《英語寫作》考試大綱

一、考試的內容、要求和目的1．考試要求和目的本考試的目的是從普通高校專科畢業生中挑選優秀者插入本科三年級學習。依照教育部頒發的《高等學校英語專業基礎階段教學大綱》和外國語學院制定的《英語專業本科教學大綱》，考試目的是測試考生的寫作基本技巧、英文譴詞，造句，組段及安排篇章結構等寫作能力，同時考查學生是否能用英文寫出合乎英語規范的文章，文章是否言之有物，語句是否通順，是否具有邏輯性和連貫性。

2．考試內容

1)通知、便條、概要及短文的寫作；

2)選詞、句間與段間的銜接；

3）各種應用的寫作；

4）各種體裁文章的寫作；

5）命題作文。根據作文題目、提綱或圖表、數據等寫出各種類型的文章。

2012年廣州大學招收本科插班生招生簡章

一、招生對象及報考條件

（一）招生對象

擁護中國共產黨的領導，熱愛祖國，品德良好，遵紀守法，愿為社會主義現代化建設勤奮學習且具培養前途,身體健康狀況符合普通高校招生的體檢要求,并符合下列條件之一的人員可以報考：

1．廣東省戶籍且就讀廣東省普通高校的高職高專應屆畢業生；

2．外省生源就讀廣東省普通高校的高職高專應屆畢業生（不含辦理了暫緩就業的往屆專科畢業生）；

3．廣東省戶籍或廣東生源就讀省外普通高校的高職高專應屆畢業生；

4．廣東省戶籍且在報名確認截止日期（2012年1月10日前）取得國家承認的專科畢業證（指經教育部審定核準的國民教育系列高等學校或高等教育自學考試機構頒發的專科畢業證書[含普通高等教育、成人教育、自學考試、網絡教育]）的畢業生。

（二）下列人員不得報考：

1．應屆畢業生之外的高等學校專科在校生；

2．非廣東省戶籍的高等學校專科往屆畢業生；

3．2011年參加本科插班生考試，因作弊被取消各科考試成績并被禁止下參加本科插班生考試的人員；

4．因觸犯刑律已被有關部門采取強制措施或正在服刑者。

二、報名時間、辦法及報名考試費

（一）報名方式

1.預報名。2012年1月4日至7日（共四天）為網上預報名時間，考生通過互聯網登錄http:///cbsbm，進入“廣東省本科插班生網上報名系統”進行預報名，閱讀相關報考規定、要求，簽訂《誠信考試承諾書》，錄入報名信息，獲取預報名號和設定密碼。逾

1期不再辦理預報名手續。

2.確認報名。2012年1月8日至1月10日(共三天)為網上報名確認時間。考生須持有關報名材料親自前往廣州大學校驗報名材料、進行電子攝像，并在《廣東省2012年本科插班生報名登記表》上簽名確認。

3.廣州大學現場報名確認地點：廣州大學城外環西路230號廣州大學就業服務大廳（文俊西樓103室）

4.考生報考志愿只能填報廣州大學的一個專業。請考生報考前對照報考條件報考，不符合報考條件的考生不準報名。

（二）考生須提交的報名資料

1.普通高校應屆畢業生在報名確認時需要遞交的材料：①身份證原件與復印件；②最后學歷成績單（須加蓋院校教務處公章）；③新生錄取名冊復印件（須加蓋考生所在院校公章，并用紅筆在本人名字前打“√”）；④經簽名確認的《廣東省2012年本科插班生報名登記表》；⑤體檢表。

2.往屆畢業生（2012年1月10日前取得國家承認的專科畢業證，指經教育部審定核準的國民教育系列高等學校或高等教育自學考試機構頒發的專科畢業證書[含普通高等教育、成人教育、自學考試、網絡教育]）在報名確認時需要遞交的材料：①身份證原件與復印件（A4紙復印）；②畢業證書原件與復印件（A4紙復印）；學歷證書鑒定證明原件與復印件（A4紙復印，若畢業證書能夠通過學信網查證屬實，則不需提供學歷證書鑒定證明原件與復印件）③戶口本原件及復印件；④經簽名確認的《廣東省2012年本科插班生報名登記表》；⑤體檢表。

3.服義務兵役退役的高職高專考生在報名確認時需要遞交的材料：身份證、普通高職高專畢業證、民政部門頒發的士兵退役證等原件及其復印件。

（三）報名資料

我校負責對考生報名材料進行審查，在報名現場通過登錄中國高等教育學生信息網（學信網）的“中國高等教育學歷證書查詢系統”

