一、教學內容及分析
本單元以生活中發生的有趣事情及富有科普意義的不明飛行物UFO作為話題,其語言功能是談論過去發生的事情,學會講故事,進而培養學生熱愛科學、探索科學、熱愛生活的情感。是在學習了一般過去時態和現在進行時態的基礎上,通過講故事的方式,學習過去進行時態,繼續鞏固一般過去時態,學習when、while引導的時間狀語從句,進而加深對一般過去時態和過去進行時態意義的理解和應用。
Section A:活動1a至2c主要通過聽說的方式,描述UFO的發生過程,在情景中呈現并學習了過去進行時態的意義及其結構,學習了when和while引導的時間狀語從句。活動3a至活動4通過讀寫的方式,通過任務驅動,講述了UFO故事的結尾,然后通過小組交流活動,應用鞏固過去進行時態。
