Job application
Be a man who can give others surprise.Good morning boys and girls, I think the style of these presentations tends to copy TED’s example, so I want to introduce it to you beforehand.TED’s short for technology, entertainment, design. And the purpose of the organization is to change the world with the thought strength. It’s hosted every half a year, leaders in various areas invited to join it to show their thoughts.Ok, my topic today is “Job application”, so you may confused why I tell you this right? Never refuse the chance that may let you make progress this is my first suggestion of my speech. And today I would never want to talk with you about “How to write a
resume, how to show well in the interview or how to be well-prepared for your application”.You all do better than me.So today I want to show you something that influence me deeply in this year.My subtitle is to be a man who can give surprises. And I will show my opinions in these four points. The first one is “Own your dream”
Martin Luther King had ever said “I have a dream today”.He did bravely to reach his goal.He always marches ahead and do not turn back. Now I should ask everybody of you “Do you have any dream today or do you still have dream now?”Or do you still remember your first dream?
Maybe my question seems ridiculous, and I do not want my presentation seem to be so serious. But I always fared about my future and my job.I feel myself is losing my dream, even losing myself.I scared all the time;I’m now picking up my dream.Only when you know what you want, can you give yourself some surprise. The next title is “Be a fat horse”
“A lean camel is bigger than a horse.” We had heard this too many times. But today I manna be against to this opinion.I graduated from Xinchang
Middle School in Zhejiang province in 2009, And in 2007 the topmost master of college entrance examination appear in my school. We cheer for her, of course being proud of her.She entered Tsinghua University, and she will graduate this year. However she is rejected by many companies. She is clever,hard-working and knowledgeable.Could anybody tell me the reason? You can do better than her. Please be confident of yourself. There’s no need to worry too much about you present situation. The fat horse could easily be more valuable than a camel. You are surely to ask me what happened to her.Yeah I will explain it to you next.“Take attention of your attitude” Something tends to influent the society’s value. The old saying goes “knowledge is power.” And we do study in our last 20 years.Knowledge makes humble;ignorance makes proud. However it’s already twenty-first century, most of us graduate from university.Bachelor is becoming more and more valueless. So, it’s no longer the society that only knowledge can change us.We had heard many times of the principle “90+10”.We own the same ability that means 90 percent of a success. What’s the 10 percent means? That means the decoration. You attitude works. You pay more attention to it;you have more possibility to succeed. How your attitudes reflect your value? Let me explain it to you.I will leave you some homework. When you get back to your dormitory, check the format of your resume or something else. And think about a question” If you were the boss, will you employ yourself?” Do you feel satisfied of yourself?
Ok, I’ll show you my last suggestion. Also it’s a classical dialogue in the movie《3 idiots》。That is
“Pursue excellence, and success will come itself.”
I wish everybody can do a better job before you experience the big day
Thank you for your listening.
篇一:英語演講稿(求職)job application be a man who can give others surprise.good morning boys and girls, i think the style of these presentations tends to copy ted’s example, so i want to introduce it to you beforehand.ted’s short for technology, entertainment, design.and the purpose of the organization is to change the world with the thought strength.it’s hosted every half a year, leaders in various areas invited to join it to show their thoughts.ok, my topic today is “job application”, so you may confused why i tell you this right? never refuse the chance that may let you make progress this is my first suggestion of my speech.and today i would never want to talk with you about “how to write a resume, how to show well in the interview or how to be well-prepared for your application”.you all do better than me.so today i want to show you something that influence me deeply in this year.my subtitle is to be a man who can give surprises.and i will show my opinions in these four points.the first one is “own your dream”