核對考生的專科畢業證（網址http://.cn/xlcx/lscx.jsp）。考生應先通過短信等方式獲取查詢碼，再由報名點工作人員現場上網查核。

符合報考條件的往屆畢業生，應及早登錄中國高等教育學生信息網（學信網）的“中國高等教育學歷證書查詢系統”核對本人的專科畢業證。若在“學信網”上無法查到專科畢業信息，應及早到廣東省教育廳高等學校畢業生就業指導中心學歷鑒定部（廣東省教育廳學歷認證中心地址：廣州市農林下路72號二樓，電話：020-37626800）進行學歷驗證，并于正式確認報名結束前提交驗證結果。學歷驗證需要一定的時間，請此類考生提前一個月的時間辦理驗證，以免錯過報名時間。考生憑虛假證件報名的，一經發現，即取消考生的錄取資格，由此產生的后果由考生本人負責。

考生報名時不再出具所在單位同意報考的證明材料。考生與所在單位因報考本科插班生產生的問題由考生自行處理。考生未能提供相關檔案，我校不予錄取。考生必須提供真實的檔案材料，供我校錄取。考生凡持假證明、假文憑等虛假材料報名考試的，取消考試資格；已被錄取的，取消錄取資格；已取得學籍的，取消學籍。

（四）報名考試費：每人200元；經審查材料不符合報考資格的考生，不退還報名考試費。

三、體檢

1.考生在考試院網站上下載《廣東省2012年高等學校本科插班生招生體格檢查表》，自行前往二級甲等（含）以上醫院或相應的醫療單位進行體檢，報名確認時須向我校提交體檢結果（體檢表有效期：2011年11月4日-2012年1月10日）。體檢標準按《普通高等學校招生體檢指導意見》執行。

2.新生入學后我校將進行體檢復檢工作，復檢不合格者取消入學資格。體檢標準參照教育部、衛生部、中國殘疾人聯合會關于印發《普通高等學校招生體檢工作指導意見》的通知（教學?2003?3號）、《教育部辦公廳 衛生部辦公廳關于普通高等學校招生學生入學身體檢查

取消乙肝項目檢測有關問題的通知》（教學廳?2010?2號）及教育部《關于明確慢性肝炎病人并且肝功能不正常的具體判定標準的函》（教學司函?2010?22號）要求執行。

四、考試

普通高校本科插班生的招生考試科目為五門，其中省統一考試三門，高校自主考試兩門。省統一考試的三門為《政治理論》、《英語》和《專業基礎課》。我校本科插班生招生專業工商管理、工程管理的專業基礎課為《管理學》；法學的專業基礎課為《民法學》。《專業課》具體安排由我校在《準考證》上注明，并由我校組織評卷。考生須于考試前一天到我校考點熟悉試室分布情況。考生請于4月中下旬在我校招生就業處主頁上查詢考試成績（不接受電話查詢成績），我處不再發出書面通知。

考試各科滿分為100分，五科總分為500分。每科考試時間為120分鐘。

省統考科目的考試大綱和考試范圍由省教育考試院根據教育部專科升本科同一層次的要求編寫確定，并于報名前向社會公布。

普通高校本科插班生招生考試時間為2012年3月10日（星期六）至11日（星期日）兩天，具體安排見下表：

五、錄取

我校2012年本科插班生招生計劃為160人，具體將根據考生德、智、體條件以及五門考試科目總分和省統考三科的最低錄取控制分數線，從高分到低分擇優錄取；我校預計在5月下旬發出錄取通知書，考生可在5月下旬通過我處主頁查詢錄取結果。

六、入學收費標準

學費：工商管理為3800元/年；工程管理、法學為4300元/年。

七、在校學習期間的管理

本科插班生為國家任務生，秋季入學，全日制脫產學習。本科插班生入學后，我校將進行思想政治、業務、健康情況復查，經復查不符合條件的，取消其入學資格；復查合格并經注冊后，即成為學校的正式學生，插入本科專業三年級學習，按插入年級的管理辦法進行管理。

