第五篇：初三英語輔導計劃

為了提高整個班級的教學成績，其中重要的一點就是做好學困生的轉化工作。為做好這項工作，特制定計劃如下：

一、造成學習的主要原因：

初三7.8班共有學生128人，學生的英語學習素質參差不齊。這兩個班學生兩極分化嚴重。尖子生很尖，但學困生也不少，缺乏中間的力量。鑒于此種情況，嚴重的影響了本班學生的整體成績，個別學生還對英語學習產生厭惡的情緒。所以要根據學生的實際情況因材施教，充分利用好課余的時間，加強輔導，以提高他們的學習興趣并提高英語成績。

二、輔導內容：初三英語中的所有內容。

四、輔導的具體措施：

1、以課改精神為指針，以成功心理教育及成功學習理論為指導。新課程改革為全面提高教學質量提供了契機。但要真正達到效果還需要認真領會其實質，因此一定要認真學習有關理論，做到理論聯系實際，改變輔導思路，以學生為服務的對象，堅強服務意識。

2、認真做好后進生的思想工作。后進生大都是由于基礎差，慢慢失去興趣與信心的，所以要改變他們，首先應激發他們的學習信心和勇氣，增強他們的自覺性和主動性，能愉快的學習，體驗成功的喜悅。

3、分類對待后進生。采用個性輔導，并輔以統一輔導。同是后進生，但其后進原因不盡相同，輔導時必須有的放矢，在深入了解的基礎上加強個性輔導，以求最佳效果。

4、充分利用尖子生，通過讓他們與后進生結對子，提高改善效果。對于后進生的輔導，取得好的效果在于一個“勤”字：勤想，勤謀劃，把學生裝在心里，因材施教，循序漸進。

五、擬達到的效果：

通過輔導能夠提高大部分學生的學習成績，激發學生學習英語的熱情，使他們由“懶學”變為“勤學”，從而提高全班的學習成績。
