你在辦理手續(xù)的過程中：首先要注意讓單位開出離職證明，要辦理好移交手續(xù)，然后讓人事科的人簽字，并把離職證明和社保轉(zhuǎn)移單交到你手上就可以了。這樣你就算辦完了離職手續(xù)。接下來不知道你是否已經(jīng)找到了新工作單位，如果找到了，很簡單，把離職證明和社保轉(zhuǎn)移單交給新單位萬事大吉。所有的包括用工手續(xù)，重新繳納社保還有檔案保管都是新工作單位人事部的事情。如果沒有找到新單位，你要做的就是把檔案放到當(dāng)?shù)氐娜瞬沤涣髦行模阋约号芤惶耍€要交納保管費(fèi)用的；另外自己繳納社保也可以在人才中心辦理，不過費(fèi)用挺高的，這個(gè)可以不交，等以后找到了新工作再交。希望對你有所幫助。

辦理辭職手續(xù)程序

一、辭職人員首先應(yīng)向所在單位或主管部門提出書面申請，陳述辭職的理由和去向；

*在聽不清楚的情況下，可以要求主考官重復(fù)一遍，因?yàn)樗麄兊目谡Z不一定地道，最好是委婉的提出，謙和一點(diǎn)；（Sorry,could you please repeat?/Could you speak more slowly,please?）

*遇到需要用新單詞表達(dá)，而一時(shí)半會(huì)沒有恰當(dāng)?shù)脑~句時(shí)，采用迂回替代的策略，用常規(guī)語句回答。說錯(cuò)了不要緊，可以再說一遍；

*自我表達(dá)時(shí)，在回顧與展示后，盡量采用主動(dòng)方式，咨詢一些小問題，且多準(zhǔn)備些問題；

*在回答問題前，不要過分的強(qiáng)調(diào)答案的正確性，因?yàn)槊嬖嚨暮芏鄦栴}，要的不僅僅是一個(gè)答案，它考察的可能是回答問題的機(jī)智、語言的組織、還有“德行”；

*回答問題時(shí)間有限，因而，語言要精練，遇到事先有準(zhǔn)備的問題，要適量發(fā)揮，把一些“靚句”、表情等表現(xiàn)因素凸現(xiàn)出來，以形成良好印象；

*進(jìn)入面試場所，應(yīng)主動(dòng)與主考官打招呼，考完要感謝主考官，并希望考官以機(jī)會(huì)，以示誠意；

*面試的過程要向主考官表達(dá)：自信和良好的語言表達(dá)能力，以及本年齡段應(yīng)有的童貞；

*面試時(shí)衣著要得體，顯示本年齡段的服飾，顏色不要太顯眼；
