I think ability is more important for the job interview.Though diploma is also necessary for a job interview, ability is the key point.Whether you can manage the job you applicate and whether you can handle things wellall depend on your ability.If you only own a good diploma but no ability , what is the use of employing you?

Even though having a high education qualification, after entering the coporation, if you can't accomplish the appointed tasks, in another words, you haven't the ability to finish your work, then your manager will still fire you without hesitation.A diploma is a piece of paper which establishes your education degree.But your true ability and the real knowledge come from your hard work.If you got a diploma by dishonest behavior, no matter how high a diploma it is, it were just a piece of paper, and you were as blank as that paper.so,dont value diploma too high, you should develop and improve

一學(xué)期快結(jié)束了，英語口語協(xié)會(huì)的活動(dòng)在這一學(xué)期中也將畫上句號。半年的社團(tuán)工作中，我們經(jīng)歷了風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨，我們在經(jīng)歷挫折與失敗的同時(shí)也獲得了成功。本協(xié)會(huì)以“服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué)，提高英語口語，豐富校園文化生活”為準(zhǔn)則，認(rèn)真完成了各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)，現(xiàn)將本學(xué)期的工作情況匯報(bào)如下：

一、本學(xué)期活動(dòng)

本學(xué)期，我們協(xié)會(huì)舉辦了各種有益的活動(dòng)，像英語角、播放原聲版電影、希望之星英語風(fēng)采大賽。在希望之星英語風(fēng)采大賽中，我們邀請了8位老師做評委，他們本著公平、公正的原則為選手們打分點(diǎn)評，使每位選手都賽出了水平，賽出了實(shí)力。在播放電影中，我們協(xié)會(huì)能夠坐在一起商討，最大可能的為同學(xué)們播放有益且能夠緩解同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)壓力的經(jīng)典影片。
