我妻子黃云菊，今年36歲，湖北省保康縣城關(guān)鎮(zhèn)人，2011年5月，突然感到身體極度不適，隨即上吐下瀉，到城關(guān)醫(yī)院治療無效后轉(zhuǎn)到縣中醫(yī)院繼續(xù)治療，經(jīng)縣中醫(yī)院確診為“慢性腎衰竭（尿毒癥）”，而且已到晚期。我被這無情的檢查結(jié)果完全嚇蒙了，致死都不敢相信我妻子如此年輕，竟患上如此之癥。等于把我們一家三口人打入了無底深淵。因為我是一個普普通通的農(nóng)民，無固定經(jīng)濟(jì)收入來源，小孩子今年9歲，就讀鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)二年級，這樣的病對于象我這樣普通的家庭來說，無疑就是一個晴天霹靂，根本無法承受巨額的醫(yī)藥費(fèi)。在醫(yī)院經(jīng)過幾次住院綜合治療，我妻子的病情雖然暫時得到了控制，但是有幾項生命體征、指標(biāo)還不穩(wěn)定，每天都要忍受病痛和精神上的的折磨，生活基本無法自理。從2012年1月起，已開始在醫(yī)院每星期兩次透析，每次450元。醫(yī)生說，目前想完全治愈這個病唯一的辦法，就只有換腎才能生存，否則一旦出現(xiàn)其它并發(fā)癥，一切將晚矣。這次治療，將我們夫妻原本不多的積蓄全部花光，現(xiàn)在已是舉債度日。經(jīng)多方打聽，換腎治療的費(fèi)用包括“腎源、手術(shù)費(fèi)及后期排異等醫(yī)藥費(fèi)用”，大約需要幾十萬元。面對這筆巨額資金缺口，我們已無能為力??

求助信

求助人：0000、男、000族，生于XXX年XX月XXX日，住湖北省XXX縣XX鎮(zhèn)XX鄉(xiāng)。

求助人因在云南省遭遇交通事故于2011年2月9日入迪慶香格里拉人民醫(yī)院住院治療，入院以后，院方為求助人做腿部X線拍片檢查兩次，治療后于2011年3月3日出院。出院時迪慶香格里拉人民醫(yī)院診斷為“左大腿軟組織挫傷”，出院小結(jié)上轉(zhuǎn)歸結(jié)果為“治愈”。2011年8月19日，求助人在湖北省鶴峰縣中心醫(yī)院做CR檢查，診斷為“左髖臼陳舊性骨折拌左側(cè)股骨頭內(nèi)嵌”。2011年9月10日又在云南省麗江市人民醫(yī)院復(fù)查CT片及檢查報告單示：

1、左側(cè)陳舊性髖臼骨折。

2、左側(cè)股骨頭壞死。不同醫(yī)院對同一患者的同一部位診斷結(jié)果完全不一樣。可見迪慶香格里拉人民醫(yī)院對求助人的傷情造成了漏診。

通過咨詢，求助人左髖臼陳舊性骨折，左側(cè)股骨頭壞死的傷情，其治療需要高額的費(fèi)用，預(yù)計首次手術(shù)費(fèi)需要56000.00元。此后，每十年需要換一次股骨頭，所需費(fèi)用每次為56000.00元，結(jié)合求助的人年齡，需要更換5次，所需費(fèi)用為280000.00元，所以治療費(fèi)共為336000.00元。求助人的傷情鑒定為八級傷殘，按求助人戶籍所在省的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計算（5832.00元/年×20年×30%）為34992.00元。求助人須行六次手術(shù)治療，每次治療時間預(yù)計一個月，休息時間兩個月，總計十八個月，求助人身傷為農(nóng)民，按求助人戶籍所在省標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（16940.00元/年）計算為；25410.60元，此為后期治療必然會產(chǎn)生的誤工費(fèi)用。已發(fā)生的誤工費(fèi)用依照司法解釋的規(guī)定可以計算至傷后365日。誤工費(fèi)為365天×46.41）16939.60元，誤工費(fèi)用總計應(yīng)42350.25元。求助人后期手術(shù)治療期間以及休息期間需要一人專事護(hù)理，護(hù)理時間為150日，護(hù)理費(fèi)為7058.30元

另外，求助人家里還有兩個小孩，一個母親，（5832.00元×3年÷2）為8748.00元（5832.00元×16年÷2）為46656.00元。（5832.00元×15年÷2）為43740.00元。共計為99136.00元

求助人在迪慶香格里拉人民醫(yī)院漏診，既給我身體帶來了不堪忍受的苦痛，同時給我精神上造成了終身難民彌合的精神損害，其所受損害本無法用金錢衡量，但出現(xiàn)這樣的結(jié)果又不得有不用金錢來量化，要求精神撫慰金50000.00元。

綜上，因迪慶香格里拉人民醫(yī)院的漏診。迪慶香格里拉人民醫(yī)院應(yīng)賠償求助人569536.50元。

現(xiàn)求助人身處異鄉(xiāng)。孤立無援，不得已只好向貴州求助，請求政府向我抻出援手，求民于危難之中，責(zé)令迪慶香格里拉人民醫(yī)院培償損失。甚謝！
