Some deem that opportunity is the key to success.For example, those global business giants like Google owe their success to the huge opportunities they meet.Googles boom benefits from the frenzy of Internet.Another striking example is Zhang Liangyings overnight sensation.Super Girl Voice Contest, a golden opportunity for her, put the spotlight on her.Others argue that intelligence and diligence outweigh opportunity.There is solely a Google around the planet.The Internet superpower gains from its co-founders advanced technology and keen insight into the global internet market.Zhang Liangying demonstrated her distinguished talent and the very wide vocal range.For this reason, she left an favorable impression with judges and won a host of diehard fans.In my eyes, success is strongly linked with both.The combination of these two factors breeds success.There are enormous opportunities beckoning us,.We must seize them and exert our all-out intelligence and ability.

Opportunity and Success in my eyes Opportunity is one of the reasons of success.But opportunities don't come often in our life.And not all the opportunities can certainly lead to success.Moreover, opportunities are usually exist in hard work.So that we should learn how to seize the opportunity and put into practice.Next , let me introduce to you the opportunities and success in my eyes.At the first ,we should try to understand something about the opporitunity and success.In fact, opportunities are everywhere in our life.We often miss many opportunities in our daily life because most people don't recognize them.So if you want to achieve something in your daily plan, you must make hard efforts and put into practice.Otherwise, you must try your best to seize your opporitity when it come to you.Where there is a will, there is a way.We must have our own oppotions , and do our best for our dream.As a result of my opinion , find a goal and insit on.It will be a right way to success through my hard work.We will obtain more if we have a good goal firstly.In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, but only those who have made enough preparations and are highly talented can make use of them to achieve their purpose.So few people are successful.Therefore seize your opporitities in life.17

Opportunities and Challenges

First, I would like to know, what does your destiny offer you? Happiness, wisdom, a strong body or something else.If I had asked this question to president Nixon, he would probably had said,”O(jiān)ur destiny offers not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity.”

Needless to say, one of the biggest opportunities given to China is the 2008 Olympic Games.Till now, we have used two sevenths of the preparation time.How much changes have you seen? New roads, new subway lines, public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.Other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly.For example, more and more people will get to know China.I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly.And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened.What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit.Now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?

I’ve already said a lot about the Olympics and China.But I think everyone should use some time to think of this question, ”Does the Olympic Games have any special meaning to you?”

For us, I mean the Chinese youth, 2008 Olympic Games is a tremendous gift.Because what we are waiting for is to do something significant as repaying the love given to us.The society is just like a ship, and in our dreams the captain is waving his hand and saying ”Hey!Come here and take the helm!”How charming his voice is, but we have never heard of it in our true life.This morning, however, when we wake up, we will see the Olympic Games waving its hand.After chewing, most of us will have at least one plan about what to do for the Olympic Games.And mine is to be a “comforter”----that is someone who will give comfort to others.At the end of my speech, I hope all the preparation will go well, and everyone will show their ability to the world.Let us seize opportunities and give a big smile to challenges.

能力：愛迪生說過，成功等于百分之九十九的努力加上百分之一的靈感，但是往往這百分之一的靈感更加重要。飄揚過海，來到中國，卻被國人斷章取義成“成功等于百分之九十九的努力加上百分之一的靈感”，而把“但是往往這百分之一的靈感更加重要”丟了。這使國人一味增強自己實力，而喪失抓住靈感（機遇）的能力。國人扎實的基礎(chǔ)，讓世人羨慕；而國人的創(chuàng)新能力，卻無人敢恭維。

機遇：機遇主要指良好的、有利的機會。人們俗話所說的千載難逢、天賜良機，就是指機遇。機遇的產(chǎn)生和利用都需要有其主、客觀條件。從主觀上講，機遇只降臨有準(zhǔn)備的頭腦。這里的準(zhǔn)備主要有以下內(nèi)容：一是知識的積累；一是思維方法的準(zhǔn)備。卡耐基認(rèn)為，人們只要抓住機遇利用機遇,努力奮斗,就能獲得物質(zhì)生活和精神生活的幸福，但是機遇只降臨有準(zhǔn)備的頭腦。同時，很多時候，不同的機會只有一次，一生也只有一次，轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝。

