2.將聽、說、讀、寫訓練有機地結(jié)合學習語言的途徑主要是“模仿”而不是“創(chuàng)造”。人們常常首先是通過“聽”和“讀”來吸收語言知識,從而了解別人的思想;再通過“說”和“寫”的方式表達自己的思想,達到讓別人了解的目的。所以我們在訓 練學生寫作能力時,注意與訓練聽、說、讀能力結(jié)合起來進行。我們常對學生說:Nothingshould be read or
spoken before it has been heard.Nothing should bewritten before it has been read or
spoken.具體做法是:
1)聽:2-3遍。
2)說:回答理解性問題(檢驗聽的效果,做單句“說”的訓練)。
3)讀:準確了解所聽內(nèi)容,深入理解文中重點語言知識及用法。
4)說:
①復述:連貫性“說”的訓練,完整地重復別人的話,進行語言模仿;
②自由表達:用學到的語言知識重新組合,表達自己的思想。(值日生報告、自由談話、討論都是很好的 形式)。
5)寫:把自己所說的話準確地用文字記錄下來。
3.寫作訓練貫穿整個課文教學的各個環(huán)節(jié),訓練方式應多種多樣。可分以下四個階段:
1)在理解熟悉課文內(nèi)容階段進行聽寫訓練。
①根據(jù)課文回答問題,串連答案成篇;
②聽寫5-10個句子,然后調(diào)整句序,組成短文;
③聽寫課文中的重點段落或由課文改寫的短文;
④聽寫短文,然后進行完形填空。
2)在課文重點詞匯學習階段進行造句訓練。
①模仿書上句型造句;
②模仿教師范文造句;
③選詞造句,聯(lián)句成文。
3)在復習鞏固課文階段進行改寫、縮寫訓練。
①抓段落中心句,構(gòu)成課文概要;
②看圖說寫,敘述成文;
③將故事性課文改寫成對話或小劇本;
④將對話性課文改寫成敘述文。
4)在綜合運用知識階段進行模仿作文和自由表達訓練。
①模仿課文內(nèi)容和體裁寫命題作文。如:記敘文、議論文、說明文和應用文;②結(jié)合課內(nèi)外閱讀,聯(lián)系生活實際,做自由書面表達練習。寫一段自己的真實思想或生
活中經(jīng)歷過的事;
③結(jié)合課文做相關(guān)內(nèi)容的自由書面表達練習。可采用模仿方法進行練習。如:
《清潔工人罷工》,寫“罷工采訪報告”
《教師肖像》,寫“我的老師”
《蠶花娘子》,寫“養(yǎng)蠶經(jīng)過”
《長城》,寫“長城簡介”
《污染》,寫“消除污染大會上的發(fā)言”
《觀蟻》,寫“觀蜂”(或“觀××”)
《小英雄》,寫“一個英雄的故事”
4.控制性原則。寫作能力培養(yǎng)要注意控制性原則。從模仿逐漸達到自由表達,自由表
達又要在有所控制 下進行。
高中學生的思維活動能力遠遠超過他們所掌握的英語知識水平所能表達的范疇。如果我們在進行寫作訓練 時,讓學生隨心所欲、自由表達,必然寫出許多中文式的英文句子來。這不僅不能提高英語水平,反而有礙于 養(yǎng)成良好的外語學習習慣,有礙于掌握地道正確的英語。因此,寫作前必須對學生提出明確要求。
5.隨課文教學進行寫作訓練和專項寫作訓練相結(jié)合。
為彌補教材體裁不全、數(shù)量有限,以及為適應高考的要求,我們從高二起還定期進行專項寫作訓練。如: 1)補全對話;2)縮寫、改寫;3)看圖作文;4)寫應用文。如:書信、便條、通知、日記…;5)寫短 文。如:記敘文、說明文、議論文、描寫文、典故
等。
通過幾年來對中學英語寫作訓練的摸索,我們逐漸積累了一些經(jīng)驗,初步取得了一些成果。學生學會和掌 握了英語寫作的基本技巧和方法;寫出了一些體現(xiàn)他們目前英語水平的較好文章;高考中在“書面表達”方面 也取得了較好成績(如近兩年畢業(yè)班高考“書面表達”一項,平均分為13.3,滿分15)。有些作文被選 登在中學生優(yōu)秀作文集和一些英文報紙、雜志上。我們還要進一步摸索、探討,使學生在中學階段的寫作技能 和水平邁上一
個新臺階。

高中英語寫作訓練淺談
長期以來,英語寫作教學一直是高中英語教學的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),這與教學的導向、教學方法等諸多原因有關(guān),而寫作作為四項基本技能之一,學生不僅需要掌握其技能和技巧,還應通過學習寫作,促進其語言綜合能力的提高。目前,寫作在高考中仍然占有相當比重,寫作得分是學生成績拉開距離的重要項目。因此,在高中階段教師應重視英語寫作,認真研究新教材和新課程標準,在指導和組織學生進行英語寫作上下功夫,在平時教學中應有計劃、有目的地去訓練和提高學生的寫作能力
一、新課程標準對寫作的新要求: 《英語課程標準》對九級語言技能目標――寫作能力的描述如下:1.能用英文書寫摘要、報告、通知和公務信涵等;2.能比較詳細和生動地用英語描述情景、態(tài)度或情感;3.能闡述自己的觀點和評述他人的觀點,文體恰當,用詞準確;4.能在寫作中恰當?shù)靥幚硪玫馁Y料及他人的原話;5.能填寫各種表格,寫個人簡歷和申請書,用語基本正確、得當;
