認識到自身的不足，以前我總以為翻譯是很容易的，只要積累了足夠的單詞，要翻譯是件很容易的事情。可是當真正進行翻譯實踐的時候，才發現自己想得太過膚淺了。一句簡簡單單的話語，可是當我要表達的時候，找不到對應的單詞，或者是錯誤百出、面目全非。現在終于明白翻譯不像我們想象中的那么簡單，要做好翻譯，我們還得了解很多的東西，并不是簡簡單單的只知道一點英語和漢語就足夠了。在翻譯的旅程里我們還有更艱辛的路要走，翻譯能力的提高需要數年孜孜不倦的實踐與積累。這份實習工作讓我受益匪淺，它對我的專業技能有了一個強化提升的作用，也是一個很重要的跳板，它讓我對以后的職業生涯有了更清晰的規劃。翻譯工作實習實實在在地讓我學到了很多東西，很多是讓我受益終身的東西。

翻譯是一門綜合能力要求比較高的學科，它囊括了全方位的知識和中西文化之間的差異，對譯員的知識面和文化素養的要求都很高。要有淵博的知識和見聞才可以稱得上能與翻譯挑戰，所以努力學習各方面知識才會更好的駕馭它，要想騰云駕霧就得打好基本功！這次工作也增加了我做一名合格翻譯工作者的信心。我對自己的翻譯生涯充滿了熱切的期待。也許我不是天才，不能一下子就成為優秀的翻譯者，但我愿意先從一個合格的翻譯者做起，從合格到優秀，一直努力，一直進步，使自己在翻譯領域有所作為。

My job is Building sales.Time flies, out of practice for three months, although the practice is not a very long time, in the three months, I learned a lot at school.Not only in theory but also in the ability I have improved a lot.Of course, I also discovered many of inadequacies.We know practice is a section of experience that we have to experience.It makes us understand the working procedure in the actual operation, the consolidation of the knowledge;at the same time, practice is a test to our knowledge, which can let us check leakage and understand knowledge system;Practice also can make we better go with actual reality and grasp the realities of the contact with the actual operation, so we can have a good foundation for later jobs.In practice, I work as a salesman.In the practice the work content is mainly divided into two parts, the first is the training about product knowledge and marketing skills, the second is the actual marketing work.First it is the training in the company, which lets us understand the product information, sales model, sales methods and the company's rules and regulations.When enter the Ministry of training, we need to learn the rules of the company by heart within a specified time and product knowledge, and learn method of sales.Ofcourse, I have many difficulties during the training process, because there is no corresponding marketing knowledge and sales experience before I take part in it, so the training is not very easy.Next, what we need is practice.After get into the shop, we try to solve all kinds of questions in a hurry on the methods we learned.But things are not like we want, we just can see and hear to learn all the things.So I learned to observe and smile towards customers.The most important thing is that I learned how to feel the customer's mood.In the process of practice, I often asked questions and, learn methods, and I mastered how to work.Then the actual marketing work started.At the beginning of the work, it is to greet the customer, which can exercise our eloquence and strengthen professional knowledge, so I found myself learned more about product knowledge in the process.If I met one person who does not want to buy anything, just only for seeking advice, I

In the sales process, if the sales assistants have a good state of mind, it will give customers a kind of positive and energetic atmosphere, then the positive atmospherewill have an affection on the customer, so customers may buy your product.So we know it is very important.Mental state can also perform out from our expression.If you have much etiquette knowledge, which can let the customer feel the value of the brand, because sales assistant is the direct embodiment of the brand, so the sales assistant quality promotion is very important to company.2.Preparation of the body

A good body is necessary for doing jobs well.After a few days, I feel my body

is not very well.So I understand that the body is the capital of revolution.In order to better work, I have to exercise every morning.Only have a good body,can we better go to work.And good body is necessary in a team.3.Preparation of professional knowledge

In the reception customer, since I am not familiar with the product knowledge, so when customers asked some questions, I can’t answer it.so sometimes may don’t

believe our products.You don't understand, so consumers will don’t buy anyting.So the professional knowledge is very important.4.Preparation of customer

