本學(xué)年教學(xué)工作即將結(jié)束,對(duì)我的工作做如下總結(jié)。今年,我任教八年級(jí)四班的英語(yǔ),經(jīng)過(guò)一學(xué)期的學(xué)習(xí),他們的學(xué)習(xí)目的明確,比較好學(xué),成績(jī)有所提高;學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度認(rèn)真,基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)比較扎實(shí),課堂氣氛比較活躍。英語(yǔ)是中學(xué)生的一門(mén)主課,無(wú)論是學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)還是學(xué)生都很重視它,但是不少學(xué)生覺(jué)得這門(mén)功課單調(diào)枯燥,學(xué)起來(lái)吃力,甚至有不少學(xué)生放棄了它。究其原因,是學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的接觸面小,說(shuō)練機(jī)會(huì)少,以及他與中文的部分反差的諸多因素,使得學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)常常存在“厭、怕、棄”的不健康的心理。這使我不得不改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法。

第一、確立與新課程相適應(yīng)的教育觀念。

學(xué)生是學(xué)習(xí)的主體,老師不能代替學(xué)生讀書(shū),代替學(xué)生感知,代替學(xué)生觀察、分析、思考,代替學(xué)生明白任何一個(gè)道理和掌握任何一條規(guī)律。老師只能讓學(xué)生自己讀書(shū),自己感受事物,自己觀察、分析、思考,從而明白任何一個(gè)道理和掌握任何一條規(guī)律。于是我改變“一言堂”,把課堂還給學(xué)生,形成師生交往、積極互動(dòng)、共同發(fā)展的教學(xué)過(guò)程。

第二、使學(xué)生明白學(xué)習(xí)目的。

要學(xué)好英語(yǔ),首先要使學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)這一語(yǔ)言的目的和意義。眾所周知,人類社會(huì)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了21世紀(jì),新的世界將是個(gè)充滿競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和多變的世紀(jì),中國(guó)要在跨世紀(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得主動(dòng),中華民族要騰飛,要最終取決于優(yōu)秀科技人才的涌現(xiàn)。如果我們不懂英語(yǔ),怎么去了解世界?只有學(xué)生自覺(jué)地把自己的理想與祖國(guó)的前途和命運(yùn)聯(lián)系起來(lái),才會(huì)對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)真正感興趣,這種興趣也有可能轉(zhuǎn)為學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的動(dòng)力。因此我結(jié)合本班學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,通讀和節(jié)選教材,圍繞著最簡(jiǎn)單、最基本、最常用的英語(yǔ)詞匯、句型、交際會(huì)話等進(jìn)行教學(xué),使學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生興趣,形成學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。

第三，努力建立融洽的師生關(guān)系。

相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),初中生比小學(xué)生獨(dú)立性強(qiáng),自尊心也逐漸增強(qiáng),渴望得到尊重。師生之間只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好關(guān)系,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。所以我必須樹(shù)立正確的學(xué)生觀,正確認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)生的主體地位。我用自己滿腔的愛(ài)去關(guān)心、尊重學(xué)生,耐心細(xì)致地指導(dǎo)學(xué)生,主動(dòng)和他們交流，談心,使自己成為學(xué)生歡迎和愛(ài)戴的人。上課時(shí)我是學(xué)生的老師,循循善誘和激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,大膽求異創(chuàng)新;課后我卻成為他們的好朋友,無(wú)話不談,亮起心靈之光;生活上,我是他們的父母,關(guān)懷備至。

第四,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué),保持良好的教態(tài)。

教師的教風(fēng)直接影響學(xué)生的學(xué)風(fēng)。對(duì)課堂駕馭的一言一行,無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻不在影響著學(xué)生。所以我提高自己的思想認(rèn)識(shí),做到愛(ài)崗敬業(yè),學(xué)而不厭,誨人不倦,為人師表,治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),還要保持良好的教態(tài)。老師的教學(xué)語(yǔ)言和教態(tài)對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)有直接的影響。老師的教態(tài)好,學(xué)生就喜歡,他們聽(tīng)課的興趣就高,接受知識(shí)也快。反之,學(xué)生就不喜歡,甚至討厭。特別是正處于青春期的初中生,看問(wèn)題開(kāi)始有可獨(dú)立的見(jiàn)解,對(duì)他們更要注意教態(tài)和教學(xué)語(yǔ)言的使用。如我介紹新句型時(shí),我利用語(yǔ)言的輕重,語(yǔ)調(diào)的高低,和一定的動(dòng)作表情,盡量引起學(xué)生的注意和興趣。當(dāng)學(xué)生回答問(wèn)題時(shí),我的表情變得自然親切,讓他們感受到老師對(duì)他們的信任,這樣學(xué)生就增添了勇氣,就能大膽地回答問(wèn)題。

第五、積極創(chuàng)造語(yǔ)言情景。

目前教材充分吸收了國(guó)際上新的外語(yǔ)教學(xué)理念和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),注重對(duì)學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言能力的培養(yǎng)和訓(xùn)練,強(qiáng)調(diào)以學(xué)生為主體的有意義的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng),為教學(xué)營(yíng)造了輕松愉快、積極向上的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。教材圖文并茂,安排了大量生動(dòng)有趣的活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,使英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)變得容易而有趣。教材圍繞著實(shí)用的話題,逐步開(kāi)展教學(xué)內(nèi)容和實(shí)踐活動(dòng),符合中學(xué)生的年齡、心理特征和學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言的規(guī)律。它強(qiáng)調(diào)運(yùn)用任務(wù)型教學(xué)法把探究性學(xué)習(xí)引入外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中,使學(xué)生主動(dòng)融入創(chuàng)造性的、有意義的整體語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)中。所以我想方設(shè)法創(chuàng)設(shè)語(yǔ)言情景以激發(fā)學(xué)生的求知欲,從而提高他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。在聽(tīng)與說(shuō)中培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)言能力,在聽(tīng)與說(shuō)中激發(fā)學(xué)生的熱情和興趣。不足之處:目前任務(wù)型教學(xué)法是新課程理念下的創(chuàng)新教學(xué)法中的最重要一種它也是交際法的發(fā)展。教師是活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)者,組織者,學(xué)生是交際者。在課堂上我總怕學(xué)生吃不飽,不知不覺(jué)地講多了,沒(méi)有給學(xué)生思考的空間;知識(shí)傳授比重大,語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐不足等等。今后我積極加強(qiáng)自身的課程改革理論學(xué)習(xí),轉(zhuǎn)變教育理念,建立以學(xué)生為本的教育觀念,樹(shù)立活動(dòng)教學(xué)觀,爭(zhēng)取做一名具有現(xiàn)代素養(yǎng)的人民教師。

經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的努力,月考就是一種考驗(yàn)。無(wú)論成績(jī)高低,都體現(xiàn)了我在這學(xué)一學(xué)期的教學(xué)成果。我明白這并不是最重要的,重要的是在今后如何自我提高,如何共同提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)水平。因此,無(wú)論怎樣辛苦,我都會(huì)繼續(xù)努力,多問(wèn),多想,多向前輩學(xué)習(xí),爭(zhēng)取進(jìn)步。以上就是我在本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作總結(jié)。由于經(jīng)驗(yàn)頗淺,許多地方存在不足,希望在未來(lái)的日子里,能在各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師,前輩的指導(dǎo)下,取得更好成績(jī)。
