2018年是浙江省和上海市實行高考英語一年兩次考試的第二年,兩個省市在繼續提供兩次考試機會的基礎上,進一步深化考試內容改革,助力減輕學生負擔,發展素質教育。
浙江省使用的全國統一命題試卷和上海市的自主命題試卷繼續使用新的試卷結構。其中,讀寫結合題型的采用,突出對考生綜合語言運用能力和創新意識的考查,有利于區分高水平的學生和引導中學英語教學。上海市的計算機輔助口語考試,要求學生不僅要能讀會寫,還要聽得懂、講得出,對中學英語教學起到很好的引導作用;在口語考試評分過程中,計算機自動評分技術的應用能夠有效降低和控制口語考試評分誤差,有利于提高評分信度。
