第一篇：出國書信的寫作要求

出國書信的寫作是一項艱苦、繁重而煩人的工作。不少學員在出國書信的寫作中絞盡腦汁，東拼西湊，結果還是不盡人意。以下就各種書信的寫作規范和要求對本家作一點簡單的說明。sO100

A、申請信的寫作：申請信是聯系的第一封信，內容主要包括對自己的簡單介紹，所學專業介紹，希望就讀的專業介紹，考試成績介紹。千萬別忘了把你的地址、電話、E-mail地址留在你的信上。

B、personalStatement的寫作：personalStatement的主要目的，是要向學校展示你的專業能力，研究方向，以及你對自己前途的看法，主要寫作內容和層次包括：做過什么研究，寫過什么論文，赴美學習的目的和專業計劃，個人能力和品德，以及完成學業之后的打算。該文的寫作一定要真實、誠懇、具體，文章長度在50O-1000字，語言一定要流暢，不能有任何語法錯誤。

C、推薦信的寫作：推薦信應該是你的教授、老板為你寫的信，但有的學員自己寫好以后請教授、老板簽字也行。在寫這些信件時一定要注意如下幾點：

a、一定要推薦學員的具體能力，尤其是專業能力，附帶推薦一下學員為人處世的能力。

b、三封推薦信應該用不同的風格，至少不同的語氣和內容。

c、推薦信的長度不應該超過一頁，越長美國人越不愿意讀。

d、如果認識美國大學的教授，請他們寫推薦信更有效。

D、其他信件的寫作：此類信件主要是指聯系過程中的書信來往，大多數此類信件都可以用E-mail的方式發到學校。寫作此類信件一定要短小精練，把強調的要點說清楚；不管是提出請求，還是表示拒絕，都一定要用語簡練，向對方的努力表示感謝。

E、拒簽申訴信的寫作：被美國大使館拒簽后所寫的拒簽申訴信一定要寫的鏗鏘有力，據理力爭，把使館的拒簽理由逐個反駁回去，使簽證官讀后感到除了給你簽證外無話可說。

書信是人們在日常生活、學習、工作和公務活動中應用的最為廣泛的文體。英語的書信寫作主要包括四個方面的內容，即： 稱呼，正文，結束語，署名。第一步 ： 稱呼

稱呼是指信開頭的稱呼，其后一般用逗號。例如：對父母，對親戚：My dear Mother / Dear Cousin 等。對同學、朋友：My dear friend / Dear Mr.Jackson / Dear Sir 等.對未婚女子：Dear Miss Lucy / My Dear Miss Lucy 等.對一般女子：不論是否已婚對已婚女子：Dear Mrs Jackson / My Dear Mrs.Jackson 等.對公司、學校、工廠等：Dear Sirs / Gentleman 等.第二步： 正文

正文是信件的主體部分，也是書信的內容。正文應在稱呼的下一行開始。正文的寫法應該有一定的規律，一般是開頭帶有寒暄、客氣的套語。正文要寫事情。收尾要有寒暄、客氣的套語。一般開頭的套語要根據信件的內容，尤其是回信的情景來選擇不同的套語。而且要開門見山，提出寫信的目的，表明寫信的性質。要發揮自己的想象力把文中所給的三個要點進行擴展，同時應該根據文章的要求增加相關的細節及關聯詞語，這樣既能做到要點全面，又能使所寫的文章語言流暢，銜接自然。第三步：禮貌性的結尾套語

這些套語一般都是焦急等待你回信的話。例如：I am looking forward to your reply./ Please write to me soon./ I hope to hear form you soon./ I would appreciate it if you could send a reply at your convenience.或者是祝福、問候一類的用語，例如：Please give my best regards to your family / Please remember me to your family./ With best wishes to you.第四步： 簽名

簽名時注意不要簽自己的真名，按照書信的要求辦事。個人署名 ： yours truly W.J.watson , 公司署名： Yours faithfully , Legend Computer Company Wang Lin Sales Mangers.(常用的頭語有：I have received your letter of July Ist.7月1 日來信已經收悉。I have the pleasure to tell you that …….很高興告訴你……。

I am very much delighted to receive your letter.非常高興收到你的來信。It is my honor to inform you that ……很榮幸告訴你……。常用的結束套話有：

