基本情況

我叫徐龍新，男，32歲，范縣龍王莊中心校的一位教師。愛人叫劉利蕊，今年32歲，也是龍王莊的一位教師。有兩個孩子，女兒10歲，兒子3歲。

治病過程

不幸的事打破了這個原本幸福 和諧的家庭。2011年3月愛人被安陽腫瘤醫院確診為乳腺癌，于是根據專家建議住院治療，拿出了先化療兩個療程再做手術的方案，于4月13日在本院做了全切除手術，術后又化療了4次，康復出院。在10月14日的復查中，又查出了淋巴轉移，緊接著又做了兩次化療。這時的家庭負擔重重的壓在了這個原本幸福 和諧的家庭，在親朋的支持下完成了這8次的化療。

2012年正月初七又奔安陽腫瘤醫院復查，查體結果如雷貫耳——肺轉移

有胸水。專家建議化療兩次，結果化療了三次。看著愛人疼痛難忍 滴水未進，她認識到了病情的嚴重性，決定放棄。在我和家人的勸慰下堅持了下來。出院查體，大夫說病情穩定 控制住了。6月5日的查體又一次震撼了這顆受過傷害的心靈。肺部再次有胸水

皮下轉移，在我的勸說和陪同下，去了北京廣安門中醫院，在專家的安排下，住進了北京普祥中醫腫瘤醫院，中西結合治療腫瘤。接著又做了3個療程的化療，在第三個療程未做完時，發現腦轉移，四肢無力不受支配了，在專家的指導下，轉院解放軍第307醫院做射波刀手術（因病情嚴重未住進醫院，接受了門診治療，治療費約6萬。）。術后病情惡化，10月5日轉范縣人民醫院，以降顱壓為主治療，于10月24日離開了這個溫暖的家。看病總計花費214129.45元，醫保報銷80000。

1.一次性撫恤金的發放不是20個月基本工資，而是40個月的基本工資。

文體概述

求助人：0000、男、000族，生于XXX年XX月XXX日，住湖北省XXX縣XX鎮XX鄉。

求助人因在云南省遭遇交通事故于2011年2月9日入迪慶香格里拉人民醫院住院治療，入院以后，院方為求助人做腿部X線拍片檢查兩次，治療后于2011年3月3日出院。出院時迪慶香格里拉人民醫院診斷為“左大腿軟組織挫傷”，出院小結上轉歸結果為“治愈”。2011年8月19日，求助人在湖北省鶴峰縣中心醫院做CR檢查，診斷為“左髖臼陳舊性骨折拌左側股骨頭內嵌”。2011年9月10日又在云南省麗江市人民醫院復查CT片及檢查報告單示：

通過咨詢，求助人左髖臼陳舊性骨折，左側股骨頭壞死的傷情，其治療需要高額的費用，預計首次手術費需要56000.00元。此后，每十年需要換一次股骨頭，所需費用每次為56000.00元，結合求助的人年齡，需要更換5次，所需費用為280000.00元，所以治療費共為336000.00元。求助人的傷情鑒定為八級傷殘，按求助人戶籍所在省的標準計算（5832.00元/年×20年×30%）為34992.00元。求助人須行六次手術治療，每次治療時間預計一個月，休息時間兩個月，總計十八個月，求助人身傷為農民，按求助人戶籍所在省標準（16940.00元/年）計算為；25410.60元，此為后期治療必然會產生的誤工費用。已發生的誤工費用依照司法解釋的規定可以計算至傷后365日。誤工費為365天×46.41）16939.60元，誤工費用總計應42350.25元。求助人后期手術治療期間以及休息期間需要一人專事護理，護理時間為150日，護理費為7058.30元

求助人在迪慶香格里拉人民醫院漏診，既給我身體帶來了不堪忍受的苦痛，同時給我精神上造成了終身難民彌合的精神損害，其所受損害本無法用金錢衡量，但出現這樣的結果又不得有不用金錢來量化，要求精神撫慰金50000.00元。

綜上，因迪慶香格里拉人民醫院的漏診。迪慶香格里拉人民醫院應賠償求助人569536.50元。

現求助人身處異鄉。孤立無援，不得已只好向貴州求助，請求政府向我抻出援手，求民于危難之中，責令迪慶香格里拉人民醫院培償損失。甚謝！
