2018春季高中英語教師資格證考試-廣西面試經驗分享
寫在開頭:
面試之前也看了很多別人的經驗分享,聽了我朋友的經驗以及結合我自己的經歷,我覺得根本沒有別人寫的那么氣氛緊張和小心翼翼,表現(xiàn)得禮貌大方就行了。(PS:可能地區(qū)原因吧,本人是廣西的某個市,不算一二線吧)。本分享適合跟我一樣工作了,但是想給自己多一個選擇又沒有太多時間準備的童鞋們。就突然想記錄下來,順便還能跟大家分享啦。(此時距面試成績出來過了5天,通過了,撒花。)
面試前準備:
1.可以關注下“中小學教師資格證考試”的公眾號,上面有關于教師(不僅是資格證,還有后面的教招、特崗)的真題,考試,公告,查分等一切相關的信息,每天都會推出新內容。我的結構化面試題基本就靠它了。面試前兩三個月,公眾號每天會推出2題左右的面試題。我是考前三四周吧,每天就用碎片時間看一下這些題。
2.考前第二周,買了一本中公的《面試快速通過教程-高中英語》,快速看了下,對面試有了整體的了解,然后重點看了里面關于教案的章節(jié)。大概每天下班晚上復習2小時。3.考前一周,主要是兩件事:
A.結合看的中公教材和公眾號的推送教案真題,自己總結了兩篇所謂的套路教案模板,盡可能不在大改動的情況下,可以把閱讀課、寫作課、聽力課、口語課都能套進去(為啥沒有語法,因為全英文講語法課,對于我來講還有一定難度,對此我已經是半放棄的狀態(tài),我最后的掙扎就是考前兩天背了些關于語法的詞匯、詞組,[手動笑哭]。建議有時間還是好好準備。)哈哈,我運氣好,抽到的是寫作題,這個套路模板真的在面試的時候起作用了。
B.上網搜了下幾個別人面試的視頻,看完果然有底一點。(因為搜到的視頻不一定都是表現(xiàn)很好的。好的可以借鑒,沒那么好的就可以增強自己的信心,原諒我的不厚道。)最后兩三天盡量脫稿對著空氣試著講了一下(想的時候簡單,自己說出來就會發(fā)現(xiàn)還有很多問題啦。這個時候還沒有面試官呢,所以這個時候要盡量能說得很流利。我承認我還沒做到。)4.這點可能不算專門為面試準備的,但是我覺得起到了一定的作用。平時,我個人有看英文動畫、電視劇的愛好,可能對培養(yǎng)自己的語感起到了一定作用。(自己覺得自己的英文發(fā)音還是不錯的,小自戀一下,嘻嘻)。
5.最后這點就是關于知識能力以外的準備了。
知道了自己的考場以后,提前訂了酒店。準備好面試打算穿的服裝。其實并不需要很正式的正裝,我在考場上看到的特正式的少有,整潔舒適大方就行,太正式反而看著不親切。但是也不要邋里邋遢太隨意哈。我自己穿的是雪紡白襯衫+黑色蕾絲過膝A字裙+白色包頭系扣白皮鞋。妝容就打了個BB霜,畫了個眉,涂了唇膏,看起來精神點。(現(xiàn)場看到很多女生素凈的連衣裙,感覺也很不錯的說。很少有人穿正式白襯衫加西褲或包裙的正裝。)面試分上午和下午,每個時段有兩批,我是上午第二批,所以提前一晚去了酒店。最后在酒店再看了下自己的“套路教案”和練習了幾遍講課。有的童鞋覺得要提前去一下考場,這個看個人。因為我是早上第二批,而且酒店訂的離學校不遠,就不提前去了。早點睡,盡量第二天精神飽滿。
面試過程:(我們第二批好像是10點20開始,我這神一般的記憶力哇,已經記不確切了。這個一般看每個地區(qū)的安排的吧。)
6點半起床,穿衣洗漱,化了個淡妝。7點出門吃了早餐。帶上身份證,準考證,筆,水就出發(fā)啦。
大概7:50到了學校,這時候正好是第一批人進去面試的時候,我意外混進了警戒線。不過有老師會問你看你的準考證,不出意外,我被叫走了,快點離開考試這棟樓啊,哈哈。由于來的太早,也沒啥坐的地方,走走站站近兩個小時啊,腿有點酸。第二批面試的童鞋也陸陸續(xù)續(xù)來了。一個人來有點孤單,不過后面遇到了另外幾個考生,大家聊了一下,蠻開心的,也放松心情了。快到10點的時候,就開始排隊進考場了。
1、排隊進入第一間教室,這個教室是給大家放包的,給自己的包貼上標簽,然后離開教室(手表也不能戴,只能帶準考證、身份證和一支筆,需要的話水也可以帶走)。基本上大家都放完包以后,這時候大家都在這間教室外了。