翻譯實習報告

為了把我們近一年所學的基本的英漢互譯知識和方法全面地結合起來，院里給我們安排了翻譯實習，使我們能相對忠實、準確、流暢地將各種文體進行英漢互譯，以此提高自身翻譯各種文本的實際能力。同時，通過翻譯實習,養我們成為一名翻譯工作者所應具備的優秀品質:誠實篤信, 認真負責,嚴格遵守翻譯從業人員必備的各種職業規則以及嚴謹細致的作風,吃苦耐勞的精神,團結合作的風尚等。

我們的指導老師給了我們12份英文材料，每份約2000字。我們實習的任務是完成所有材料的翻譯。根據學院及指導老師的要求，我計劃將所有材料在三周內翻譯完成，每周平均翻譯四分材料。為了配合院里的工作，更為了通過實踐，總結自己的不足，以便在今后的語言實踐中自己翻譯水平和能力能夠得到相應的提高和發展，我在完成計劃工作后，我開始了我的翻譯實習工作。

在進行翻譯實習的過程中，我充分調動了我大腦中的知識及老師教給我們的基本翻譯技巧，例如：“英譯漢時，有時某些詞并不能完全按照詞典的基本含義翻譯，如生搬硬套或逐詞死譯，會使譯文生硬，令人費解，甚至可能造成誤解。這時應當根據上下文和邏輯關系，從該詞的基本含義出發，進一步加以適當的引申，選擇比較適當的漢語詞語來表達”以及增詞法、省略法(減詞法)、重復法、正反, 反正表達法、分句法, 合句法、詞義的引伸、詞類的轉譯等英譯漢常用的方法和技巧。盡管如此，我在實際翻譯時候還是碰到了很多問題。

首先，詞匯量的不充足使我在翻譯的過程中經常遇到阻礙，我不得不借助電腦，詞典等工具查找出我所不能準確描述的關鍵詞句。其次，是常用句型的缺乏也使得我在翻譯過程中舉步維艱。再次，就是對一些專有詞匯的不熟悉還有一些國外歷史文化背景等方面知識的匱乏也使得我的翻譯工作進展的不太順利。這時，我會借助網絡的幫助，在網上查詢在詞典中查不到的專有名詞、新詞，以及相關背景知。最后，語文功底的薄弱和常識性知識的缺乏也是阻礙我翻譯工作的一大難題。例如，在第一份翻譯材料中有個句子是“the united states economy ”，在這個句子中，我不知道是 把“the united states economy”翻譯為“美國經濟”還是“美國經濟體”好，并且我總覺得兩種翻譯都很怪。如果把“the united states economy”翻譯為“美國經濟”，那么整句話的翻譯就是：“美國經濟擁有世界上最大的國內生產總值(gdp)”。但是“國內生產總值”只能是一個國家的啊，不能說經濟擁有多少國內生產總值吧。但是，如果把“the united states economy”翻譯為“美國經濟”體，那么整句話的翻譯就是：“美國經濟體擁有世界上最大的國內生產總值(gdp)”。這樣又成為經濟體有多少國內上產總值的。于是，我又想：可不可以把“economy”直接省略不翻呢？就翻譯為“美國擁有世界上最大的國內生產總值(gdp)”，但是我又不敢妄下結論。總之，我真的是在經過艱苦的“奮戰”后才最終完成了本次的翻譯實習任務。