learning.首先,always remind ourselves that learning form the elder generation who dealt with the scientific excellence, rigorous and realistic spirit, learning administrative workers and service staff hard-working, dedicated in obscurity and learning our leadership and scientific decision-making at all levels, the outstanding management capacity, all of them injected fresh blood development to bring new breath to our hospital.
second, to position ourselves for the loyalty employees, relying on our own efforts to win the respect of the patients and try our best to contribute to our hospital. what kind of attitude of an employee ? that is if you do not work hard today ,tomorrow you must to be find a work again. regardless of other people think highly of you or not, but you must value yourself.不論別人重視不重視你,但是自己一定要重用自己.be active from the trifle to do careful observation , diligent hands, legs more often, and make everything to approach the perfect. as a member of the hospital, first fell in love with our own work, fell in love with the job of doing, fall in love with our hospital作為醫院的主人,首先要像談戀愛一樣,先愛上自己的工作,愛上所從事的崗位、愛上我們醫院only in this way , we will do a better job. dear colleagues, let us wait and see, to meet a better day, it belongs to us and our hospital親愛的同事們,讓我們拭目以待,共同迎接美好的一天,它屬于我們和我們的醫院 ladies and gentlemen: 英語正文 first, location ourselves for primary school students, set a work attitude of learning.always remind ourselves that learning form the elder generation who dealt with the scientific excellence, rigorous and realistic spirit, learning administrative workers and service staff hard-working, dedicated in obscurity and learning our leadership and scientific decision-making at all levels, the outstanding management capacity, all of them injected fresh blood development to bring new breath to our hospital.second, to position ourselves for the loyalty employees, relying on our own efforts to win the respect of the patients and try our best to contribute to our hospital.what kind of attitude of an employee? that is if you do not work hard today, tomorrow you must to be find a work again.so regardless of other people think highly of you or not, but you must value yourself.be active from the trifle to do careful observation, diligent hands, legs more often, and make everything to approach the perfect.dear colleagues, let us wait and see, to meet a better day, it belongs to us and our hospital.

ladies and gentlemen: 英語正文 first, location ourselves for primary school students, set a work attitude of learning.always remind ourselves that learning form the elder generation who dealt with the scientific excellence, rigorous and realistic spirit, learning administrative workers and service staff hard-working, dedicated in obscurity and learning our leadership and scientific decision-making at all levels, the outstanding management capacity, all of them injected fresh blood development to bring new breath to our hospital.second, to position ourselves for the loyalty employees, relying on our own efforts to win the respect of the patients and try our best to contribute to our hospital.what kind of attitude of an employee? that is if you do not work hard today, tomorrow you must to be find a work again.so regardless of other people think highly of you or not, but you must value yourself.be active from the trifle to do careful observation, diligent hands, legs more often, and make everything to approach the perfect.dear colleagues, let us wait and see, to meet a better day, it belongs to us and our hospital. the work.only the value of everyone in the hospital this team to maximize the value of the hospital will have a maximum achieve.
篇四:大學生就業求職英語演講報告有配套ppt as people’s daily reported, there are 40 million carefully thinking there is something no one can change, the time you missed.
so we may ask some questions: join in ? that’s the topic we are going to talk in this presentation.hope it can give you something useful while taking up your precious time. (開篇介紹我們的 主題)now we are going to partly answer these questions? we are going to talk about some excellent graduates who joined the tv show only you.some of them graduated from the college which is known by only a few people some of them graduated from famous universities.about everything in different fields.i think that’s the reason why the bosses favour him very much..fully prepared ,careful observation and accumulation is critic of his success.it has not much connection with which university you graduated from i want to introduce a young man named gong yongmou , once a internet addiction juvenile, now a master degree student in peking university.he had been studied english for six years ,but still can’t tell the he said he liked the feeling of following dream.he ,of cource ,is an excellent man.while being i think that’s the same problem we are going to face.what we should do is learn from him.people who put his heart into the things he want to get will succeed finally.there is no doubt that everyone has his own way to success, but you can see, something special and important can be found in their stories.they are empressement(真誠), self-confident and experience.it maybe cruel to say that the college students are the products produced by the higher education system.as a result , the graduates are lack of the abilities that needed in work.
How are you today?
Did you have any trouble finding us?
What do you think of the weather lately?
How are you today?
Im fine thank you, and you? 或 Im well thank you.不好的回答是:So, so 或 OK 或Not so well
I attended the University of Beijing from 1990 to 1993.I graduated with a degree in civic engineering.
I am currently studying at the University of York and will graduate with a degree in Economics in the coming spring.I am studying English at the Seneca Community College.
ABC Engineering Inc.have employed me for the last 3 years as a salesperson.I have been creating customer contacts for 6 months.
I was employed by Jacksons Ltd.from 1995 to 1997 as a office manager.I worked as a production supervisor at the Heitz while I was living in New York. My job is to assist the senior scientist with unit testing不如說I assisted the senior scientist with unit testing.與其說I was responsible for the business needs analysis不如說I analyzed the business needs.
acted accomplished adapted administered advanced
advised allocated analyzed applied approved
arbitrated arranged assisted attained blended brought
built carried out catalogued changed classified collaborated
compared completed computed conceived conducted
constructed consulted contracted controlled cooperated
coordinated corrected counseled created dealt
decided decreased defined delegated derived
designated detected developed devised
directed discovered distributed documented

recommended recorded recruited rectified
redesigned repaired replaced restored
reversed reviewed revised saved
screened selected serviced set up
solved sorted sparked specified
started stimulated strengthened summarized
supervised supported systematized tested
trained transacted transcribed transformed
tripled upgraded validated varied
verified vitalized won wrote
accurate
active

broad-minded
competent
conscientious
creative
dependable
determined
diplomatic
discreet
efficient
energetic
enterprising

