熱能與動力工程專業介紹
熱能與動力工程研究熱能的轉換、傳輸與利用,研究與之相關的系統與設備、最大限度利用能量的方法與途徑、系統節能的先進技術、新能源開發利用的方法等的科學,是與國民經濟的發展密切相關的科學。
培養目標:
培養具有堅實的熱工理論、機械工程、電氣自動控制等基礎知識與熟練的外語、計算機應用技能,能在國民經濟各部門從事熱工理論、熱能、環保、供熱、暖通與空調工程、自動控制系統的設計、制造、研究、開發、運行管理和安裝調試等方面工作的高級工程技術人才。
課程設置:
本專業開設高等數學、普通物理、外語、計算機、機械制圖、機械原理、機械設計、理論力學、材料力學、工程材料、電工電子技術、工程熱力學、流體力學、傳熱學、熱能工程控制技術、現代測試技術、低溫技術及其應用、節能原理與技術、熱能與動力工程基礎、、鍋爐原理及設計、制冷原理與裝置等必修課程;同時適應專業發展設置了較大比例的選修課,如發動機構造及原理、計算機輔助設計、能源清潔利用、工業通風、空氣調節、供熱工程、制冷裝置自動化、熱泵技術等。該課程體系的設置使學生既掌握了扎實寬廣的理論基礎知識又具有專業特長。
化學工程與工藝專業
化學工程與工藝專業是一門集化學、物理、數學和工程技術為一身的學科專業。以化學工業及相關生產過程中所進行的化學、物理過程為研究對象,探究其加工技術中的物質和能量轉化與傳遞過程的規律,研究有關工程因素對過程和裝置的影響,解決工藝開發、裝置設計、控制操作、綜合優化的理論和方法等問題。本學科不僅是通用的過程工程學科,而且是高新科技和新興產業的重要支撐學科。
培養目標:
本專業培養具備化學工程與化學工藝方面的知識,能在化工、石化、精細與日用化工、能源、環境、醫藥、食品、冶金和軍工等部門從事工程設計、技術開發、生產技術管理和科學研究等方面工作的工程技術人才。
課程設置:
在學習高等數學、化學、物理等基礎理論知識的基礎上,本專業主要學習化工原理、化工熱力學、化學反應工程、化工分離工程、化工工藝學、化工過程分析與合成、化工設計等專業基礎和專業課程知識,為拓寬專業面,增加適應性,還開設高分子化學基礎、石油煉制工程、環境化工、化工機械基礎、ChemCAD等課程。同時還接受實驗技能、計算機過程模擬與應用、信息獲取、工程設計、科學研究方法等方面的能力訓練。
機械過程裝備與控制工程
本專業培養具有過程工程、控制工程和管理工程等方面的知識,能在化工、石油、能源、輕工、環保、制藥、食品、機械等各類過程行業及勞動安全等部門從事工程設計、技術開發、生產技術、經營管理以及工程科學研究等方面工作的高級工程技術人才

金屬材料工程專業
金屬材料工程專業的學生主要理解掌握材料科學基礎知識,掌握金屬材料的成分、組織結構、制備和加工工藝與材料性能之間關系的基本規律,具備合理選擇材料和加工工藝的能力,通過綜合材料設計和工藝設計,提高材料的性能、質量和使用壽命,并具有可以研發新材料及新工藝的水準
分析、金屬材料、復合材料制備、金屬材料成型等領域從事科學研究、技術開發、工藝和設備設計、生產及經營管理等方面工作的高級專業技術人才。課程設置:
在完成基礎工科學生學習(包括數理化、計算機、機械制圖等課程)的基礎上,學生所學的專業課程有:材料科學基礎(專業基礎課),材料力學性能,材料物理性能,材料測試與研究方法,金屬材料學,金屬工藝學,納米科學與技術,材料腐蝕與防護,計算機在材料科學中的應用等專業課程,同時學生還接受實驗技能的訓練,另外還有校內模擬生產實訓和參觀實習,為將來從事科研生產工作奠定基礎
機械設計及自動化專業
本專業培養具備機械設計、制造及自動化的基礎知識與應用能力,能在工業生產第一線從事機械工程及自動化領域內的設計制造、科技開發、應用研究、進行管理和經營銷售等方面工作的高級工程技術人才。

2009年工會工作述職報告

尊敬的各位代表:大家好!