本科插班生入學后如需補修相關課程，則按我校教務處的規定執行。

八、畢業與就業

本科插班生修完本科教學計劃規定的課程，德、智、體考核合格，準予本科畢業，發給本科畢業證書。

符合《中華人民共和國學位條例》和《廣州大學學士學位條例實施細則》規定者，授予相應的學士學位。

本科插班生畢業后的就業辦法，與普通高校并軌后的本科畢業生相同。

第三篇：廣州大學章程

廣州大學章程（6413）

第一章 總 則

第一條 為了明確辦學宗旨，規范辦學行為，建立現代大學制度，依據《中華人民共和國教育法》、《中華人民共和國高等教育法》和其他法律法規的規定，制定本章程。

第二條 學校中文名稱為廣州大學。英文名稱為GUANGZHOU UNIVERSITY。法定住所：廣州市大學城外環西路230號。

廣州大學現有大學城校區、桂花崗校區。大學城校區位于廣州市番禺區小谷圍島外環西路230號；桂花崗校區位于廣州市越秀區解放北路桂花崗東1號。

第三條 廣州大學為全民所有制事業單位法人。校長是學校的法定代表人。

第四條 廣州大學（以下簡稱“學校”）是由廣東省廣州市人民政府舉辦的全日制普通高等學校，實行省市共建共管。

學校的辦學活動接受舉辦者的支持、指導、監督檢查和評估。學校依據法律法規和本章程，行使辦學自主權。

第五條 學校全面貫徹國家教育方針，以人才培養為根本宗旨和任務，開展教育教學、科學研究和社會服務活動。

第六條 學校秉持教學立校、科研興校、人才強校、服務榮校的辦學理念，著力推進內涵發展、特色發展、開放發展、和諧發展，建設高水平有特色地方綜合性大學。

第二章 教育教學與科學研究

第九條 學校根據政府政策和社會需要，以本科教育為基礎，積極發展研究生教育和留學生教育，適當開展成人繼續教育和職業教育。

第十條 學校根據社會需要、政府政策和辦學條件，確定合理的辦學規模。

第十一條 學校實施的教育形式主要是全日制普通學歷教育，同時開展非全日制學歷教育和非學歷教育。

第十二條 學校執行國家規定的學業標準，依法頒發學歷證書或者其他學業證書。

學校執行國家學位制度，依法授予學士、碩士及博士學位。

第十三條 學校設置哲學、經濟學、法學、教育學、文學、歷史學、理學、工學和管理學等學科門類。學校根據發展的需要設置和調整學科、專業。

第十四條 學校執行國家有關學生入學資格的規定，依法招收學生。第十五條 學校依法確定學制和學歷教育修業年限。

第十六條 學校以人的全面發展為教育目標，開展教育教學研究，深化教育教學改革，全面實施素質教育。

第十七條 學校根據學科、專業和教育層次的特點，構建科學的人才培養體系，確立不同層次的人才培養目標和培養模式。

本科教育培養高素質應用型人才。

研究生教育培養具有創新能力的研究型人才。

第十八條 學校根據人才培養目標，制定人才培養方案和教學大綱，完善教學內容，改革教學方法和手段。

第十九條 學校建立和完善教育質量保障體系，加強教學管理，實行教學質量督導、檢查和評估制度。

第二十條 學校加強教學團隊建設。

第二十一條 學校依法保障學術自由，堅持學術民主，弘揚學術道德。學校鼓勵開展科學研究，鼓勵學術與科技創新，鼓勵產、學、研相結合，積極促進科研成果的轉化。

第二十二條 學校根據發展的需要，設立專門科研機構，建立學科研究基地，支持研究項目。

第二十三條 學校加強科學研究團隊建設。第二十四條 學校建立和完善科學研究管理制度。

第三章 管理體制與機構

第一節 管理體制

第二十五條 學校實行中國共產黨廣州大學委員會（以下簡稱學校黨委）領導下的校長負責制。

第二十六條 學校實行校、院（研究所或中心）兩級管理的體制。學校規范和尊重學院（研究所或中心）或具有獨立建制的單位自主管理，發揮其辦學的本體作用。

第二十七條 學校根據精簡、效能原則和實際工作需要，設置黨政、教學、科研和教輔機構，建立社團組織，決定其職能與權責配置。

第二節 學校黨委

第二十八條 學校黨委按高等教育法的有關規定，統一領導學校工作，支持校長獨立負責地行使職權，其領導職責主要是：

