在教學(xué)過程中,我采用了小組合作評價的教學(xué)手段,立足根本,從學(xué)生的實(shí)際出發(fā),注重學(xué)生長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展。

一、語法方面

本課的重點(diǎn)是過去進(jìn)行時態(tài)以及when、while引導(dǎo)的狀語從句,并能用過去進(jìn)行時態(tài)敘述過去發(fā)生的事情。難點(diǎn)是過去進(jìn)行時態(tài)的概念、構(gòu)成及其用法。所以我首先在課堂引入部分由現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時態(tài)引出過去進(jìn)行時態(tài)的概念及其構(gòu)成,其次通過看圖對話的形式使用過去進(jìn)行時,從而讓學(xué)生掌握其用法。在練習(xí)中大量多媒體的使用為學(xué)生提供了興趣與動力,使學(xué)生在情感和行動上積極參與課堂教育教學(xué)的活動。不足之處在于在when、while的區(qū)別運(yùn)用方面,個別學(xué)生還需要加強(qiáng)練習(xí)。

二、口語交際方面

在平時的教學(xué)中,我十分重視聽說訓(xùn)練,嘗試讓學(xué)生在口語運(yùn)用中學(xué)會表達(dá)他們的個人意見,抒發(fā)個人情感。因此,在第三單元中,功能話題是談?wù)撨^去的事情,這與學(xué)生的個人生活息息相關(guān),只要引導(dǎo)得當(dāng),極易激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,開展關(guān)于這一話題的討論。在準(zhǔn)備上課時我主要從以下幾個方面入手:采取聽錄音,回答問題的方式,? 在完成第一項(xiàng)聽力任務(wù)后,讓學(xué)生帶著問題閱讀課文,再提出問題。開展小組合作競賽的方式,以提問題最多和回答問題最多的小組為優(yōu)勝組,給予獎勵。因而學(xué)生一直在積極參與,提出的問題之豐富,超越了老師的想象,體現(xiàn)了他們豐富的想象力和創(chuàng)造力,取得了極佳的效果。事后,我調(diào)查了一下,許多同學(xué)已在課上背下了課文,課文內(nèi)容耳熟能詳。

三、多媒體輔助課堂教學(xué),有助于提高教學(xué)的效果。

多媒體能使整個教學(xué)過程表現(xiàn)為聲、圖、文并茂,使聲音、圖像、文字的呈現(xiàn)更自然。為此,在課堂上,教師應(yīng)該為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,讓學(xué)生時常感到成功感和成就感,以便進(jìn)一步激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)在動力。在本堂課中我注意讓發(fā)音較標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的同學(xué)多朗讀,讓思維敏捷的同學(xué)先回答問題,讓善于觀察的同學(xué)多糾正錯誤,讓反應(yīng)慢的同學(xué)多回答低難度問題。盡量使每個同學(xué)多動腦、多動口、多動手。

四、情感態(tài)度方面

恒心和毅力是學(xué)習(xí)中不可缺少的意志品質(zhì)。

在教學(xué)過程中,使用小組合作評價方式我收獲很大,但也有許多不足,例如:

1、學(xué)生的參與度不均衡

一節(jié)課下來,一部分學(xué)生都能積極投入到課堂教學(xué)中來,并積極舉手發(fā)言。課堂氣氛比較活躍,調(diào)動了大部分學(xué)生聽課的積極性,因此合作教學(xué)對提高學(xué)生實(shí)際的語言交流能力、以及與他人的合作能力有很大的促進(jìn)作用。但很明顯的,語言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)的學(xué)生參與的機(jī)會相對要多,代表小組匯報的機(jī)會也多,而另有一些學(xué)生卻習(xí)慣于當(dāng)聽眾,被動地接受別人的觀點(diǎn)。很少發(fā)表自己的個人意見,也就是說在小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中學(xué)生的參與度不均衡,而這部分學(xué)生主要是學(xué)習(xí)困難生。

