第一篇：八道相關(guān)的口語(yǔ)面試問(wèn)題

今天打算寫上兩篇，昨天還給南大財(cái)會(huì)大婷上課了，因?yàn)榭蓯?ài)的mm馬上就要面試了哦，四大會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)所，德勤。哇吼，其實(shí)是很難得，不過(guò)希望她成功哦。所以我們練習(xí)的主要內(nèi)容是英語(yǔ)面試問(wèn)題的問(wèn)答練習(xí)。

昨天我在網(wǎng)上截取了八道相關(guān)的口語(yǔ)面試問(wèn)題。

第一道就是：“introduce yourself”這個(gè)問(wèn)題很普遍，到哪個(gè)公司面試，如果公司要考察你的外語(yǔ)水平，基本上都會(huì)問(wèn)到這個(gè)問(wèn)題的，所以，建議，要去面試的同志，一定要好好練習(xí)這道題。但是，自我介紹不是流水帳，我可愛(ài)的大婷學(xué)生經(jīng)常會(huì)犯這類的問(wèn)題，把要回答的問(wèn)題變成流水帳。

其實(shí)，這種問(wèn)題一定要根據(jù)你所投簡(jiǎn)歷的公司類型以及職位的側(cè)重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行描述，比如，本人在投翻譯職位的時(shí)候肯定會(huì)把介紹集中在我在上一家單位的時(shí)候是有多少口語(yǔ)交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)的。而如果我是要投簡(jiǎn)歷到培訓(xùn)部門，那我肯定要強(qiáng)調(diào)我原來(lái)是在培訓(xùn)部，那么做了多少培訓(xùn)，講過(guò)多少課程的。這就是你跟這家公司的切合點(diǎn)。大婷是學(xué)財(cái)會(huì)的，要投的又是財(cái)務(wù)公司，所以說(shuō)專業(yè)肯定沒(méi)問(wèn)題，那么我建議她一定要不更多的精力放在如何介紹自己的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)上。

大婷向我介紹，她第一家在實(shí)習(xí)的公司是一個(gè)非常小的公司，我立即驚呼，這可不能說(shuō)哦，一說(shuō)這個(gè)，馬上自我貶值了不少，你可以說(shuō)公司規(guī)模不是很大，但是不能說(shuō)非常小。大婷在這家公司負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)公司的會(huì)計(jì)工作。而第二家實(shí)習(xí)單位是非常著名的卡特彼勒，但是大婷又告訴我在這家公司是做助理的公司就是每天負(fù)責(zé)畫財(cái)務(wù)流程圖。我又一次驚呼，可不能和么介紹自己哦。呵呵。

結(jié)合兩個(gè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我們可以說(shuō)，我在第一家公司的實(shí)習(xí)是負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)公司的會(huì)計(jì)工作，在第二家公司是負(fù)責(zé)公司財(cái)務(wù)流程的系統(tǒng)維護(hù)和管理。那么這樣體現(xiàn)了，兩份工作一個(gè)是details，一個(gè)是management。這樣就顯得更有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力了。

當(dāng)然，不是教大家說(shuō)假話，只是在原有的基礎(chǔ)上有所美化罷了。

這種美化，我還真的發(fā)現(xiàn)身邊很多朋友都不會(huì)。

另一個(gè)例子，我的一個(gè)同事，做質(zhì)量工作的，那她就光說(shuō)我平時(shí)做了什么報(bào)表之類的。這樣一說(shuō)，完全感覺(jué)是個(gè)低級(jí)工作，就是個(gè)做表的。

但是如果說(shuō)是負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)質(zhì)量報(bào)表的審核和管控，并協(xié)調(diào)新品部門新品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)放等。

這樣就專業(yè)多了

往往都是一句話，但是說(shuō)起來(lái)用不同的方式，你的等級(jí)就會(huì)上升很多哦。

第五篇：面試口語(yǔ)

你在辦理手續(xù)的過(guò)程中：首先要注意讓單位開(kāi)出離職證明，要辦理好移交手續(xù)，然后讓人事科的人簽字，并把離職證明和社保轉(zhuǎn)移單交到你手上就可以了。這樣你就算辦完了離職手續(xù)。接下來(lái)不知道你是否已經(jīng)找到了新工作單位，如果找到了，很簡(jiǎn)單，把離職證明和社保轉(zhuǎn)移單交給新單位萬(wàn)事大吉。所有的包括用工手續(xù)，重新繳納社保還有檔案保管都是新工作單位人事部的事情。如果沒(méi)有找到新單位，你要做的就是把檔案放到當(dāng)?shù)氐娜瞬沤涣髦行?，你要自己跑一趟，還要交納保管費(fèi)用的；另外自己繳納社保也可以在人才中心辦理，不過(guò)費(fèi)用挺高的，這個(gè)可以不交，等以后找到了新工作再交。希望對(duì)你有所幫助。

辦理辭職手續(xù)程序

一、辭職人員首先應(yīng)向所在單位或主管部門提出書(shū)面申請(qǐng)，陳述辭職的理由和去向；

二、所在單位或主管部門收到辭職申請(qǐng)后，應(yīng)在3個(gè)月內(nèi)予以辦理辭職手續(xù)；

三、所在單位或主管部門經(jīng)審核批準(zhǔn)后，向市人才交流服務(wù)中心轉(zhuǎn)交《辭職申請(qǐng)表》和人事檔案；

五、國(guó)家統(tǒng)一分配的大中專畢業(yè)生，畢業(yè)研究生在規(guī)定的服務(wù)期限內(nèi)，一般不得辭職；