6.能做簡單的筆頭翻譯;7.能在以上寫作過程中做到文字通順,格式正確。同時詳細列出寫作技能與試題設(shè)計的要求和寫作評價標準。其中測試方式:1.短文寫作(日記、小故事等);2.實用性寫作(卡片、信件、說明、留言、填寫表格等);3.圖文信息轉(zhuǎn)換(圖表描述、信息解讀、寫配圖說明);4.接續(xù)完成文段;5.寫電子郵件等。而對學生的作文主要從內(nèi)容要點、語言使用效果、結(jié)構(gòu)和連貫性、格式和語域以及與目標讀者的交流五個方面進行評價。教師只有理解了課程標準的寫作要求,并運用到平時的寫作訓練教學中,才能有效地提高學生的英語寫作能力。
二、只有在平時教學中有意識地系統(tǒng)訓練學生的英語寫作能力,學生才能在激烈的高考競爭中,信心十足,游刃有余初級階段――仿寫為主,注意文章整體性模仿優(yōu)秀的英文范例,在學習英語寫作的初級階段,對于迅速提高學生的英文寫作水平,幫助極大。首先,閱讀范文可以使學生爭強感性認識,熟悉作文所必需的開端、銜接、結(jié)尾等基本技巧;再則,學生在練習寫作的過程中,能參照一些同類體裁的范文,這對于謀篇、行文,有很好的借鑒作用
二、注重寫作訓練的多樣化。
通過聽的渠道獲得語言信息及語言感受,在外語學習中是基礎(chǔ)的基礎(chǔ)。為提高學生聽力,使其獲取更多的信息,我選用多樣化教材,有小故事,對話,英美家庭生活習俗,風土人情,文化背景知識以及人物介紹;且語言地道,由英美人士朗讀,語速由慢到快,循序漸進的教材進行反復訓練,從而為表達打下基礎(chǔ)。教學大綱規(guī)定的詞匯是經(jīng)過科學篩選的,是中學生學好英語所需的最基本的詞匯。大綱明確指出,學生應“能拼寫所學單詞”、“知道基本詞義,能聽懂,在口、筆頭練習中能運用”。為達到大綱要求,提高學生寫的能力,我要求學生長時期堅持不懈的默寫。從而積累了大量的詞匯。此外,對高、初中學過的不規(guī)則動詞過去式,過去名詞,形容詞,副詞不規(guī)則變化,特殊形式的名詞復數(shù),年,月,日,星期等等,作專項默寫,為學生高考書面表達打下堅實的拼寫基礎(chǔ),從而使學生在高考書面表達中,盡量避免因單詞拼寫錯誤而丟分。
給學生提供一些與時事或與學生學習活動和生活相關(guān)的材料。此類話題的現(xiàn)實性能誘發(fā)學生的寫作興趣,使其有話可寫,有感而發(fā);還能增強其信心,使其寫作能力、技巧得到充分的鍛煉和提高。除了教材的話題外,教師還可以從報紙上找到熱點話題或時事讓學生寫下自己的意見。如英文二十一世紀報(高中版)“Let’s talk 你說我說”欄目中每期都有時下流行的討論話題。筆者曾選取不少適合的題材讓學生作文。這樣,不但培養(yǎng)了學生的思維能力,還讓兩耳不聞窗外事的學生有了接觸現(xiàn)實的機會,拓寬了他們的視野和知識面。
三、注重寫作訓練的規(guī)范化。
高中起始階段的寫作訓練,培養(yǎng)學生的寫作模式是非常重要的。我按教師用書上說明的寫作步驟,即:①構(gòu)思(討論題目);②寫提綱(理順思想的邏輯關(guān)系);③起草(打草稿);④校訂(檢查錯誤,重新安排內(nèi)容);⑤修改(定稿)。對學生進行寫作模式的訓練。這樣看起來比較麻煩,但避免了反復,養(yǎng)成了好的寫作習慣。再就是書寫和文體格式要規(guī)范。嚴格要求學生正確、端正、熟練地書寫字母、單詞和句子,注意大小寫和標點符號,養(yǎng)成良好的書寫習慣。同時對各種文體特點、格式要講清楚,使學生熟悉規(guī)范的書面表達形式,用正確的標準評析和規(guī)范自己的書面表達。
四、注重教師的指導作用。
教師批改是寫作教學的有機組成部分,批改過程中,教師的指導作用就在于肯定學生的成績,指出錯誤,給學生以恰當?shù)脑u價。但在批改過程中,如果抓住學生的錯誤不放,有錯必糾,改到最后,就變成了教師自己的作品;如果對錯誤視而不見,寫得再多也收效甚微。我根據(jù)教學實踐,對于新教材中的“有指導的寫”的寫作訓練,規(guī)定學生限時寫完,同桌、前后桌互相批改,重新行文,再上交。這樣批改起來就非常輕松,而且典型錯誤,很容易找出,有利于講評。對于新教材中的“自由寫作”訓練,我指導學生弄清主題,抓住要點,組詞造句,安排好順序,過渡到段落形成短文,多用熟悉的單詞和句型,多用五種基本句型表達。然后讓學生共同研究,互相評論寫好的草稿,以便最后寫出修改的稿子來,這就有助于減輕教師修改作業(yè)的負擔,也有利于學生寫作水平的提高。
寫作教學是高中英語教學的重中之重,教學方法也因人而異。筆者只是從平時教學實際中總結(jié)出幾點行之有效的心得。新教材中許多素材和環(huán)節(jié)還有待充分的利用和更有效的挖掘??傊瑢懯且环N綜合能力的訓練,是對學生所學語言知識的綜合運用,是一個系統(tǒng)工程,它應貫穿于教學活動的全過程。通過筆者剛才談論到的課堂課外的強化訓練方法,長期堅持不懈地對學生進行聽、讀、說、寫全方位的訓練,相信對真正提高學生寫的能力有一定的幫助。
