第五篇：開幕式閉幕式致辭

一、開幕詞、閉幕詞的含義和作用

(一)開幕詞的含義和作用

開幕詞是大型會議開始的時候，由組織召開會議的機關的主要領導人向大會全體代表發表的講話。開幕詞的內容主要是闡述會議的指導思想、宗旨、重要意義，向與會者提出開好會議的要求，或對會議的成功表示祝愿。

開幕詞是大會正式召開的標志，主要領導人親臨大會并發表開幕詞，顯示了組織者對大會的重視。開幕詞所提出的會議宗旨，是大會的主導思想，所闡明的目的、任務、要求等，對于會議有著重要的指導作用。會議結束之后，與會者傳達會議精神時，開幕詞也是其重要的依據之一。

(二)閉幕詞的含義和作用

閉幕詞與開幕詞相對應，是會議結束時由主要領導人向全體會議代表所作的總結性講話。致閉幕詞的領導人，跟致開幕詞的領導人一般不是一人，通常與致開幕者身份相當或略低。閉幕詞的主要內容是對會議作概括性的評價和總結，并向與會者提出貫徹落實大會精神的要求，向與會單位提出奮斗目標和希望。

辦任何事情都不能虎頭蛇尾，大會有一個隆重的開頭，也應該有一個鄭重的結尾。會議是否能給人圓滿的印象，閉幕詞起著重要的作用。

二、開幕詞、閉幕詞的寫法

(一)開幕詞的寫法

1．標題、時間、稱謂

開幕詞的標題，有三種寫法：

一是由大會名稱加文種組成，如鄧小平所作的《中國共產黨第十二次全國代表大會開幕詞》。

二是由致詞人姓名、大會名稱、文種組成，如《×××同志在××××大會上的開幕詞》。三是在文種名稱上有所變通，如江澤民1999年12月2日《在〈維也納公約〉締約方大會第五次會議和〈蒙特利爾議定書〉締約方大會第十一次會議部長級會議開幕式上的致辭》。開幕詞的時間，加括號標寫在標題下方正中位置。

稱謂是對與會者的統稱。如果是黨的會議，稱謂比較簡單，就是“同志們”三個字，后加冒號。如果是國際會議，要按照國際慣例來排列順序，較常見的是：“各位嘉賓，女士們，先生們”，后加冒號。

2．正文

正文可分為開頭、主體、結尾三部分。

(1)開頭

開頭的內容包括以下幾項：

宣布大會開幕。最簡單的說法是：“××××大會現在開幕。”也可以有些變通的說法或靈活的處理，如：“今天，《維也納公約》締約方大會第五次會議和《蒙特利爾議定書》締約方大會第十一次會議部長級會議在北京隆重開幕，大家聚集一堂，共商保護地球的具體行動，具有十分重要的意義。”

對大會的規模和參加大會人員的身份進行介紹。有些開幕詞可以有這項內容，大致說法是：“參加這次大會的代表有×××人，他們分別來自……”。

對大會表示祝賀，對來賓表示歡迎。大致說法是：“我代表×××對大會表示衷心的祝賀！對與會的各位代表和來賓表示熱烈的歡迎！”

(2)主體

主體是開幕詞的核心部分，主要包括以下幾個方面的內容：

闡明會議的重要意義。具體涉及：這次會議是在什么形勢下召開的，會議將要討論解決

什么問題，這個問題的現實價值如何，有什么迫切性，會議最終將會達到什么目的等等。說明會議的主要議程。議程明確的會議，可以將議程直接列項表達，如：“我們這次代表大會的主要議程有三項：(一)審議第十一屆中央委員會的報告，確定黨為全面開創社會主義現代化建設新局面而奮斗的綱領；(二)審議和通過新的《中國共產黨章程》；(三)按照新的黨章的規定，選舉新的中央委員會、中央顧問委員會和中央紀律檢查委員會。”如議程不宜列項，則要對會議將要討論的主要問題進行闡述。

向與會者提出希望和要求。如：“我們一定要兢兢業業地做好自己的工作，加強同全國各族人民的團結，加強同全世界人民的團結，為把我國建設成為現代化的、高度文明、高度民主的社會主義國家，為反對霸權主義，維護世界和平，推進人類進步事業，而努力奮斗。”

(3)結尾

開幕詞一般用祝頌語結束全文，如：“最后，祝大會取得圓滿成功。祝各位在北京愉快。謝謝！”

開幕詞是在一些大型會議開始時由會議主持人或主要領導人所作的開宗明義的講話。它具有宣告性、提示性和指導性。

（一）開幕詞的特點

一是簡明性，開幕詞要簡潔明了、短小精悍，最忌長篇累牘，言不及義，多使用祈使句，表示祝賀和希望；二是口語化。它的語言應該通俗、明快、上口。

（二）開幕詞的種類

按內容可以分為側重性開幕詞和一般性開幕詞兩種。側重性開幕詞往往對會議召開的歷史背景、重大意義或會議的中心議題等，作重點闡述，其他問題一帶而過。一般性開幕詞則只對會議的目的、議程、基本精神、來賓等作簡要概述。

（三）開幕詞的寫作方法

通常由標題、稱謂及正文三部分組成。

1、標題通常有三種寫法：一是用會議名稱作標題；二是前邊再加上領導人姓名；三是用提示內容中心或主旨的標題，在后面通常加上副標題。

2、稱謂一般寫在標題下行頂格，稱呼通常用“同志們”、“朋友們”、“各位代表”等。

3、正文一般包括開頭、主體和結尾。開頭寫宣布開幕之類的話。主體部分一般包括以下內容：會議的籌備和出席會議人員情況；會議召開的背景和意義；會議的性質、目的及主要任務；會議的主要議程及要求；會議的奮斗目標及深遠影響等等。但寫作中一定要把握會議的性質，鄭重闡述會議的特點、意義、要求和希望，對于會議本身的情況如議程等，要概括說明，點到為止；行文則要明快、流暢，評議要堅定有力，充滿熱情，富于鼓舞力量。最后是結尾，一般都是“祝大會圓滿成功”之類。
