“可上九天攬月，可下五洋捉鱉”，如果說三名航天員講述的是關(guān)于飛天的中國故事，那么還有三個人講述的是關(guān)于探海的中國故事。6月3日，中國“蛟龍”出征，執(zhí)行探索深海的任務(wù)，6月27日11時47分，中國“蛟龍”刷新了新的“中國深度”——下潛7062米。擔(dān)負(fù)突破7000米深度重任的首席潛航員、“蛟龍”主任設(shè)計師，是33歲的葉聰，另外兩名潛航員分別是劉開周、楊波。航天員，潛航員，一個是飛向渺渺太空，一個是駛向茫茫深海，方向迥異，卻有著共同的使命，同樣的風(fēng)采，他們都是中國故事的美麗講述者。

中國載人航天路線圖正在扎實(shí)推進(jìn)，為之制定的三步走戰(zhàn)略是：發(fā)射載人飛船、實(shí)現(xiàn)交會對接、建造空間站。可以確定的是，交會對接的完成，離我國2020年左右建造空間站又近了一步，這為我國成為航天強(qiáng)國奠定了基礎(chǔ)。而“蛟龍”下潛至7000米，標(biāo)志著我國具備了載人到達(dá)全球99％以上海洋深處進(jìn)行作業(yè)的能力，標(biāo)志著“蛟龍”載人潛水器集成技術(shù)的成熟，也標(biāo)志著我國深海潛水器成為海洋科學(xué)考察的前沿與制高點(diǎn)之一，這同樣為我國成為海洋強(qiáng)國打造了穩(wěn)固的階梯。如果說上天書寫了中國夢想的高度，那么入海書則寫了中國夢想的深度。無論是深度還是高度，其背后都是中國發(fā)展的速度和力度，都是讓中國人過得更幸福、行走得更踏實(shí)的尺度。

必須提及的是，無論上天還是入海，根本目的是為了和平，為了民生，為了人類的福祉。正如國防部新聞發(fā)言人耿雁生28日表示，中國的載人航天和載人深潛均用于和平目的。一個細(xì)節(jié)是，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，航天領(lǐng)域每投入1元，將會產(chǎn)生7元至12元的回報。比如，我國1100多種新型材料中有80％是在空間技術(shù)的牽引下研制完成的，已有近2000項空間技術(shù)成果應(yīng)用于國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門，在衛(wèi)星通訊導(dǎo)航、氣象預(yù)報、防災(zāi)減災(zāi)、食品生產(chǎn)等方面服務(wù)于社會生產(chǎn)和人民生活。

中國人飛天和潛海的夢想不會停止，探索夢想的高度和深度也不會畫上句號。懷揣著夢想，清醒、自信而堅定地走下去，講述出更美妙的中國故事，這是國人的愿望，也是國人更有尊嚴(yán)的歸宿。