（一）組織學習、宣傳、執行中國共產黨的路線、方針、政策，堅持社會主義辦學方向；

（二）領導學校的思想政治工作和德育工作；

（三）討論決定學校內部組織機構的設置和內部組織機構負責人的人選；

（四）討論決定學校改革、發展和基本管理制度等重大事項；

（五）保證以培養人才為中心的各項任務的完成；

（六）法律法規、黨章和政策確定的其他職責。

第三節 校長

第二十九條 校長主持學校行政工作，全面負責學校的教學、科學研究和其他行政管理工作，行使下列職權：

（一）擬定學校發展規劃，制定具體規章制度和工作計劃并組織實施；

（二）組織教學活動、科學研究和思想品德教育；

（三）擬訂內部組織機構的設置方案，推薦副校長人選，任免內部組織機構的負責人；

（四）聘用和解聘教師及內部其他工作人員；對學生進行學籍管理并實施獎勵或處分；

（五）擬定和執行經費預算方案，保護和管理校產，維護學校的合法權益；

（六）行使章程規定的其他職權。副校長協助校長的工作，對校長負責。

第三十條 學校校務會議和校長辦公會議是校長行使職權的基本形式。對所議事項實行集體討論、校長決定。

第三十一條 校務會議所議事項須經學校黨委會、教職工代表大會審議通過的，按規定的程序辦理。

第四節 教職工代表大會

第三十二條 學校實行教職工代表大會制度。教職工代表大會是學校教職工行

使民主權利，參與民主管理和監督的重要形式。第三十三條 教職工代表大會一般每年舉行一次。學校工會委員會是教職工代表大會的日常工作機構。

第三十四條 教職工代表大會的代表經民主選舉或民主推薦方式產生。第三十五條 教職工代表大會行使下列職權：

（一）聽取校長的工作報告，討論學校的辦學指導思想、工作計劃、發展規劃、重大改革方案、財務工作及其他有關學校工作的重大問題，并提出意見和建議；

（二）討論通過教職工聘用或崗位責任制方案、校內酬金分配方案、教職工獎懲辦法，以及其他與教職工有關的基本制度，由校長頒布施行；

（三）討論決定與教職工關系密切的福利等重要事項；

（四）民主評議和監督學校各級領導干部，可以進行表揚、批評、推薦，必要時可建議上級機關予以嘉獎、晉升，或予以處分、免職。

第三十六條 學校教職工代表大會應當根據《高等學校教職工代表大會暫行條例》和《廣東省普通高等學校教職工代表大會工作規定》開展工作。

第五節 學術委員會、學位評定委員會、教學指導委員會

第三十七條 學校設立學術委員會，審議學科、專業的設置，教學、科學研究計劃方案，評定教學、科研成果等有關學術事項；其宗旨、職權、委員會的組成、議事規則等事項由校學術委員會章程規定。

學術道德委員會是學校學術委員會下屬的專門委員會。

第三十八條 學校設立學位評定委員會，依法決定授予或撤銷學位，處理學位爭議，開展與學位有關的其他工作；其職權、委員會產生辦法、組織活動原則 4

等事項由校學位評定委員會章程規定。

第三十九條 學校設立教學指導委員會，對教學工作進行研究、審議、監督、指導、評估和咨詢；其宗旨、職權、委員資格與任免等事項由校教學指導委員會章程規定。

第六節 學院（研究所或中心）與獨立建制單位

第四十條 學校設立學院（研究所或中心）。學院是全面、直接負責組織實施人

才培養、科學研究、學科建設的機構。

第四十一條 學院實行民主管理，其主要職責是：

（一）根據學校的規劃、規定，制訂學院發展規劃，制定并組織實施學科專業建設、師資隊伍建設、課程建設、人才培養方案和教學計劃；

（二）組織開展教學活動、科學研究和其他學術活動；

（三）按照學校章程和學校規章制度制定內部管理制度；

（四）組織、評價本院教職員工的教學和管理工作，就有關獎懲提出意見和建議；

（五）教育與管理學生，就學生管理、獎懲等事項提出意見和建議；

（六）行使學校賦予的其他職責。

第四十二條 黨政聯席會議是學院的決策機構，由學院院長、黨委（總支）書記、副院長、副書記組成。

黨政聯席會議主要討論決定學院的發展規劃、規章制度、學科與專業建設、師資隊伍建設、科學研究、行政崗位設置與干部任用、思想政治工作、人事考核和獎懲、學生教育和管理、較大數額經費的收支以及其他重要問題。