機會是留給有準(zhǔn)備的人。誠然，此話不假，有準(zhǔn)備的人即為有能力之人。仔細(xì)推敲主動與被動的關(guān)系，仍然是機會在前，能力其后。有能力是好事，但是也需要有機會這個舞臺的配合才能得以施展。所以有準(zhǔn)備的人準(zhǔn)備得再充分，如果沒有機會，終究是蕓蕓眾生，混跡市井，此即謂懷才不遇，英雄無用武之地，歷史上此等悲劇層出不窮。

認(rèn)清了機會與能力的辨證關(guān)系，就可以認(rèn)清整個世事炎涼。有能力的人永遠不如有機會的人走得順利，活得瀟灑。上帝是公平的，世界上每一個人其實都可以成功，都能成功的。但為什么還是有那么多郁郁不得志的人，為什么還有那么多窮困潦倒的人，為什么還有那么多身敗名裂的人？一言敝之，是沒有抓住機會，是沒有創(chuàng)造機會，是沒有得到機會！舉凡世間成功之人，哪一位不是抓住機會而將其發(fā)揮極致的結(jié)果。

拿破侖這個科西嘉人聰明過人，才華橫溢，但總得不到上司的重用，在一次鎮(zhèn)壓政變中，他的軍事才能發(fā)揮了作用，致此一舉成名，以后便飛黃騰達，成為法蘭西共和國皇帝。許多成名的藝術(shù)家亦是偶然的機遇被發(fā)現(xiàn)而大發(fā)光彩，歌唱家張建一在澡堂的一聲大叫，被慧眼發(fā)現(xiàn)，這個五音不全的男高音，經(jīng)過學(xué)習(xí)訓(xùn)練在國際聲樂比賽中獲獎。

唐代詩人李商隱的《籌筆驛》詩中的兩句“時來天地皆同力，運去英雄不自由”，所謂謀事在人，成事在天。機不可失，時不在來。萬事都皆求一個-----天時地利人和，若不能慧眼識辨，它就會瞬間消失。怨天尤人只會一步步地再次失去機會，成功的人，會主動得到機會，失敗的人，只會一次又一次的喪失機會，做人如此，入仕如此，商場如此，戰(zhàn)爭如此，情愛亦如此。

能力只有與機會完美結(jié)合，才會爆發(fā)出耀眼的光芒。能力要通過機會來體現(xiàn)，機會是能力實現(xiàn)的必要條件。沒有把握住機會的人，所謂能力只是一張廢紙，確切的說，萬般能力應(yīng)以把握機會的能力來衡量，沒有把握機會的能力就不能稱之為有能力。

首先感謝大家能耐著性子聽我羅嗦幾分鐘，我是冒著風(fēng)險來發(fā)言的，隨著我這篇處女作，我將永遠失去一個機會、一個吹牛的機會，我不能再糊弄朋友說：哼！要是我講肯定比他強！如果今天不講，就肯定不會有尷尬。記得焦局長在我最茫然的時候告訴我這樣一個非常實用的辦法：凡事百思不得其解的時候就去實踐中找答案；用句名人的話叫：實踐出真知；用句俗話叫：是騾子是馬總是要溜了以后才知道。我不想用華麗的語言、也沒有跌蕩起伏的情感，我只想用我真誠的做人原則、十六年的工作體會、積極的人生態(tài)度來和一些尚且年輕又有追求的財政工作者一起討論這樣一個話題：在實際工作中我們究竟該想些什么做些什么才是正確的明智的選擇？

學(xué)校剛畢業(yè)的時候，涉世不深，總愛用簡單的思維去分析復(fù)雜的社會，于是得出一個簡單的結(jié)論：世界不過如此，沒有我不能的。總感覺自己是一只雄鷹，應(yīng)該翱翔在藍天白云之間，可當(dāng)你準(zhǔn)備飛的時候老感覺力不從心，老感覺有人在和自己過不去，影響著你的發(fā)展。如果你有這種感覺，我要告訴你：實際上你不是雄鷹，你充其量是一只雄雞，所謂的展翅只是為了走路時不斷平衡踉蹌腳步的需要，即使沒人攔你你不一定能飛的起來，因為你還沒有成熟。所謂的雄鷹只是定位出現(xiàn)了偏差。如果不重新認(rèn)識你自己，你就會痛苦，因為痛苦源自于你追求了不該追求的東西。