I am looking forward to hearing from you 盼早日回信。Wish best regards.祝好。

Thank you for your help 感謝你的幫助！

Wish my best wishes for your success.祝你成功。Wishing you a happy holiday.祝假日愉快！

Hoping to hear from you soon.希望能盡快收到你的回信。５結束語（Complimentary Close）

結束語在正文之后隔一兩行的偏右方開始寫出。開頭字母用大寫，以后的字母用小寫，最后一個詞后面用逗句。

第四篇：私人書信的格式和寫作要求

私人書信是指那些涉及私事，告知自己近況的家信，以及親戚、朋友、熟人之間的互通情況保持聯系的信件。它包括約會、介紹、邀請、接受邀請、婉拒、感謝、問候、祝賀、送禮、送別和告別、唁函（電）等。

1.私人書信的格式

私人書信通常由下列五部分組成：

信頭（含發信人地址、發信日期）、稱呼（對收信人的尊稱）、正文（發信人要說的內容）、結尾（發信人對收信人的謙稱或致敬語）和簽名（發信人姓名簽字）。如上圖所示。

2.私人書信的寫作要求

信頭的寫法：

信頭位于信箋的右上角（如上圖），包括發信人地址和發信日期，通常是以寫信人自己的地點開頭。給好友、熟人的信，可以不寫地址，只寫日期。有的信箋上已經印好地址，就不必再寫。

信紙上的地址寫法應與信封上的寫法一樣，每一行末應該用逗號，在最后一行的末尾用句號。每行末也可不用標點，但行中某某（州）名與國名、某某名與某地、某地名之間，均需用逗號。

在地址下面緊接著寫日期，信首日期須按july 1s，1995或15th july，1995的寫法。7/15/95或7-15-95之類的寫法不用在信頭，只可用在信的正文部分。年份之前須有逗號。

稱呼的用法：

稱呼是對收信人的尊稱語，通常寫在信紙的左邊，大約在信頭下面半英寸左右的地方。在私人書信中，除了mr.、mrs.、miss等稱號外，熟人和親友之間通常以教名（或昵稱）相稱。下面是私人書信中常用的稱呼（接親密程度順序排列）：

my dear anna 我親愛的安娜

dearest anna 最親愛的安娜

my dearest anna 我最親愛的安娜

my dearest 我最親愛的 darling anna 親愛的安娜（夫妻之間的稱呼）

mg darling 我親愛的 my very own darling 我最親愛的 寫給同齡的友人，通常在朋友名字的前面冠以“親愛的”或“我親愛的”。如果你朋友的姓名是鮑伯?威廉，就寫“親愛的鮑伯”或“我親愛的鮑伯”。

寫給長者或熟人，比如是給一位亞當?戴維斯教授寫信，恰當的稱呼是“親愛的戴維斯教授”。不過要是收信人喜歡別人稱呼他的名字，你也可以寫“親愛的亞當”。

寫給兄弟、姐妹或堂（表）兄弟（姐妹），在“親愛的”之后加上他（她）的名字。假如你的堂（表）兄弟的名字叫亨利?哈里森，那就寫“親愛的亨利”。

寫給家庭中比你年長的其他成員，如你的父母、祖父母、叔叔、姑媽等，就寫親屬關系的名稱，如“親愛的媽媽”、“親愛的叔叔”等等。

正文：

信的正文應該在稱呼下面一行開始，信紙的左邊要留有一英寸左右的空白。私人寫信話題廣泛，可不拘形式，語言隨意。

結尾套語：

私人書信中的結尾套語通常是幾個常用的詞或詞組，接在信的正文下面。結尾的第一個詞應該大寫，最后一個詞的后面有逗號。不同的結尾套語將取決于發信人對收信人的親密程度。

私人書信中一般常用的結尾語是：

with best wishes，致以最良好的祝愿

all the best，但愿諸事如意

with kind regards，致以親切的問候

with kindest regards，順致最親切的問候

kind regards，此致親切的問候

with all good wishes，祝萬事順利

在結尾下面空開一點，略偏右的地方簽上姓名。如果是打字的，習慣上仍需親筆簽名。私人書信一般只簽教名。當然，不太熟悉的人之間也有簽全名的。在私人書信中，寫信人為了表示對收信人的親密和尊重，一般不應將自己的職務或職銜寫上。