第四十三條 院長是學院的行政負責人，組織和管理學院的行政事務、教學科研、學科專業建設、師資隊伍建設等工作。主要履行下列職責：

（一）貫徹執行國家的教育方針、政策和法律法規，貫徹執行學校的辦學政策和各項規章制度；

（二）提請學院黨政聯席會議討論決定學院的發展規劃以及行政工作中的重大問

題，并組織實施黨政聯席會議的決議；

（三）抓好學院教職工隊伍的建設，主持對學院教職工的考核工作；

（四）領導學院的教學、科研、學科建設、專業建設、實驗室建設和社會服務等工作；

（五）配合學院黨委（總支）加強師生思想政治教育和管理；

（六）在任期內完成《院長任期目標責任書》的各項內容；

（七）履行學校賦予的其他職責。副院長協助院長工作。

第四十四條 學院設立中國共產黨（總支）委員會，履行以下職責：

（一）貫徹落實黨的路線、方針、政策以及學校黨委的決議、決定；

（二）領導學院思想政治工作和黨建工作，加強學院領導班子的自身建設；

（三）支持本單位行政負責人在其職責范圍內獨立負責地開展工作；

（四）參與討論決定學院行政工作中的重要事項；

（五）團結師生員工，領導本部門工會、共青團和學生會等組織；

（六）法律法規、黨章和政策規定的其他職責。

第四十五條 學院設立的學術分委員會、學位評定分委員會、教學指導分委員會等機構的職能、分委員會委員的組成等，依學校的有關章程執行。

第四十六條 學院工會在學校工會和學院黨委（總支）領導下，保障教職工依法參與學院的民主管理和民主監督，維護教職工的合法權益。

第四十七條 獨立建制的校屬機構根據有關規定、合同或學校授權進行自主管理，相應地開展教育教學、科學研究和社會服務等活動、承擔人才培養任務。

第七節 學校團體組織與其他機構

第四十八條 工會、共青團、學生會、研究生會等團體組織在學校黨委領導下按照各自章程在法律、法規和學校規章制度規定的范圍內開展活動。學校為其提供必要的條件。

第四十九條 學校根據工作需要，可以設置專門委員會或專項工作領導小組等機構。

第四章 教職員工

第五十條 學校教職員工包括教師、其他專業技術人員、管理人員、工勤人員和勞務派遣人員。

第五十一條 學校對教職員工實行下列任職制度：

（一）教師實行資格認證和職務聘用制度；

（二）其他專業技術人員實行專業技術職務聘用制度；

（三）管理人員實行聘用制度；

（四）工勤人員實行勞動合同制度；

（五）勞動派遣工實行勞務派遣制度。

第五十二條 學校尊重和愛護人才，為教師開展教學和科學研究活動提供必要的工作條件、生活條件、發展機會和制度保障。

學校依法建立權利保護機制，維護教職員工的合法權益。學校依法建立獎懲激勵機制，對取得突出成績或為學校榮譽作出突出貢獻的教職員工個人或集體進行表彰獎勵；對違紀的教職員工或集體給予相應的紀律處分。

