2015年成人高考學士學位英語考試大綱

成人高考學士學位考試非全國統一考試，考生專業課考試一般是在所屬的學校進行，而非英語專業學士學位英語水平考試是由各省級高等教育主管部門組織的統一考試，學位英語的考試目的是為了客觀地測試非英語專業成人本科畢業生申請學士學位者的英語語言知識和運用能力，考查其是否達到普通本科教育非英語專業英語教學的一般要求，是各省市成人高等教育本科畢業生獲得成人學士學位的必備條件之一。

學士學位英語水平考試要求考生能夠較熟練地掌握英語基本語法和常用詞匯，具有較強的閱讀能力和綜合運用能力。因目前該考試不是全國統考，各省關于考試沒有統一規定，各省學位辦與考生所在院校規定教材大綱、報名條件、報名及考試時間、成績有效期、考試次數，請考生以當地學位辦或所在院校公布的文件為準。

1：報名條件

學位英語考試報名對象主要為在校成人本科生；已畢業學生在校期間未通過該考試的，畢業后一年內可以報名參加考試；網絡教育（遠程教育）和成人教育（繼續教育）、電大部分專業的學員。

2：報名地點及費用

一般情況下，在哪個學校讀本科、申請學士學位，就在哪個學校報名參加學位英語統一考試。成人高等教育本科畢業生外語統一考試不是全國統考，所以各省市收費標準不同。

3：報名及考試時間

學位英語考試不是全國統考，各省報名及考試時間不同。各地區報名時間一般為當次考試前兩個月，考試時間以當地學位辦或考生所在院校公布的報名通知為準。

4：考試大綱

山東學位英語考試采用山東省成人高等教育學士學位英語考試大綱(試行)，一般學位英語考試內容包括以下幾種題型：分別是完成對話、閱讀理解、詞語與語法、挑錯、完形填空和英漢互譯、寫作。

5：學位英語主要考試題型介紹：

一、閱讀理解(ReadingComprehension)

考生根據文章內容從每題四個選擇項中選出一個最佳答案。

閱讀理解部分主要測試考生的下述能力：

1.掌握所讀材料的主旨和大意；

2.了解說明主旨和大意的事實和細節；

3.既理解字面的意思，又能根據所讀材料進行一定的判斷和推論；

4.既理解個別句子的意義，又能在一定程度上理解上下文的邏輯關系。

閱讀理解部分主要考核學生通過閱讀獲取信息的能力，既要求準確，也要求有一定的速度。

二、詞語用法和語法結構（VocabularyandStructure）。

要求考生從每題四個選項中選出一個最佳答案。

詞語用法和語法結構部分主要考核學生運用詞匯、短語及語法結構的能力。

三、挑錯（Identification）。

挑錯題由10個單句組成。每個句子含有標著A、B、C、D的四個畫線部分，其中有一處是錯誤的，要求考生從四個畫線部分中挑出其錯誤的部分。

挑錯部分是詞語用法和語法結構部分的延伸，目的是測試學生掌握詞匯、短語及語法結構的熟練程度，其重點是固定搭配和句型。

四、完形填空（Cloze）。

完形填空題是在一篇題材熟悉、難度適中的短文中留有若干個空白。每個空白為一題，每題有四個選項。要求考生在全面理解內容的基礎上選出一個最佳答案，使短文的結構和意思恢復完整。填空的選項包括結構詞和實義詞，有些選項會涉及到一些重要的語法內容。

完形填空部分主要考核學生綜合運用語言的能力。

五、翻譯（Translation）。

翻譯試題由兩部分組成。第一部分為英譯漢。第二部分為漢譯英。評分標準要求譯文達意，無重大語言錯誤

翻譯部分主要考核學生詞匯、語法、句型等方面綜合運用語言的能力。

六、寫作（Writing）

要求考生在規定時間內寫出一篇短文。試卷上可以給出題目，或規定情景，或要求看圖作文，或給出段首句要求續寫，或給出關鍵詞，要求寫成短文。寫作部分旨在測試學生初步使用英語表達思想的能力，要求能正確表達思想，意思連貫，無重大語法錯誤，內容會涉及日常生活和一般科技常識。

第三篇：北京大學成人教育學士學位授予工作細則

北京大學成人教育學士學位授予工作細則

第一條根據《中華人民共和國學位條例》、《中華人民共和國學位條例暫行實施辦法》和國務院學位委員會《關于授予成人高等教育本科畢業生學士學位的暫行規定》，為保證北京大學成人高等教育本科畢業生學士學位授予的質量，制定本《細則》。

第二條本《細則》所稱的成人高等教育本科畢業生，系北京大學舉辦的經主管部門批準并承認學歷的函授、夜大學、成人脫產班、遠程(網絡)教育本科(含專升本)畢業生以及由北京大學主考的高等教育自學考試專業本科畢業生。

