（1）實用性。（2）科學性。（3）突出特點，強調特征。（4）用語通俗簡明。

說明書是一種實用性說明文體，常用于對工農業產品銷售、書籍資料出版及電影戲劇演出等等的說明介紹。說明書有兩種形式：條款式和短文式。

7．新聞

（1）標題：是新聞內容的提要。除正題外，前面可家加引題，后面可加副題。

（2）導語：開門見山，簡明扼要地寫出新聞事實或中心。有敘述式導語、描寫式導語提問式導語等。

（3）主體部分：具體展開事實的敘述或進一步突出中心。新聞及時、準確地報道國內外新近發生的重要事件，一般篇幅較短。基本要素是時間、地點、事件等。內容必須真實，要“用事實說話”。