現將我在2009年擔任校工會主席的基本工作情況匯報如下,請評議并提出寶貴意見。
一、崗位職責履行情況
工會是黨領導下的全體職工參加的群眾組織,本人作為經教職工選舉走上工作崗位的校工會主席,能夠時刻不忘黨組織的信任和廣大教職工的委托,在負責學校工會工作過程中,牢記黨的全心全意為人民服務宗旨,踐行?權為民所用,利為民所謀,情為民所系?。在黨委和上級工會的領導指導下,團結工會委員會一班人,牢牢把握工會?圍繞中心,服務大局,全面履行社會職能,突出履行維護職能?的工作定位,在維護學校整體利益的前提下,通過履行崗位職責,努力代表、維護和發展好廣大教職工的具體利益。力爭把我校工會建成教職工信賴和依靠的?家?;努力去做教職工的貼心人。發揮工會聯系黨和全體教職工群眾的橋梁紐帶作用以及各級行政的助手作用,為學校又好又快地發展構建友好和諧環境。
1、認真履行負責校工會第九屆委員會日常工作的職責,貫徹執行黨的路線、方針、政策和工會會員代表大會決議,比較好地完成了年初大會確定的工作任務。
2、根據《工會法》、《中國工會章程》、《教職工代表大會暫行條例》和《青島科技大學二級教代會試行條例》等規定,組織籌備年初 1的學校?雙代會?和年中召開的教代會常設主席團會議。受常設主席團委托,起草了《青島科技大學教職工代表大會代表巡視制度(征求意見稿)》,根據會議決定,組織協調了會議確定的具體巡視方案(草案)的起草。組織教代會常設主席團部分成員到高密校區進行了考察。做好有關高密校區?雙代會?籌備、部分二級學院?雙代會?換屆及其他二級教代會的指導工作。在做好面上的工會干部集訓同時,及時為新上任的黨總支書記和工會分會主席贈送相關書籍資料,爭取基層黨總支對工會工作的支持,逐一與新上任的工會主席進行交流,幫助他們得以盡快地適應基層工會工作的需要。
3、主持制定全年工會工作計劃,組織開展工會各工作委員會工作,支持副主席和工會分會的工作,統籌工會專職人員的分工與協作。定期召開會議,傳達學習校黨委和上級工會有關精神,討論和研究貫徹實施的措施和辦法。
4、在學校人事分配制度改革過程中,能夠代表教職工向學校領導和有關職能部門積極建言獻策。一方面,呼吁和倡導發揮各級教代會作用,落實教代會職權,推動決策民主化、科學化。另一方面,注意傾聽教職工呼聲,體察教職工的情緒,反映教職工的合理訴求。同時,耐心做好上訪教職工的接待和思想情緒疏導工作。在校工會統一調查研究的基礎上,先后撰寫了《校工會〈關于內部管理及人事分配制度改革方案(第二聘期)征求意見稿〉的建議》和《關注校園民生,解決熱點問題,構建和諧校園——校工會調研報告》共近11000余字。
5、發揮工會組織的特點和優勢,以活動為載體,開展以師德建
設為核心的?三育人?工作。做好教職工慶祝建國六十周年系列活動、教師節慶祝表彰大會和第八個?師德建設教育月?活動等的策劃、協調和組織、總結工作。在防控甲流的特殊形勢下,注重調動和發揮二級工會分會積極性,使各項教育活動化整為零有序地展開,取得比較好的教育效果。
6、堅持?群眾利益無小事"的原則,在常年組織開展?送溫暖?活動中,一心一意辦實事,真心誠意做好事,盡心竭力解難事。凡是校工會為教職工排憂解難的工作,無論是常規性的,還是階段性的,或是由于教職工來信來訪引發的,我都事必躬親,或親自辦理或協調解決。今年以來,校工會接待教職工求助、上訪和勞動爭議等 39人24(件)次,本人直接或參與調處了所有事件,一定程度上化解了矛盾,促進了和諧。為了解決大齡未婚青年的后顧之憂,我除親自帶領他們集體到海大參加交友聯誼活動外,在日常工作之余,見縫插針地擠時間為他們牽線搭橋。僅今年4月?相約春季?活動結束以來,經我個人或與其他同志一起介紹而單獨見面接觸的未婚(單親)教職工就有96人次。盡管由于種種原因成功率非常小,但我能夠舍身處地地為他們著想,繼續不厭其煩地根據他們的需要提供信息和婚介服務。在給困難職工救助的同時,對于生病住院的教職工,在得知信息的情況下,我都主動前往慰問看望或委托工會其他同志前往慰問看望。對于不幸身患癌癥的教職工或職工家屬,在可能的情況下,我都主動送上治病康復的參考資料、光盤和心得體會等等,幫助他們樹立戰勝病魔的信心。