2、然后老師就會讓我們到相應的學段教室前排隊。我找到高中段的,就等在教室外了。(不得不說,小學的好得多人哇)。過了一會兒,大概到了10:20吧,教室里的老師就出來點名了,按照順序的排好隊,然后依次“過安檢”進入教室坐下。接著大家都坐好后,就再次檢查身份證、準考證,并確認簽名。老師會跟你說接下去的程序。
3、接著就有老師來帶我們到相應的抽題以及準備的教室。我們是4個人一組。我是這4個人里的第四個。路上老師會再次跟你說接下來怎么做。帶我們到對應的教室以后,就依次到講臺進行抽題,抽題的老師會把抽到的題目打印出來,再給你一張寫教案的試紙。(我們進去的時候,前面一組的4個人正在寫教案,估計我們開始后幾分鐘,他們時間到了,被帶去面試了。)等到我們四個人都抽完題后,會同時到安排好的位子坐下,老師會說計時開始,然后就開始看題,寫教案以及準備下講課思路,一共是20分鐘,還有5分鐘的時候老師會提醒一下。我也是大概這時候把教案寫完,然后構思了一下講課的過程,組織語言什么的。PS:我抽到的是一段對話,主要要求是把對話朗讀一遍,然后指導學生把這段對話寫成一篇作文的寫作課。
4.時間結束后,我們4個按老師的指導,走出教室,排好隊,有另外的老師就帶我們到面試地點。面試正好是4間教室,我們正好每人一間。前面幾個人老師就讓他們在門口等著,等到里面考官準備好了就可以進去了,所以我也不知道后面他們怎么樣了。我是最后一個被帶到教室門口的,老師順便幫我問了下里面的考官可以開始面試了嗎,正好考官也準備好了,就直接讓我進去了,所以沒有經歷敲門這一說。5.面試過程:
首先走進去的過程我微笑跟考官們鞠了個躬,同時一個考官走出來拿走了我的身份證和準考證。然后我就走到講臺上站好。考官們就開始念考場規(guī)則了(根本沒有打招呼自我介紹啥的,考官們一天面試很多人,時間也很緊,基本上走程序很緊湊)。
然后,考官念完考試程序后,就說開始結構化面試,然后就用他們前面的電腦進行抽題了。接下去就是老師問,我答。一共兩題,中文作答。答題過程老師會是不是看下電腦。再后,我答完以后,考官就是說開始你的試講吧。然后我就噼噼啪啪開始講課了,大約講了七八分鐘(理論是10分鐘),全英文授課。
最后,就是答辯了,老師就問了我一個問題,我也是兩句話就說完了。(事后才才思泉涌,后悔沒多說點,馬后炮,哈哈)。這也是英文作答的。
最后的小插曲就是我明顯就是打算收起試題教案準備離開講臺了,考官說了句Please clean the blackboard.沒錯,我就是忘了擦黑板了,哈哈。然后我立馬說了句Sorry, I forgot.然后轉身把黑板擦了。
離開講臺,其中一位考官會出來把身份證還給你,然后讓你把試題和教案交給他。我自己稍微鞠了個躬,說了句Thank you.然后就離開教室了。
6、離開面試教室,回到最開始放包的教室,憑身份證拿回自己的包,就可以離開學校啦。好了,以上就是整個準備以及面試的全過程了。總之面試全程都有老師指導怎么做或者帶著,不用擔心搞錯了。自我感受:
感覺自己準備不是很充分,還是比較倉促的。有時間精力當然是怎么準備充分怎么來。我有點懶。
首先結構化面試,第一題答了跟沒答一樣,因為我一時想不到怎么答,所以吞吞吐吐,最后沒說清楚,就以“大概就這樣吧”結束了。結構化第二題答得不錯,條理比較清楚。試講過程還是有些緊張,很多準備好的情節(jié)句子沒有講出,也有好幾處卡頓。不過好在我基礎還行,雖然講課環(huán)節(jié)銜接之間有卡頓,但是說出來的句子基本是流利的,我嗓門也大,哈哈。然后自我感覺板書還行。至于講課內容中等吧。
最后答辯有點可惜,雖然很流利的答出來了,但答得有點少,就隨便說了兩句。其實試講完課我已經徹底放松了。
所以我覺得最后我能通過,大概是因為整節(jié)課的安排流程都順利完整走下來了,講英文的時候比較大方,英文發(fā)音和板書也都還不錯。結構化有些不足,答辯不加分也不扣分吧。
最后說一下,還是那句話,可能地域原因,不同地方不一樣吧。我看的很多都強調好多細節(jié),我覺得不必要放太多心思在上面,搞得自己緊張兮兮的,穿著打扮整潔精神,待人接物禮貌大方就沒問題。然后還看到別人分享的經驗還能跟老師閑聊兩句什么的,就我自己這里來講,流程走的很緊張,基本按部就班就完成了,沒有那么多的別的什么。

我昨天剛考完,和大家分享一下,因為之前我也是一頭霧水,不知道什么。
