其次，在學校方面，一些大學的課程設置不合理，無法適應社會對人才的需求；同時，畢業生的就業指導以及服務工作也需要完善。再者，在社會方面，社會就業信息體制不完善，一些企業或事業單位的考試存在不公平現象，就業歧視，比如性別歧視、戶口歧視依然存在。

淺談大學生就業問題

時間匆匆過去，轉眼大三即將結束，對于出于這個階段的我們來說，首要考慮的就是自己未來的發展問題，是選擇考研還是直接就業。在這里，我主要想談談大學生面臨的畢業問題。

現在隨著社會主義市場經濟的迅速發展，社會競爭日趨激烈，社會對人才素質提出了更高的要求。我國自大學開始擴招以來，大學生就業問題日趨嚴峻，大學畢業生初次就業率和供需比日趨下降，大學畢業生就業形勢不容樂觀，受到了社會各界的普遍關注。

告別中學生活，邁進大學校門，莘莘學子滿懷勝利的喜悅，充滿著新奇與興奮。美好的生活將在這里開始，事業發展將從這里起步，人生的道路將在這里跨越，人生的歷程將掀開嶄新的一頁。但是近年來高校大量擴招，許多行業的不景氣，使高校畢業生面臨非常嚴峻的就業分配形勢。

1、從國家宏觀角度看：

（1）畢業生人數創歷史新高。由于國家連續擴招，畢業生人數始終保持較快增長，待就業畢業生數目巨大。在金融浪潮席卷而來，經濟持續低迷的今天，大學生就業工作任務非常艱巨；

（2）國家經濟增幅放緩，新增勞動力需求的大幅減少。受全球金融危機沖擊，預計我國在未來幾個月乃至相當長時間里可能面臨經濟發展減速、出口減少、財政減收、外匯儲備縮水以及待業人員增加等情況；

（3）相關就業保障政策的出臺，比如《勞動合同法》，在進一步完善我國雇傭關系各項規范、保障員工合法權益的同時，也會導致用人單位在雇傭員工的問題上慎之又慎。

2、從用人單位角度看：

（1）全球范圍內的金融危機帶來的全球經濟滑坡導致消費需求下降，投資需求萎縮，從而引起對新增勞動力需求的大幅減少，導致許多單位削減甚至取消招聘計劃。一些以經濟管理類專業為主的院校,由于所設專業限制,所受沖擊必將更大；

（2）不少用人單位在選擇大學生時存在或多或少的誤區，主要有：首先，學歷要求更高。在強調能力決定未來的今天，學歷仍然被視為尋找工作的敲門磚。從今年下半年各地舉辦的人才供需交流會以及我校舉辦的秋季校園招聘會和專場招聘會來看，盡管經濟“蕭條”，但一些知名用人單位本著“人才儲備”的目的，還是提供了一定的用人計劃，但企業的門檻提高、待遇降低，卻是可以明顯感到的變化。

3、從學生角度看：

（1）“硬件”缺乏。隨著金融危機的影響，畢業生想找到一份心儀的工作，必須要有足夠的“硬件”。即學歷、成績、知識水平、實踐經驗、動手能力等。目前的現狀是有相當一部分學生對于專業知識缺乏足夠的了解，專動手能力較弱、缺乏必要的社會實踐；

（2）“軟件”缺乏。除了所需的“硬件”外，畢業生還需要一些“軟件”傍身。比如適應能力、人際溝通能力、情緒控制能力、時間管理

能力、就業能力等，這些能力對于工作的獲得有著非常重要的作用；

（3）畢業生就業觀念滯后，存在盲目的樂觀或悲觀情緒，擇業觀、價值觀、人生觀尚存偏差。這不僅在一定程度上影響了畢業生就業率，同時也使得部分畢業生因此錯過了“最佳”的就業時機。

下面來談談當代社會對人才素質提出了新的要求：

第一，具有超前的敏銳性和預測能力。社會瞬息萬變，市場變化莫測，只有培養超前的敏銳意識，才能摸準時代的脈搏，找出市場的發展規律，預測將來的發展方向，并根據社會的發展變化適時調整自己的發展目標和努力方向。

第二，具有高度創造能力和改革創新意識。在市場經濟條件下，不斷改革創新是推動社會進步的關鍵，也是企業競爭取勝的根本因素。因此努力培養創造能力和創新意識，是大學生謀求發展的根本要求。

