人與人的心靈交流

——《心靈捕手》

一直就對電影頗感興趣,電影大千世界無奇不有,然后我在步入大學心理學課堂后才接觸到心理類電影這一概念,而《心靈捕手》無疑是這類題材的代表作。故事簡述了主人公威爾是一個頗具天才智商的“痞子”,他默默無聞的在麻省理工大學里擔任一名保潔員工,卻已可以悄無聲息數次解決任課老師——藍勃教授在黑板上留下的數學問題,可以在巧舌如簧的讓所謂的哈弗大學生無地自容,可以一次次的戲弄嘗試為其治療指引的心理醫生。然而,這一切在西恩出現悄然改變了他的人生。西恩是一個“奇怪”的心理學教授,雖然在心理學方面有著令人驕傲的獨到的建樹,但是他的心里實際上有著不為人知的陰影。通過藍波教授的介紹,兩個怪人邂逅了,和其他的心理醫生一樣,西恩在和威爾接觸的初期,不可避免的因為叛逆心理的作用下擦出了很多的火花,然而在一番激烈的斗智斗勇之后,;兩個人終于還是惺惺相惜,融化了彼此心中的隔閡,成了一對忘年之交。

對于《異度空間》,《美麗心靈》所講述的精神分裂癥,仰或是《致命ID》里面講述的人格分裂,對于心理學淺薄的認知都不足以讓我在日常生活發現他們的蹤跡,對我來說,這些心理疾病或者無處不在但卻是那么的遙不可及,遠在天邊。《心靈捕手》或多或少都可 以找出我們的影子,片中的主人公威爾,有著與我們相仿的年紀,天質聰慧,飽讀群書,對知識有著與生俱來的敏銳感,但卻受著童年的陰影,讓他沒有辦法以其他人正常的溝通,不能體驗生活的美好,導致他叛逆性格的形成。其實反觀我們自己,誰又不曾經歷過生活的種種,誰又沒有經歷過叛逆期,沒有在交際中感到困惑,我們不應該因為劇中人物劇烈的生活情節而不以為意,其實他不過是每一個我們的矛盾激化版,我們在為劇中充滿懸念、意猶未盡的結局無限遐思的時候,更應該反省自己,是否也曾這般給予過人心靈深處的傷害,是否也曾這樣對不起自己,自暴自棄。

如果說威爾是一塊“敲門磚”,那么,西恩教授就是發現叩開這塊磚之后,所看到的門外的世界。

曾有那么一種說法,從事心理方面的專家,或多或少會存在一定程度的心理疾病,而西恩教授也許就是這樣的一個人。西恩教授是一個具有喪妻的老年人,他性格古怪孤僻,終日除了研究心理學,生活就想一塘死水。然而,威爾的出現激活了這個男人。他剛從接觸時候的得心應手到后來的情緒失控,再帶后來的冷靜堅持,終于實現了對威爾的正確引領。如果說威爾是我們曾經的經歷,那么西恩便是我們在未來日子里爭取努力地方向。或多或少我們們都有聽說過“朋輩心理輔導”這一個概念。正如西恩教授在“撞板”之后從自己角色正確的轉變一樣,無論一個高高在上的老師,施舍者,再到一個朋友,一個可以與之坦誠相對的同輩人,在一定的環境下,或者一份真實遠比太過于實際的專業知識來的更能打動人心。一如威爾,或者你可以滔滔不絕,可以有排山倒海之勢的應用心理學的知識來引導他,可是他或許比你更了解其中的點滴,那么效果就會顯得那么的蒼白無力,又更何況對心理學淺顯的認識不足以支撐我們在日常生活之中有這樣的方式去開到引領身邊的人。

其實更為強大的是真心的力量,是我們為別人的真真切切。有時候,人是敏感的,就像片中主人公——威爾,易怒,激烈的他還飽受了幾度的牢獄之災,可是當西恩放下不一樣的特殊年齡,不一樣的生活背景,即使是年齡代溝也好,階級也罷,不同的問題也就迎刃而解了。生活之中,我們不可避免的帶有著自己生活背景下的矛盾,在迷茫的人群中,相信自己可以在自己特有的組織群體中找到惜惜相惺的人。通過這一個影片我們因當要做得到心病還是要新藥去治療的,還鈴還須系鄰人。

秘書人員的口頭報告能力,是一個人分析能力、協調能力、應變能力、表達能力的綜合體現。迅速、簡潔、準確的口頭報告,有利于領導及時掌握情況,迅速作出決策。培養秘書人員的口頭報告能力,要從以下細節著于:

一、精心過濾,區別處理、區別對待、慎重處理,以免干擾領導的正常工作,甚至給領導造成被動。

二、弄清原委,力求準確。視信息的真實性、完善性為生命,按時間、地點、人物、事件、經過、結果六要素調查了解,構建完善的信息。