我是考前一周開始準備,主要是和另外2個同伴一起。我們每晚會聚在一起討論1,2個小時,主要是討論各種題型該怎么應對:詞匯、閱讀、聽力、口語、寫作、語音、語法,討論完后,我們會挨個試講,其余兩人當考官,指出優(yōu)缺點。感覺合作很重要。
考試當天流程是這樣的:
7:30-7:45 到候考室抽號,A1到A12,B1到B12,就這樣一直到K。我抽到的是A5,不要以為是第五個進去哦。A1-A12都是第一個進去,因為總共12個面試教室。也就是說只要是A,你就是第一個試講的。B是第二個試講,C第三個。。懂了吧。
抽完后A1-A12同學到抽題教室,帶著準考證、身份證、還有抽的號去抽題。老師輸入我的考號后,電腦自動抽題,我的是廣告寫作課。
抽完題后,我們到了備考室,這時候老師把你抽到的題發(fā)給你,寫教案的一頁紙發(fā)給你,20分鐘準備。
準備20分鐘后,我們12個人都各自到了指定的面試教室,面試開始。
1,先敲門,進去說下:各位考官各位老師好,我是A5號學生某某某
2,老師會問你兩個問題,這個環(huán)節(jié)5分鐘。(我回答很快,估計2,3分鐘就答完了)我被問的問題是:教學是一種藝術,你怎么看待這句話。
有個學生很調皮,不聽話,你怎么辦。
老師提問時,你可以說謝謝老師的提問,回答完后,可以說我的回答完畢謝謝老師。3,回答完后,開始試講,時間10分鐘。(估計我講了有6,7分鐘就結束了)
注意試講時候配合板書,不用寫太多,但是一定不要寫錯單詞啊。
4,老師針對你的講課提問你。老師是用英文提問的。這個環(huán)節(jié)5分鐘。
結束后我擦了黑板,謝了謝老師就走了。一定要記得擦黑板噢!
我是第一次考,題型也不是很懂。聽別人說一些,簡單介紹下吧:
詞匯,給你篇文章,里面有加粗的單詞讓你講。可以造句。
閱讀,給篇文章。可以抓大意,找細節(jié),劃1,2個重點單詞和句子。
寫作:有的是半命題,有的是給篇文章。上寫作課。
語音:給一首英文詩歌,或者一篇文章。可以考慮押韻、語音語調這方面。
其他題型就不知道了。
《教育教學知識與能力》以及配套試卷最好是看看,千萬不要覺得沒用。

我答的三點回憶大概是:(1)首先,個體身心發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律里的互補性指的是:機體某方面機能受損甚至缺失后在其他方面的超常發(fā)展得到的部分補償。因此我相信這位聽力輕微障礙的學生在其它方面定有過人之處。我會培養(yǎng)他自信和堅持的品質,采取楊長避短式教育。找他單獨談話,鼓勵他比別的同學多下一倍工夫學習。通過課前預習課時讀寫課后復習來緊跟同學們學習進度。若他在學習方面有需要,我會課后多加強對他的輔導爭取做到不拖班級整體教學進度。(2)其次,我會與其它任課老師溝通告知這位學生的特殊情況,請各任課老師酌情特殊對待,如課后多些耐心給這位同學講解,本著一顆以學生為本,以學生為主體,一切為了學生,為了學生的一切,為了一切的學生的心去進行教學。(3)最后,我會再觀察一陣看看以上方法成效如何,心里提前做好兩種準備。如通過以上此同學學習進度與其它同學相比差距逐漸縮小,我會委婉拒絕那位任課老師提出讓該生轉校的要求。但若經過一段時間磨合后發(fā)現(xiàn)確實相差較大,我會直接與學生家長溝通說明此情況,為了孩子的未來盡快找到一所合適他的學校。

2、如果學生說你的發(fā)音不標準,你會怎么做? 對于結構化的問答,在問答小組練習出來的總—分—總答題模式,真的挺好用。總地來分析題目問題,分點解決,最后再總述。同時要貫穿素質教育,以人為本,師德,應試教育………………各種理論知識。試講題目:北大荒的秋天(蘇教三年級)
題目要求:
1、第四自然段片段教學
2、教學生學會先概括、后具體的構段方式

實也就是老師會根據(jù)你的試講問一兩個問題,不會太難。這次我的教案紙和抽到的考題,都在我自己手里拿著,講完之后再交給老師。根據(jù)各地情況不同,有的可能會收其中一張。總的來說,結構化和試講都要多練習,形成一個套路最好。整個面試過程不會太難,考官也沒那么多時間來刁難考生,他們還不是心想早結束早休息 😂心態(tài),很重要。