7、做好兼任工會女職工委員會主任的工作,倡揚?自尊、自信、自立、自強?精神,促進女教職工提高素質,巾幗建功。堅持開展?春蕾計劃?活動,帶頭捐助?春雷女童?。我校?春蕾計劃?工作繼去年被評為省先進集體之后,今年又被評為青島市先進集體。本人也很榮幸成為青島市婦聯表彰的區市婦聯和市直單位婦女主任中33 名?實施‘春蕾計劃’先進工作者?之一。
8、支持工會文體委員會組織開展教職工喜聞樂見的各類文體活動、組建文體協會等,做到抓大放小,調動和發揮二級工會分會和文體協會的積極性和創造性。在推動全民健身過程中,連續數月犧牲午休時間,與工會同仁一起組織開展柔力球普及推廣工作,既為秋季教工運動會提供了大型群體表演,又滿足了教職工健身的需求。
9、注意以理論創新推動工作創新。組織工會干部和教職工積極開展工運理論研究和論文交流工作。結合工作實際,申報了《青島地區高校單身青年教職工婚戀觀調研》的課題,近期已獲學校社會科學課題立項。在以往工作研究基礎上,今年在擴大職工入會人員范疇上進行了有益的嘗試。
10、按照財務制度的規定,掌握和使用好工會經費及代管行政經費。尤其是經過多方協調,達成一致共識,規范了目前形勢下后勤、產業中實體人員的工會經費、福利費的撥繳以及會費的收繳管理使用辦法,使相關經費的運行納入了正常軌道。
11、組織協調勞模評選和管理服務工作。
12、認真負責地組織領導好學校交由工會代管的工作:籌辦教工
運動會、部分尚未移交街道社區的家委會的管理、校內年終總結評比、職工福利費的管理使用、捐款款物的組織實施、委托貸款以及非教學單位的甲流日報等等。
13、不斷提高黨性覺悟,增強廉潔從政的自覺性。做到為政清廉,遵紀守法。
二、工作中存在的不足與問題
2009年本人所擔任主席的學校工會工作雖然取得了一些成績,但不僅歸功于各級黨組織的正確領導和廣大工會會員的積極參與,也是全校工會同仁齊心協力共同取得的成果。借此機會,我代表校工會委員會和我自己表示衷心地感謝!
在清醒地看到工會和本人的工作距離黨組織和廣大教職工的新期待還有較大差距的同時,我也認識到,由于本人還兼任校婦委會主任工作,客觀上工會和婦委會的事務特別繁雜而目前尚無專職婦女干部;主觀上自己的能力和水平有限。因此,日常工作基本陷在忙忙碌碌的事務堆里,理論學習和深入基層都做得很不夠,這也勢必會影響到工作思路的拓展和創新。今后在積極爭取改善客觀條件的同時,要更加嚴格地要求自己,進一步加強學習、更好地聯系群眾,更加努力地工作,更好地履行本屆工會主席的崗位工作職責。

為切實加強以理想信念為重點的社會主義核心價值體系教育,中央組織部、中央文獻研究室、中央黨史研究室、中央電視臺聯合攝制了三集理論文獻紀錄片?信仰?。該片認真貫徹落實黨的十七屆六中全會精神和胡錦濤總書記在慶祝中國共產黨成立90周年大會上的重要講話精神,以黨的90多年光輝歷程為背景,通過講述革命、建設、改革各個歷史時期優秀共產黨員堅持理想信念、發揮先鋒模范作用、保持先進性和純潔性的感人故事,深刻闡述了共產黨人的核心價值觀,是一部兼取政論片、文獻片、紀實片之長,融思想性、教育性、藝術性、觀賞性于一體的經典電視片,是對廣大黨員、干部和入黨積極分子進行理想信念教育的重點教育片。
根據中央組織部辦公廳?關于做好黨員教育電視片〖信仰〗宣傳、征訂和學習收看工作的通知?(組廳字〔2012〕24號)及青島市委組織部有關通知精神,現對做好該電視片組織收看工作通知如下。
一、節目播出安排
青島黨建電視頻道:三集分別于7月3日、4日、5日21:0
5首播;分別于7月4日、5日、6日12:30重播。
中國教育電視臺、新華社電視臺中文頻道、新華手機電視臺和人民網、新華網等電視、網絡媒體,以及全國黨員干部現代遠程教育專用頻道將陸續播出,具體安排詳見全國黨員干部現代遠程教育網()和中央組織部?共產黨員手機報?。
二、組織學習觀看
(一)組織黨員自行收看。要將上述節目播出時間通知黨員(包括流動黨員),便于黨員自行安排時間收看學習,使黨員普遍受到一次教育。
(二)組織集中學習觀看。各黨支部要結合學習貫徹省第十次黨代會精神、市第十一次黨代會精神和工作實際,組織廣大黨員、干部和入黨積極分子集中學習觀看該電視片,增強教育的針對性、時效性。
(三)組織座談交流。近期,學院黨總支將結合主題黨日活動、組織生活會等,進行一次討論交流會,個黨支部要以支部為單位組織進行一次討論交流。各級黨員領導干部要帶頭學習觀看、帶頭撰寫心得體會、帶頭參加討論交流。