通過這次的翻譯實習，我更加清楚的認識到自己英語相關方面的知識還遠遠不足，也讓我更加清醒的認識到，豐富自己的詞匯量及語境英語句型的重要性，更讓我懂得“理論聯系實際”的真理——沒有理論知識肯定不行，但是光有理論知識而不通過實踐來鞏固舊知識和獲得新知識更不行。任何事情和工作都不是夸夸其談就能完成的和做好的。此外，我也變得更能忍耐和堅持。在實習的過程中，由于翻譯工作過于枯燥以及在翻譯中遇到各種困難而使翻譯過程的緩慢，我曾多次想放棄，想隨便敷衍了事。但是我從小養成的強烈責任感和擁有的良好道德觀敦促我忍受枯燥乏味和沖破各種阻礙把我的任務完成。最后，我也深刻的體會到時間的緊迫性。我的大學生活即將結束，這意味著我已經沒有多少在學校學習的時間了（因為我不考研將）。我真的意識到我在過去的三年中浪費了多少本可以用來學習充電的大好時光。我知道不管是否來得及，我都要充分這最后的半年（我覺得最多只有半年學習時間了）好好學習。不論我能否彌補我在這次實習中所反映出得不足，或是能不能獲得更多的知識和技能，我都要抓緊時間充充電。總之，在這次的翻譯實習讓我感觸頗深也收獲很大。我感受到了“沒有付出就沒有收獲”的真理；我感受到了做人要做個有心人，時時留意身邊的大事小事，并隨時積累知識（哪怕是一個字，一個詞）的重要性；我還感受到必須“學以致用”而不能只是“紙上談兵”。同時，我收獲了新的字、新的詞、新的短語和新的句子；我收獲了新的知識；我更收獲了獲得新知識時的巨大快樂以及完成任務時的無比欣慰。

Internship objectives: I can do well with the translation work.Written translation need in control of range of information.One can’t know everything well but need to know some background of task.The foundation of translation is according the original text.The version should accurate.No omission and addition at random by us is necessary.In the next place, the text I translated should clear and coherent.And last, the word I use should suitable with clarity and simplicity.The most important of version is made client to understand what you say.The beginning of written translation is hard.In the fact, written translation is always contact with computer.Except to go to sleep, to go to toilet and to pick up the call, translator should work in front of computer.It is a good tool and necessary to your translation work, but there are still some bad to you.Sitting in front of computer long time is harm to health.The hip, the shoulder and the waist getting the pain as is often the case.The strong radiation brings a plenty intangible damage.As the saying goes “you can’t make bricks without straw.” Written translation needs a tool that is computer.Making use of computer enquire us to make the best of computer knowledge.I think WORD is basically to grasp, some translation software about TRADOS will give us much help in the future.The school arranges us to have a written translation class as soon as term start.The first class, the teacher introduced the means of written English.For example, literal translation, free translation, omission, addition and so on.At first, he asked us to translate classic Chinese poetry.As we all know, it is seems the hardest to translate literary translation and EST translation.But actually, it is seldom to contact the literary translation.The most works we contact are concerned with architecture, business, tender, electronic, petrol, chemical engineering and railway.These documents are nearly nonprofessional.Professional documents have their professional term.These words ever used in the class rarely.Some terms the company will give us general usage, but some hard words hide in the internet and uneasy to look up they aren’t afforded.This must develop your talent and try your best to translate.Checking up the grammar, the meaning and the punctuation, I think, especially the figure about the whole-length.Paying more attention to your sentence, thinking about it what can I do to make people easy to understand? Fortunately to me, I am interesting in the computer all the time.So, when I translate, type setting, words looking up and typing speed is not a problem for me.As far as I am concerned, my translation quality should be improved at once.I was very boring from very beginning.Never thought to be a written translator before, I considered it was impossible to me because translator is not sit for everyone.The job is match with high intelligence.During the training class, the work of written translation appeals to me.I know that the occupation I liked.In the first place, the study of linguistics well needs practice.It is said that practice make prefect.Without translating hundreds of thousands document is not much of a written translator.In my view point, thirsting for knowledge and having self-motivated, preferring to ask reason for whatever they don’t know, I prefer to choose this person to get this job if I am recruiter.There

is no end to learn.What’s more, learning will change one’s fate.I can, do can you.Even though a translation work seems simply, there are more people behind it.You must review carefully and several times after the first draft done.Secondly, the leader in the group will check your work once more.This thing seems belong to one person, but actually is a team work.Furthermore, attitude decides everything inspired me all the time.Above all, we make some progression through this practice in the training class.In spite of the time is very short, the things that the teacher told us are very useful to me.I also improve and learn a lot.At the same time, I learn that I need spend more time on the study of my major.In short, that was a meaningful activity, from it;I learned the knowledge about translation really.At the same time, I also learned that I need to study hard because my vocabulary was very poor.To be a good translator, I needed to improve myself trough hardworking.And in the later life，I need to down to earth and learn the translation by heart.Nothing is difficult if you put all your heart into it, this is what I learned from that translation training class.