問: Tell me about yourself.答: I was born and raised in Dalian, China.I attended the University of Beijing and received my masters degree in Economics.I have worked for 5 years as a financial consultant in Beijing for various companies including Rossi Consultants, peoples Insurance of China and pepsi.I enjoy playing soccer in my free time and traveling.答: Ive just graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Computers Science.During the summers, I worked as a systems administrator for a small company to help pay for my education.
What type of position are you looking for?
答: Im interested in an entry level(beginning)position.答: Im looking for a position in which I can utilize my experience.答: I would like any position for which I qualify.
Are you interested in a full-time or part-time position?
答: I am more interested in a full-time position.However, I would also consider a part-time position.
Can you tell me about your responsibilities at your last job?
答: I advised customers on financial matters. After I consulted the customer, I completed a customer inquiry form and catalogued the information in our database.I then collaborated with colleagues to prepare the best possible package for the client. The clients were then presented with a summarized report on their financial activities that I formulated on a quarterly basis.
What is your greatest strength?
答: I work well under pressure. When there is a deadline(a time by which the work must be finished), I can focus on the task at hand(current project)and structure my work schedule well.I remember one week when I had to get 6 new customer reports out by Friday at 5.I finished all the reports ahead of time without having to work overtime.答: I am an excellent communicator.people trust me and come to me for advice. One afternoon, my colleague was involved with a troublesome(difficult)customer who felt he was not being served well.I made the customer a cup of coffee and invited both my colleague and the client to my desk where we solved the problem together.答: I am a trouble shooter. When there was a problem at my last job, the manager would always ask me to solve it.Last summer, the LAN server at work crashed. The manager was desperate and called me in(requested my help)to get the LAN back online. After taking a look at the daily backup, I detected the problem and the LAN was up and running(working)within the hour.
What is your greatest weakness?
答: I am overzealous(work too hard)and become nervous when my co-workers are not pulling their weight(doing their job). However, I am aware of this problem, and before I say anything to anyone, I ask myself why the colleague is having difficulties.答: I tend to spend too much time making sure the customer is satisified. However, I began setting time-limits for myself If I noticed this happening.
Why do you want to work for us?
答: After following your firms progress for the last 3 years, I am convinced that Smith and Sons are becoming one of the market leaders and I would like to be part of the team.答: I am impressed by the qualitiy of your products.I am sure that I would be a convincing salesman because I truly believe that the Atomizer is the best product on the market today.
When can you begin?
答: Immediately.答: As soon as you would like me to begin.
Do you have any questions?
the competitive environment in which the organization operates
what obstacles the organization anticipates in meeting its goals
how the organizations goals have changed over the past three to five years
1.What are the main objectives and responsibilities of the position?
2.How does the company expect these objectives to be met?
3.What obstacles are commonly encountered in reaching these objectives?
4.What is the desired time frame for reaching the objectives?
5.What resources are available from the company and what must be found elsewhere to reach the objectives?
1.Have you had a chance to review my resume?
I havent had the chance to review it in details as I would like to.(其實就是一次也沒看過。)不要為此懊喪,沒看過的話,正好可以說,well, maybe it is helpful for me to talk about the highlights of my qualifications. So let me talk about the highlights of my qualifitions.2.Is there anything else I can tell you about my qualifications?
3.Ive read the job description, of course, but how would you describe the nature and duties of this job?
I am glad to hear that maintaining customer relationship is a great part of this position.I am very customer-focused and always keep their needs in mind. Ive spoken to Mr.Smith about the responsibilities involved in this job.Whats your take on the most important aspects of this position?
4.What are the major chanllenges that you staff is facing right now?
Here are good answers to some of the tougher questions asked in job interviews. If you can smoothly supply answers like these during the interview, you are bound to make a good impression.1.What is important to you in a job?
Mention specific rewards other than a paycheck for example, challenge, the feeling of accomplishment, and knowing that you have made a contribution.2.Why do you want to work for this organization?
Cite its reputation, the opportunities it offers, and the working conditions.Stress that you want to work for this organization, not just any organization.3.Why should we employ you?