第三，具有開拓進取精神。建設中國特色社會主義現代化是前所未有的事業，必然要克服各種艱難險阻才能取得勝利，因此承擔著歷史重任的人才也必須是開拓進取型的人才。

第四，具有競爭與合作意識。市場經濟的發展，為人與人之間、企業與企業之間的公平競爭提供了條件。競爭是提高勞動生產率，調動人的生產積極性的重要激勵機制，是我國發展和個人發展的強大動力。競爭要求以優取勝、敢冒風險，既要有敢于勝利的膽識，也要有敢于承擔失敗后果的勇氣。大學生要提高自身在未來人才市場的競爭

力，首先必須具有堅實的理論基礎，掌握現代科技成果，同時要培養合作意識，懂得顧全大局和集體利益為重，學會與人共事。

第五，具有時效意識。市場經濟是提高重視時效的經濟運作機制，重效率、重視信息、重視時間是在競爭中取得優勢的重要保證。為適應市場經濟的需要，大學生在校期間要努力培養自己的時效意識。學習、生活要有計劃，嚴格守時，養成高效率地工作和學習的習慣，反對懶惰、拖沓和敷衍。要樹立信息意識，提高對信息的接受能力和選擇能力，學會處理信息的知識和方法。

第六，具有法制觀念。市場經濟是促使社會資源合理配置的有效方式。經濟體制的轉變必然引起人們思想意識和行為方式的轉變，促進人們平等意識、民主意識、主體意識的發展，推動社會主義的民主法制建設。同時，市場經濟也必須健全與強化社會主義法制，以調節國家、集體、個人之間的利益關系。大學生在校期間，要不斷增強法制觀念，做到知法、懂法、受法、用法，以法律規范約束自己的行為，學會用法律判斷是非和用法律維護自身的正當利益。

第七，具有分析問題和解決問題的能力。當代科學技術發展的基本特征，是從基礎理論研究轉化為生產力的周期越來越短，把理論形態的知識轉化為現實的物質產品，是使企業提高勞動生產率，取得競爭優勢的關鍵。為此，大學生必須培養自己的應用和操作能力，在大學期間，不但要重視培養應用理論分析問題、解決問題的能力，在學習中要多動腦，勤動手，不斷提高實際操作能力。

第八，具有應變意識和應變能力。在市場經濟條件下，社會生活高速度、快節奏的，新形勢、新問題、新困難、新機遇不斷出現，呈現出瞬息萬變的趨勢。為適應這種情況，大學生必須培養應變意識和應變能力，學會判斷因形勢的變化所帶來的利弊得失，善于捕捉良好的機遇，勝利是再接再厲，受挫后不急不燥，面對突然變化，善于冷靜分析，妥善處理。由于學校教育的局限性，容易造成學生理論脫離實際，大學畢業以后社會適應性較差，這就需要學生在校期間多接觸社會，在社會實踐中不斷培養應變能力。

第九，樹立博才取勝的意識。現代科學技術呈現出高度分化有高度又高度綜合的趨勢，交叉學科、邊緣科學不斷涌現，科學家、專家之間的跨行業、跨學科的合作已成為現代科學研究的顯著特點，傳統的單一知識的人才已經難以滿足未來科技發展和社會發展的需要。因此，大學生必須樹立博才取勝的意識，除學好本專業的知識以外，還必須不斷擴大自己的知識領域，發展多方面的愛好的技能，做到知識廣博，一專多能。應具有辯清是非，判斷分析問題的能力。

第十，具有是非辨別能力。隨著社會的發展，知識的全球化、競爭的國際化，國外先進的科學技術有力地推進了我國的發展進程。中西方文化的滲透改變了我們的思想觀念和生活方式，豐富了我們生活。同時，一些腐朽的思想和政治意識形態也在影響和侵蝕著我們青年一代，這就要求大學生必須具備較強的是辨別能力，才能明辨政治方向，站穩階級立場。而且在社會主義市場經濟體制還不完善，法制不健全的今天，一些公司或個人為了在競爭中獲得利益，為達到目的往往采用一些不正當的，帶有欺騙性的行為。這些行為形式多樣，手法層出不窮。如果人的思想稍有麻痹大意，不加提防，分不清那些好那些壞，那些正確那些不正確，很容易就會陷入圈套，不能自拔。