2、個別學(xué)生的合作不主動

教師在開展教學(xué)活動時,個別小組出現(xiàn)“冷清”的場面,這些學(xué)生只顧自己獨(dú)立思考,停留在獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)的層次上,沒有發(fā)揮合作學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢,使合作流于形式。出現(xiàn)上述情況,從合作學(xué)習(xí)的參與者——教師的角度分析主要是教師的設(shè)計和引導(dǎo)不恰當(dāng)、或小組的編排不夠合理等。從合作學(xué)習(xí)的參與者---學(xué)生的角度分析,主要是學(xué)生還沒有掌握基本的合作技能,或者合作意識淡薄,角色的落實(shí)不到位,或合作能力不強(qiáng),合作精神不夠。因此作為教師既要注意到每個合作小組成員的合理編排,又要注意到自己教學(xué)內(nèi)容的設(shè)計、話題的趣味性以及如何把學(xué)生的積極性真正的調(diào)動起來。

3、在課后引導(dǎo)部分,我把學(xué)生分為若干小組,一個學(xué)生描述他或她當(dāng)天早些時候所作的事,再由其他學(xué)生使用when、while說出自己在同一時間里所做的事,進(jìn)行小組口語訓(xùn)練活動,效果很理想。

通過對本單元的教學(xué)反思,我從中領(lǐng)悟到了一種思想,一種理念,那就是優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué),提高課堂效果。從教幾年,真是越來越能體會“教學(xué)是一門藝術(shù)”這句話啦!抓考試成績和提高授課藝術(shù)還真不完全是一回事兒……抓質(zhì)量的話可能通過平時的巧塞加硬塞還能達(dá)到一定效果,可真正在一節(jié)新授課上要不講究一點(diǎn)趣味性或藝術(shù)性,不僅學(xué)生不愛聽,自己都覺得沒精打采,而且底氣不足啊!本節(jié)課雖是經(jīng)過認(rèn)真思考,認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,還請教了師傅,課還是上的不盡人意,慚愧啊!

靜思本節(jié)課的環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計與學(xué)生的課堂表現(xiàn)及課后作業(yè)質(zhì)量,有如下思考:

一、要以一種認(rèn)真和負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度對待一切事情。記得以前上課,每次在上課前都會心慌,或因?yàn)檎n備的匆忙,或因?yàn)閷虒W(xué)流程心中沒有明細(xì)的思路……但是經(jīng)過了充足的準(zhǔn)備,上課之前對自己要教授的每一個環(huán)節(jié)和設(shè)計每一環(huán)節(jié)的目的都很清楚,心中就不那么沒著沒落了。

二、教學(xué)之漫漫長路,可學(xué)可研究的還太多。我的教學(xué)中并沒有什么固定的模式,往往是隨時就課本內(nèi)容而靈機(jī)設(shè)計得教學(xué)程序,不像前輩們那樣能針對每種課型都能胸有成竹地有一套自己的教法。因此平日里的備課時間是花了不少,可效果不全都好。

三、備課中備學(xué)情是最為重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一。在備課中我雖有設(shè)計到八年級學(xué)生的大致學(xué)習(xí)能力,但未具體到我班,而且把學(xué)生的理解能力估計的偏高了點(diǎn)(這也是我的教學(xué)中不少次碰到的問題)。像今天教授的內(nèi)容為閱讀篇,我覺得里面知識點(diǎn)也不多,生單詞也不多,理解翻譯起來應(yīng)該蠻簡單的,可不少的句子還是難住了我的學(xué)生們。再比如在導(dǎo)入部分設(shè)計得Mary’s busy morning,我覺得這是以前談過的話題,變換一種形式應(yīng)該是小事兒一樁,可學(xué)生們卻被我的例子給套住了,我們師生一起干急了一把。當(dāng)然這也反映出我靈活處理課堂的能力欠缺。

