獨(dú)一無二性【做一些別人沒有做過的事情,當(dāng)一百個(gè)人都說自己在學(xué)生會(huì)組織一個(gè)晚會(huì)的時(shí)候,你認(rèn)為HR還會(huì)有興趣聽下去么?尋找你自己特有的新穎的例子很重要】

成就非凡性【既然是你最自豪的,總該體現(xiàn)自己的能力和最后的成果吧,不要拿那種雞毛蒜皮的小事當(dāng)作自己的成就,不然會(huì)被HR鄙視的,成果一定要量化,不要說受到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的一致好評(píng),用數(shù)字說話,滿意率達(dá)到多少,流失率降低多少,而且最好能拿出實(shí)體性的東西增加說服力,比如你當(dāng)時(shí)寫的報(bào)告或是設(shè)計(jì)的海報(bào),anyway,最好有證據(jù)?!?/p>

(這個(gè)問題是原來八大問中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的變形,也是寶潔最喜歡問的問題,命中率幾乎100%,寶潔是最強(qiáng)調(diào)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的公司之一,這個(gè)問題也很關(guān)鍵。我想很多人并不了解什么是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,所以即使準(zhǔn)備了也沒有達(dá)到寶潔的要求。下面是我對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的理解,可能不一定正確,僅供參考。

首先我想糾正一個(gè)非常錯(cuò)誤的觀點(diǎn):領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是當(dāng)主席或部長(zhǎng)。如果你是這種想法的話,那基本上你和外企的核心價(jià)值觀就很遠(yuǎn)了,你可能很優(yōu)秀,但是你不適合外企。首先領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力不分title,及時(shí)你是一個(gè)member,你也可以非常具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。我喜歡用一個(gè)比喻來形容領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力:

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就好比船長(zhǎng),首先你要有明確的方向感,你需要知道團(tuán)隊(duì)的vision是什么,你要有strong sense去判斷團(tuán)隊(duì)前進(jìn)的方向,并且將這個(gè)愿景清晰地表達(dá)出來,讓你的團(tuán)隊(duì)看到將來的blueprint;

其次,你要懂得合理分工,尊重每個(gè)人的潛能,給所有人明確的job description with key learning points and deadline.很多人都認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是分配任務(wù),其實(shí)告訴你的隊(duì)友做什么固然重要,但更重要的是告訴他們?yōu)槭裁匆@樣做,而且一定要stress the timeline,外企是強(qiáng)調(diào)高效的,一個(gè)項(xiàng)目拖拖拉拉和沒做沒有區(qū)別,告訴你的隊(duì)友在什么時(shí)間內(nèi)需要向你update the progress,需要完成任務(wù),這樣你才能保證每個(gè)“船員”都在合理的位置上perform;

再者你需要懂得如何激勵(lì)你的團(tuán)隊(duì),激勵(lì)的方式我總結(jié)了有6種,這里就不詳細(xì)

說了,每個(gè)人的性格不同,作為船長(zhǎng)的你要激勵(lì)船員,哪怕遇到再大的風(fēng)浪也要朝目標(biāo)前進(jìn);

然后是對(duì)每個(gè)人給予績(jī)效考核和反饋,make sure if they are on the right track,及時(shí)糾正錯(cuò)誤的方向,同時(shí)指導(dǎo)你的船員,真正的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是那種能夠培養(yǎng)別人也成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的人;

最后是危機(jī)處理,你的船就要觸礁了,作為船長(zhǎng)的你如何保持冷靜,指揮大家度過困難,如果真的船沉了,你需要對(duì)這個(gè)事件final responsible,一個(gè)真正的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是不會(huì)推卸責(zé)任的,你有這個(gè)義務(wù)去承擔(dān)最后的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
