10:00-12:00的課程計劃（新班）

計劃在16天的學習當中，完成劍橋預備級A冊1-6單元的單詞和句子。學校課本三年級（上或者下）1-3單元的新課，具體看新生是二年級還是三年級的學生。

（1）能熟練的讀寫26個英文字母。

（2）掌握要求背誦的單詞。常見的句子會說。

1：10-3:10的課程計劃

計劃在16天的學習當中，完成新目標教材1-4單元。學校課本的新課完成3個單元再進行1-2次的測試。音標重新學一次

3:30-5：00的課程計劃

計劃在16天的學習當中，完成劍橋預備級B教材6-9單元，學校課本三年級{下}冊1-3單元的新課，再進行1-2次測試。

在備課過程中遇到的疑問

一8:00-10:00的班級有以下幾個問題在學習過程中，劍橋1級教材與學校課本的內容如何穿插學習？是先學劍橋課本然后學習學校課本還是兩者同步學習？在編寫寒假補課試卷時，手中沒有可參考的練習冊，由于經驗與學識有限希望給一些建議，例如參考哪些資料去出題？

二10:00-12:00的班級有以下幾個問題新生的課程希望找時間試講一下，看看自己在哪些方面不足新生的課程速度如何把握？游戲或者表演的東西如何更好的融入課堂，使新生熱愛學習英語，保證不讓生源在學習過程中半途而廢及不愛學習英語的現象發生。

寒假工作總結

寒假的短暫時光過去了，回顧工作，想說的很多。教師職業是非常辛苦的，不僅擔負著教學工作，更擔負著德育工作。教師是學生的教育者、組織者和領導者，是學校教育工作、思想品德教工作的主力軍，教師工作的好壞直接關系到學校發展。下面分幾個方面總結：

一、教學方面

1、備課積極參加教研室組織的教研活動，根據要求，提前備好課，寫好教案。備課時認真鉆研教材、教參，學習好大綱，虛心向同組老師學習、請教。力求吃透教材，找準重點、難點。

2、上課上好課的前提是做好課前準備，不打無準備之仗。上課時認真講課，力求抓住重點，突破難點，精講精練。運用多種教學方法，從學生的實際出發，注意調動學生學習的積極性和創造性思維，使學生有舉一反三的能力。不明白的耐心講解，不會寫字就手把手地教，及時查缺補漏。并與家長聯系，及時溝通情況，使家長了解情況，以便在家里對孩子進行輔導。

3、作業我把每天的作業經過精心地挑選，適當地留一些有利于學生能力發展的、發揮主動性和創造性的作業。

二、德育工作：

德育是學校工作中的重中之重

1、了解。了解學生學生的身體狀況、家庭情況、知識基礎、學習成績、興趣愛好、性格氣質、交友情況、喜怒哀樂等等。這是做好教學工作、避免教育盲點、因材施教的前提，也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教學質量的必要條件。