四、常說“臺上一分鐘,臺下十年功”,一點(diǎn)沒得假啊。像使用學(xué)案和使用全英文教學(xué)在平時用的太少,導(dǎo)致一些學(xué)生在上課時摸不著頭腦,個別后進(jìn)生根本跟不上。在以后為了提高課堂效率,要經(jīng)常使用教案。再比如學(xué)習(xí)閱讀篇時,以往總是逐句逐句地翻譯導(dǎo)致他們養(yǎng)成了依賴,平時的“讀文章回答問題”都是口頭回答,難免有學(xué)生渾水摸魚,可今天的筆頭答題使不少學(xué)生犯了難。所以,我的理解是在以后要爭取讓平時的課堂和公開課一個模式,讓每節(jié)課都像公開課似地,那教學(xué)就真的到一定的境界了。

五、課堂時間分配要合理,前松后緊的教學(xué)模式會讓學(xué)生也跟著緊張,有蜻蜓點(diǎn)水的感覺。今天的授課中盡量做到了據(jù)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況適時調(diào)整教學(xué)進(jìn)度,因此最后的操練環(huán)節(jié)給予學(xué)生展示的機(jī)會太少了,而恰好不少學(xué)生有點(diǎn)上不了臺面,需要這樣的訓(xùn)練機(jī)會,這只有在以后的教學(xué)中找準(zhǔn)標(biāo)高點(diǎn)。

六、讓學(xué)生養(yǎng)成勤思勤問的好習(xí)慣。要鼓勵學(xué)生敢于問問題,今天課堂上提問的反而是中上層學(xué)生,不少學(xué)生就是礙于情面,很多問題在一知半解的情況下被冷處理了,以后的教學(xué)中要隨時關(guān)注這些學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況。

七、困惑:平時里教學(xué)既要照顧優(yōu)生采用全英文教學(xué),又要考慮到后進(jìn)生采用漢語隨聲翻譯,因此也浪費(fèi)了不少時間,這樣合適嗎?公開課上盡量全英文的教學(xué)讓半數(shù)學(xué)生只能通過觀察別人的行動而跟著忙活

許多英語老師或許都有此感嘆:學(xué)生所學(xué)的英語知識與我們的實(shí)際生活似乎總有那么一段距離,好像很難做到“言行一致”!其實(shí)在不少英語課上,只要教師用一些心思,想一些點(diǎn)子,找到書本知識與實(shí)際生活中相似的切入口,完全可以體現(xiàn)任務(wù)型教學(xué)的真實(shí)性,實(shí)用性和功能性。在教學(xué)Unit3.這一課時中,我給學(xué)生安排了一些課堂前的準(zhǔn)備活動。然后召集了幾名學(xué)生來做記者調(diào)查剛剛學(xué)生的活動情況。我隨即教學(xué)了過去進(jìn)行時:What were you doing when the bell rang? 由于在課堂上我創(chuàng)設(shè)了情景,因此學(xué)生很感興趣,參與的積極性很高,課堂氣氛十分活躍。有兩三個小組的學(xué)生都在全班同學(xué)面前表演,我根據(jù)各小組表演的情況分別給予表揚(yáng) “Well done ” “Very good” 等等,讓參與的學(xué)生都有了一種成功感和被認(rèn)可的感覺。“學(xué)中用,用中學(xué)”是我們教師一直提倡的觀點(diǎn)。本節(jié)課所涉及的知識點(diǎn)(談?wù)撨^去的經(jīng)歷)貼近學(xué)生的日常生活,并讓學(xué)生體驗(yàn)到被認(rèn)同感和使用英語所能獲得的成功感,獲得了初步運(yùn)用英語的能力,為真實(shí)交際打下基礎(chǔ)。在本節(jié)課中,教師實(shí)際上是“導(dǎo)演”,對學(xué)生提出角色體驗(yàn)的要求,并通過示范活動讓學(xué)生體會到中西方文化的差異。使學(xué)生始終帶著一種新鮮感和好奇心去學(xué)習(xí)、理解所學(xué)的英語,由此也達(dá)到了這一堂課的教學(xué)目標(biāo)。

我想英語課堂教學(xué)應(yīng)更加需要情趣、體驗(yàn)、多維和互動,由教師的講授型向?qū)W生的探究型學(xué)習(xí)轉(zhuǎn)變。同時教師要會欣賞學(xué)生,激發(fā)并保持學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。要讓學(xué)生學(xué)會自己去解決問題,讓他們在親身體驗(yàn)
