這是我們的這份PPT目錄，我將會在這幾個方面給大家展示我們課題的內容

首先，我想問大家這幾個問題。在座的各位同學是不是都想找到一份非常不錯的并且非常理想的工作？那么，是不是更想找到既理想，又能夠掙大錢，并且還會有一定發展空間的工作呢？相信答案是肯定的!

面對陌生的職業社會，面對新的環境和新的生活，怎樣才能順利實現角色轉化和角色適應，對于我們這些即將踏上工作崗位的大學生來說是十分重要的4

首先讓我們來看看近幾年的就業形勢，由數據顯示當今的就業形勢不容樂觀！并有可能還會升溫，正如背景照片一樣！僧多粥少5

就業形勢如此嚴峻，為題何在？面對這樣的問題，所以我們組做了《大學生就業問題》的問卷調查。下面我來講述一下我們調查的流程

我們調查的目的是通過調查分析給予大學生未來發展提出有效建議。想要達到的預期效果是：使大學生能夠認清所處的現狀，以便以后更好的就業

問卷設計：晁雪婷，問卷發放：丁倩，分析整理：胡永蘭，PPT制作以及演講由我來負責。

調查流程，首先確定調查對象以及所需資料，設計問卷，然后，開始調查最后收集整理進行分析

調查對象是我們本校財院個別班級的學生，預期的調查人數如上面PPT中顯示

等這些一切就緒之后，我們開始設計調查問卷，下面是我們問卷題目的內容

調查時間是2012.4-2012.5調查結果的分析是5月

接下來我給大家講解一下我們分析的結果

第一道題問的是：您進入畢業時期的去向？

從結果顯示選擇就業的占大多數，所以我們的建議是：仍然把大學生就業擺在首位，對自主創業的行為應予以一定支持

第二道題問的是：如果您選擇考研，原因是什么？

希望通過研究生教育來取得更好的出路的學生占大多數。所以應考慮讓學校適時將這些專業與其他知識鏈接，使得學生在走出校園的時候，可以有更多的就業選擇。

第三道題問的是：您對就業地區的選擇是什么？這是一道多選題 結果顯示：北京上海廣州等發達地區就業問題相對緊張，占總畢業生的54%。因此，國家應該予以西部更多的優惠政策，使得西部就業人員增加，減輕發達地區的就業壓力

第四道題問的是：您對上述地區的選擇原因是什么？

多數人認為發達地區的發展機會大。可大多數人的這個考慮明顯是不正確的，發達地區已經接近飽和，像更好的發展還是要選擇像我們西部地區的一些城市

第五道題問的是：你想要選擇什么樣的單位就業 ?

結果說明選擇政府部門和外資企業是較多的，多人同時過獨木橋難走，所以畢業生也應該改變擇業觀念

第六道題問的是：在畢業前，是否有過工作經驗？

59%的畢業生只有一兩次的工作經驗

對于這方面，學校應以市場為導向，極力培養學生的動手能力，以進一步優化人才培養結構、提高人才培養計劃。

第七道題問的是：您對現在求職形勢的看法:？

有62%的大學生對求職形勢持不樂觀的態度，所以，政府應在就業指導的前提下，對大學生的工作去向給出適當的指導性和建設性意見，多開放崗位，同時畢業生也可把眼光放向繼續研修學習上。21

第八道題問的是：你自己有沒有進行職業生涯規劃？

圖表中顯示81%的大學生沒有進行職業生涯規劃。因此，對于職業規劃，每個大學生都應該適當提前的考慮一下自己的興趣或者未來擇業的方向，有了清楚的方向，才有更好的奮斗。

第九道題問的是：您對學校就業指導的看法？

有將近一半的學生認為學校的就業指導有一定的作用

所以，學校應加強對學生的就業指導工作，使學生對于就業有個正確的定位。

最后一道題的題目是：您對求職渠道的選擇是什么？

社會招聘會，老師、親戚朋友，媒體是大部分學生的選擇，但這些還不能滿足畢業生的需求，基層人才信息需求傳輸還是不暢。

這是我們問卷的這十道題，接下來我來講述一下我們提出的幾點建議 24

首先，我們應該充分認識自我，做好就業決策，注意學以致用，盡量發揮自己專業優勢。確立合適的就業目標，適時調整自己的就業心態，靈活的處理面臨的機遇。

然后，樹立競爭性的擇業觀，學會自我推薦。當然也可以自主創業 26
