寒假一到家,我就積極地在家附近的商業(yè)區(qū)找了一份社會(huì)實(shí)踐的工作——在一家商鋪?zhàn)龃黉N員。掛著實(shí)習(xí)生的牌子站在柜臺(tái)里,我一臉幼稚、迷茫。我是一個(gè)性格比較內(nèi)向的女生,起初,我不好意思主動(dòng)向顧客推銷,但經(jīng)過(guò)一次一次大膽的嘗試,我發(fā)現(xiàn)其實(shí)這種交流比想象的容易多了。不要顧及太多所謂的面子,要像對(duì)待朋友一樣真誠(chéng)的對(duì)待每一位顧客,就會(huì)自然很多,就好像演員上臺(tái)前緊張兮兮,但在臺(tái)上只顧著自己的表演而忘了緊張。克服膽怯關(guān)鍵在于大膽地邁出第一步。

做促銷員要時(shí)刻保持對(duì)客戶的敏感,要時(shí)刻注意形象,注意服務(wù)顧客,站有站相坐有坐相,半天不到的時(shí)間就會(huì)感到腰酸腳痛。或許正如孟子所說(shuō)“天將降大任于斯人也,必先勞其筋骨,餓其體夫,空乏其身。”

積極主動(dòng)接近顧客,拉近與顧客的距離,然后耐心的推銷產(chǎn)品。這也實(shí)在鍛煉了我們的膽量、語(yǔ)言交流能力和心理洞察能力。我們膽大了才能冷靜,冷靜了才能很好地通過(guò)顧客的言語(yǔ)與表情察覺(jué)顧客的想法,然后再作出適當(dāng)?shù)幕貞?yīng),不至于慌張得不知所措。

我們必須主動(dòng)努力才可能繼續(xù)干下去。在學(xué)校,每一個(gè)學(xué)生都在為取得更高的成績(jī)而努力,雖然這也存在的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),可校園里總少不了那份純真。可是在社會(huì)中,優(yōu)勝劣汰,你的成功就是別人的失敗,工作直接影響了他人的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。在社會(huì)中接觸各種各樣的顧客、同事、上司等等,關(guān)系復(fù)雜,這一切都需要我們有經(jīng)驗(yàn)去處理。

盡管存在競(jìng)爭(zhēng),我們還得不斷學(xué)習(xí)別人優(yōu)秀的地方,這需要我們有經(jīng)驗(yàn)去調(diào)整自己的心態(tài)。而這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)需要日積夜累,而不是在畢業(yè)后讀本速成書便可成的。這些事情很多同學(xué)沉浸于學(xué)習(xí)與消遣還未來(lái)得及思考,便忽略了社會(huì)實(shí)踐的重要性。

通過(guò)這次實(shí)踐,我接觸到了一些不同形式的獎(jiǎng)懲制度,例如:定量提成制,彈性提成制等等一些制度,這些制度都從不同的方面、不同程度激發(fā)員工的工作熱情。還有,就是銷售模式的不同也同樣刺激了不同心理的消費(fèi)者,例如:定量減價(jià)制、贈(zèng)品制、代金券、折扣等等。另外,在推銷商品時(shí),針對(duì)同一現(xiàn)象的不同說(shuō)法,也會(huì)對(duì)銷售結(jié)果造成很大影響,例如:我們店里有一款產(chǎn)品是固元膏,有美容養(yǎng)顏的功效,對(duì)于愛(ài)美的女性顧客,若是說(shuō)“這款固元膏比較適合您”,對(duì)方很有可能只是聽(tīng)聽(tīng)你的意見(jiàn)而已,但若是說(shuō)“您的皮膚保養(yǎng)的很好,如果用一下我們的固元膏效果就更棒了,而且現(xiàn)在鄰近過(guò)年,我們有酬賓活動(dòng),一次消費(fèi)200元以上可以辦

理我們的會(huì)員,以后可以享受折上折的優(yōu)惠政策”。迎合顧客的心理是很關(guān)鍵的,這與我們平日與人溝通是息息相關(guān)的。

與同事的溝通也同等重要。人在社會(huì)中都會(huì)融入社會(huì)這個(gè)團(tuán)體中,人與人之間合力去做事,使其做事的過(guò)程中更加融洽,更事半功倍。別人給你的意見(jiàn),你要聽(tīng)取、耐心、虛心地接受。

在社會(huì)中要有自信。自信不是麻木的自夸,而是對(duì)自己的能力做出肯定。在多次的接觸顧客中,我明白了自信的重要性。你沒(méi)有社會(huì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)沒(méi)有關(guān)系。重要的是你的能力不比別人差。社會(huì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)也是積累出來(lái)的,沒(méi)有第一次又何來(lái)第二、第三次呢?有自信使你更有活力更有精神。

我們要珍惜每次社會(huì)實(shí)踐的機(jī)會(huì),認(rèn)真對(duì)待,在實(shí)踐中慢慢融入社會(huì),積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),為以后畢業(yè)工作做好鋪墊。期待下一次暑期社會(huì)實(shí)踐,到那時(shí)我已經(jīng)學(xué)會(huì)了更多的專業(yè)知識(shí),會(huì)找一份與財(cái)務(wù)工作相關(guān)的工作進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,相信有了這次實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn),下次專業(yè)暑期社會(huì)實(shí)踐一定會(huì)做的更好。