第五十三條 學校依法制定人事管理制度，對教職員工定期進行考核，考核結果作為對各類人員聘用（勞務派遣人員留用）、獎懲、解聘或辭退的依據。

第五十四條 教職員工享有下列權利：

（一）按工作職責和貢獻獲得相應的勞動報酬的權利；

（二）公平獲得自身發展所需的相應機會和條件；

（三）知悉學校改革、建設和發展及關涉其切身利益的重大事項；

（四）參與民主管理與監督，對學校工作提出意見和建議；

（五）就職務、福利待遇、評優評獎、紀律處分等事項提出異議和申訴；

（六）在品德、能力和業績等方面獲得公正評價；

（七）公平獲得相應的榮譽稱號和獎勵；

（八）學校制度規定的或者聘用合同、勞動合同、勞務派遣協議等約定的權利；

（九）憲法、法律法規、政策規定的其他權利。第五十五條 學校教職員工應當履行下列義務：

（一）遵守國家法律法規和職業道德，遵守學校的各項規章制度；

（二）珍惜和維護學校名譽，維護學校利益；

（三）尊重學生人格，關心和愛護學生，制止侵犯學生合法權益或有害于學生健康成長的行為；

（四）熟悉本崗位工作的特點和規律，勤奮工作，盡職盡責，不斷提高業務水平和工作效率；

（五）聘用合同、勞動合同、勞務派遣協議約定的義務。

第五十六條 教師應當忠誠教育事業，為人師表，完成教育教學工作任務，不斷提高教學水平；

學校其他教育工作者應當樹立為教學和科研服務的意識，提高管理和服務水平，廉潔自律，克己奉公，虛心接受師生的監督。

第五章 學生

第五十七條 學生是指被學校依法錄取，具有學籍的受教育者。第五十八條 學生在校期間享有下列基本權利：

（一）公平接受學校教育，平等利用學校提供的公共教育資源和服務；

（二）參加學生社團、社會服務和勤工助學；

（三）按照國家和學校的規定獲得獎學金、助學金及助學貸款；

（四）在思想品德、學業成績等方面獲得公正評價，完成學校規定學業后獲得相應的學歷證書、學位證書；

（五）公平獲得相應的榮譽稱號和獎勵；

（六）對學校的教學活動與管理、后勤服務、校園安全等工作以正當方式提出批評或建議；

（七）對學校給予的處分享有知情權、異議權和申訴權；

（八）法律法規、行政規章和學校規章制度所規定的其他權利。第五十九條 學生履行下列義務：

（一）遵守學校學籍、考試等管理制度和學生行為規范，加強思想品德的修養和自律；

（二）努力學習，完成學校規定的學業；

（三）按規定繳納學費及有關費用；

（四）珍惜和維護學校名譽，維護學校利益；

（五）法律法規、行政規章、學校規章制度所規定的其他義務。

第六十條 學校關心和愛護學生，依法建立學生權利保護機制，預防和處理學生傷害事故，維護學生合法權益。學校引導學生養成珍愛生命、尊重權利、誠實守信、保護環境、熱心公益的良好品格。學校關懷在學習生活中遇到特殊困難的學生，為其健康成長提供必要的幫助。

第六十一條 學校為修完教育教學計劃規定內容，達到畢業要求的學生頒發 8

畢業證書；對符合學位授予條件的，授予學位。

第六十二條 學校建立獎懲制度，對取得突出成績或為學校榮譽作出突出貢獻的學生集體或個人進行表彰獎勵；對違紀學生按照有關規定給予相應的紀律處分。

第六章 校友和校友會

第六十三條 校友是指按照《廣州大學校友會章程》具有校友會會員資格的個人和團體。學校創造條件，鼓勵校友參與學校建設與發展。對學校建設與發展作出貢獻的校友，學校授予榮譽稱號，設?紀念。校友應當珍惜和維護學校的聲譽。

第六十四條 學校設立廣州大學校友會。學校支持校友成立具有屆別、行業、地域特點的校友組織。校友會或校友組織依據有關法律法規及其章程的規定開展活動。

第六十五條 學校通過校友會及其他多種形式聯系和服務校友，凝聚校友力量。

第七章 學校經費、資產、財務制度、后勤

第六十六條 學校經費的來源主要包括舉辦者財政拔款、事業收入、附屬單位上繳收入和其他收入。學校積極拓展辦學經費來源渠道，籌措事業發展資金；鼓勵和支持校內各單位面向社會籌措教學、科研經費和各類獎助學基金。

學校可以建立教育基金會，發揮其在吸引社會捐贈、募集資金等方面的積極作用，增加辦學資源。

第六十七條 學校對舉辦者提供的財產、國家財政性資助、受捐贈財產等學校資產享有獨立的法人財產權，依法進行管理和使用。

學校建立健全資產管理制度，合理配置資源，提高資源使用效率。第六十八條 學校保護并合理利用校名、校譽和校有知識產權。

第六十九條 學校實行統一領導、集中核算的財務管理體制，依法建立財務會計制度，嚴格按規定執行經費收支。學校建立健全經濟責任制度和審計制度，完善財務監督機制，保證資金運行安全。

第七十條 學校不斷完善后勤服務管理體系，為辦學活動提供后勤保障。

第八章 校訓、校徽、校旗

第七十一條 學校校訓為：博學篤行，與時俱進。第七十二條 學校校徽包括徽志和徽章。

徽志是由“GU”與“羊”字以及英文Guan gzhou University組合而成的圖案。“GU”為Guangzhou University的縮寫；“羊”代表廣州。“GU”與“羊”字組合，構成火炬與紅棉花開的形狀。

徽章是教職員工和學生佩戴的、由葉選平題書校名的證章。

第七十三條 校旗為中間印有“廣州大學”字樣、左上方印有學校徽志的白色長方形旗幟。

第 九 章 附則

第七十四條 學校根據章程有關條款制定相應的辦法和細則。凡學校制定的其他各項規章制度均應符合本章程。

第七十五條 本章程經校黨委常務委員會審議，由教職工代表大會審議通過，由校長頒布實施，并報省市教育行政主管部門備案。

第七十六條 本章程由教職工代表大會修改。

第七十七條 本章程由校黨委會常務委員會負責解釋。