第三條北京大學成人教育本科畢業生符合以下條件者，可授予學士學位：

(一)熱愛祖國，遵紀守法，品德良好；

(二)教學計劃規定的應考試課程成績平均75分(含75分)以上；

(三)畢業論文或畢業設計成績在75分(含75分)以上；

(四)通過北京大學組織的成人教育學士學位英語水平考試(北京市成人本科英語統一測試)。

第四條北京大學主考的高等教育自學考試專業本科畢業生符合以下條件者，可授予學士學位：

(一)修完北京市高等教育自學考試本科專業教學計劃規定的全部課程，經考試全部及格；

(二)畢業論文或畢業設計成績在75分(含75分)以上；

(三)已獲得畢業證書。

第五條畢業生有下列情形之一者，取消其申請學士學位資格：

(一)在校期間，受到記過(含記過)以上處分；

(二)在專業教學計劃規定的最長學習期限內，仍未達到本細則第三條規定的條件。

第六條院、系將符合條件的申請者名單向學位評定分委員會推薦，并出具被推薦者的合格材料，經學位評定分委員會審查評定并交繼續教育部審核后，報校學位評定委員會審批。

第七條在學位授予工作中弄虛作假者，一經查出，即取消其申請學士學位資格；已獲學士學位者，經校學位評定委員會批準，撤消其學士學位。

第八條本《細則》于2003年1月3日經校學位評定委員會第70次會議審議通過，自2003級新生開始執行。

第九條本《細則》由校學位辦公室負責解釋，繼續教育部具體執行。

2017年江蘇成人學士學位英語考試復習資料總結大全

***上臺以來，各種各樣的改革紛沓至來。成人教育專升本科考試也變得越來越規范，越來越嚴格了，現在想要取得成人本科學士學位必須要通過學位英語考試。以前的學位英語考試比較松，有的地方學校會給予幫助（有題目和答案，帶進考場抄抄就行，有的直接交錢有槍手替考的），現在沒人敢這么做了。因為以前作弊叫違規，現在叫違法，沒人愿意為了這點小錢被逮進去的。所以學位英語的考試難度就加大了，有的年紀大的人根本就不去考試了，放棄學位了。現在，我就以一個過來人的身份給眾位希望獲得學位證書的朋友講講自己學位英語考試的一點心得體會。

江蘇省學位英語考試的教材是鳳凰出版傳媒集團 江蘇人民出版社 成人學士學位英語考試指南（封皮是黃色的），江蘇省學位英語命題研究中心審定的。2013年之前（包括2013），江蘇省學位英語考試的題目有70~80%是書后面練習題的原題。題型包括：

一、聽力理解（20分）；

二、閱讀理解（30分）；

三、完形填空（10分）；

四、詞語用法和語法結構（15分）；

五、英譯漢（10分）；

六、寫作（15分）。其中詞語用法和語法結構性價比較低（題目太多，內容太多，分值不高），聽力的性價比最高（幾乎全是原題，而且簡單），閱讀理解以前的性價比也很高（有2~3篇原題），完型以前的性價比也很高（原題），作文以前的性價比也很高（原題，不過背的要多一些），翻譯是閱讀里的句子（部分原題）。這上面的性價比是沒改革之前的，原題很多，考60分并不難。

然而，在2014年開始，江蘇省學位英語考試的題目有了一定的變化，考教材的內容似乎只占了45%，聽力作文原題，但是閱讀理解一篇原題都沒有（坑爹啊），據說，閱讀考的是2003年的原題。本人是2015年參加的考試，更為坑爹，貌似只有聽力是原題，語法結構我沒看教材，不知道是不是原題，總之，原題所占的比例越來越低了，2015年估計只有20~30%。想要通過考試沒有一定的英語水平是很難的。

現在考試越來越規范了，當然，相比公務員考試還是松很多的。本來考試遲到是不準進考場的，但是我那個考場里有人遲到了，但是監考老師通融了。先說說考試的時候要注意的地方：2015年聽力20分全部原題，我根本沒聽就把答案全寫上了，監考老師還過來看我怎么在做其他題目，即便沒做過原題，題目也非常的簡單（傻瓜式的問答）。然后閱讀理解一篇原題也沒有，第三篇很難，也長的要死。然后，完型也不是原題，慢慢做吧。語法本人沒看，只能一個一個做了。接下來就坑爹了，考卷一共兩份，第一份全是客觀題，坑爹的是要第一份收上去再發第二份考卷（主觀題）。我當時在等發第二份考卷，答題卡沒去涂，后來還有幾分鐘，老師說要收答題卡了，我慌得半死，急急忙忙涂完，都沒來得及檢查自己有沒有涂錯，一共80個題，我也記不清自己涂了80個還是75個了，郁悶了好久，萬一涂了75個估計下次還得來。最后是翻譯和作文，也不是原題。當時心都涼了，準備了那么久，背了那么多題目，結果只考到了20分，運氣真差。

本人考試前三個禮拜就開始準備了，每天2小時做題背題，當然周末也會偷偷懶什么的。考試前幾乎把題目倒背如流了，心想：小樣看你怎么逃出我的手掌心。結果只有20分原題，我其余80%的努力全白費了，郁悶的要死，而且，如果答題卡再涂錯，真TM要命啊。

總結，現在的學位英語考試考得原題是越來越少了，想通過背題通過的朋友們還是把這個時間放到如何提升自己的英語水平上來吧。當然，聽力的原題一定要背熟。還有考過的題目應該是不會考第二遍的，所以，可以把以前考過的題目去掉，看剩下的。為了以防萬一（考原題），我把各部分題目和答案精簡了一下，貼出來給大家。閱讀理解的序號是不對的，看文章標題吧。詞語用法和語法結構性價比太低，就不貼出來了。

忘了說了，我是有自己的原因才上成人本科的，我本來就是本科生，英語六級的（好幾年前考過的），所以即便一個原題都沒有我也應該問題不大的。。只是要重新拿起而已。
