一、填空

1.無意注意:無意注意也叫不隨意注意。它既無預定目的,也不需要意志努力的注意,是被動的,是對環境變化的應答性的反應。
2.肢體語言:是以說話人的身姿、手勢、表情、眼神來傳遞信息、訴諸聽話人視覺的一種無聲語言。3.“女國音”: 所謂“女國音”是指在一些年輕的女性中,在聲母舌面音j、q、x與齊齒呼、撮口呼韻母相拼時,把發音部位前移,發成近似于舌間前音zi、ci、si,或非常靠前的ji、qi、xi的現象,即所謂的“尖音”。由于女性居多,因此稱這種女學生特有的讀音為“女國音”。
4.非語言溝通:是指用語言以外的,即非語言符號系統進行的信息交流。這種形式一般表現為視——動符號系統(手勢、表情動作、體態語言等非語言交往手段);目光接觸系統(眼神、眼色);輔助語言(說話的語氣、音調、音質、音量、節奏等)以及空間運用(身體距離)等。

兒化并不只是語音現象,它還具有語匯意義和語法意義,并有一定的修辭作用,使漢語在表達上更加精確。(1分)

2、如何處理好表述語言與肢體語言的關系? 答:在人際交往中,為了表達自己的思想感情,可借助于肢體語言,以達到強化口語交際內容的目的。但肢體語言只是起輔助作用,不能喧賓奪主,更不能造成負面影響。(4分)處理好表述語言與肢體語言的關系要把握:(6分)
(一)為了更好地表情達意,準確地傳遞信息,表述時要適當地使用肢體語言;
(二)在使用肢體語言時,要把握適時、適度的原則;
(三)肢體語言僅僅起到輔助作用,不可能代替語言的表述。