有些人認(rèn)為世界很簡單，凡事一眼就能看穿，孰不知簡單的背后有復(fù)雜的過程，沒有所謂的無緣無故，看似偶然中蘊涵著必然，當(dāng)你知其然又知其所以然的時候，你就不會總感嘆造物弄人了。有一篇童話故事，題目是：為什么只有人會說話？古時候所有的動物都會說話，因為太吵鬧了，天神就想了一個辦法，他準(zhǔn)備了兩個碗，一個碗里裝著好水，喝了以后還會說話，一個碗里盛了啞水，喝了以后就不會說話，天神命令所有的動物都去喝水，于是所有的動物都想最早趕到天神那喝到好水，可誰也不知道哪個是好水，哪個是啞水，只有青蛙知道，因為那個時候青蛙最聰明。青蛙一蹦一跳的很慢又很著急，他看見喜鵲飛過就說：“喜鵲，你飛的快，帶上我吧”，喜鵲說“沒工夫”，他看見兔子跑過來，就對兔子說“兔子，你跑的快，帶上我吧”，兔子說“沒工夫”。后來人走過來，看見青蛙累壞了就說，“青蛙，讓我?guī)闳グ伞薄５搅颂焐衲牵嗤芫颓那膶θ苏f“你去喝那小碗里的水”說完就撲通跳到大碗里喝起水來，喜鵲、兔子、猴子都跟著最聰明的青蛙跳進了大碗，結(jié)果大家都知道了。喜鵲、兔子想破腦袋也不會知道人為什么這么幸運，而人的成功源自于他良好的修養(yǎng)，吃苦耐勞的精神，或者說他抓住了問題的關(guān)鍵。

有個中學(xué)生如此感慨說：現(xiàn)在考試是考家長，不是考學(xué)生，他的意思是上什么樣的學(xué)校要看家長的能力了。家里有錢有關(guān)系就能上好學(xué)校，這算一種方法，沒錢沒關(guān)系的孩子要上好學(xué)校怎么辦呢？努力學(xué)習(xí)，考個好成績。但人生還有很多場考試，家長能送你多遠呢？沒有基礎(chǔ)的你老嘆息自己的命不好有用嗎？吃自己的飯，淌自己的汗，靠人靠天靠祖先，不算是好汗！這才是正理。

剛上班的時候不知道你有沒有遇到好心人提示你這樣一個問題，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排你做一項工作，你憑著干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的沖動和熱情，晝夜不停完成任務(wù)，好心人看你老實，什么都不懂，可憐，于是湊到你耳邊：“傻瓜，告訴你個秘訣吧”，“什么秘訣”？領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分給你的工作，你能一天做完的要分到一個星期做”，你疑惑的問：“為什么呀？”“因為：一嘛你那么快做完領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還要給你派活，這二嘛你做完以后沒事干別人還以為你老不干活呢”！呵呵，你在挑戰(zhàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的智商，你在挑戰(zhàn)優(yōu)勝劣汰的自然法則，于是你學(xué)會了偷懶耍滑，逐漸的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)改變了認(rèn)為你能干的態(tài)度，你改變了認(rèn)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和藹的態(tài)度，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不再重視你，你也把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)看成敵人并暗自發(fā)誓不給他好好干。錯！你給誰干！往大了說你為黨為人民，往小了說你就是為自己，你的每一步都在書寫著你的人生答卷，我們來算一筆帳，你不好好干能得到什么，得到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的反感，得到了周圍人的輕視，得到了你游手好閑的口實，你賭的不是氣，你賭的是命運，你失去的太多，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)失去了什么？毫發(fā)無損，你很吃虧是吧。與其如此，何不換一種積極的態(tài)度去面對挑戰(zhàn)，迎接挑戰(zhàn)，矛盾無處不在，只有競爭才有進步，所以不要總感嘆：環(huán)境不夠?qū)捤桑I(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我不公。應(yīng)該正視一切社會現(xiàn)象，拿出你的熱情，通過準(zhǔn)確的定位、智者的思維、積極的態(tài)度、塌實的工作，樂觀的心態(tài)去創(chuàng)造美好的明天！

最后我再講個小故事作為結(jié)束語，人們都通過臺階進入大殿去膜拜佛像，臺階就問佛：“我們都是石頭，為什么大家都踩著我去膜拜你呢？”佛說：“你只挨了四刀就成了現(xiàn)在的樣子，而我是經(jīng)過了千刀萬剮”。如果我們都能抱著千刀萬剮的決心，大概都能成佛。
