國際貿易 1.前言

英語作為重要的載體之一，已成為人類生活各個領域中使用最廣泛的語言。隨著我國現代化建設的不斷發展，我們與國外的交往越來越頻繁，培養學生的英語口語表達能力就顯得更加重要。但目前的現狀卻是：日常生活中學生使用英語進行交流的機會很少，交際質量不高，交際水平僅僅停留在一般的模仿背誦上，“啞巴式”英語依然存在，這與現實的要求相差太遠，因此必須加強和改進英語口語的教學，這是素質教育發展的需要，也是時代賦予我們廣大英語教育工作者的使命。

《商務英語聽說》的教學目的在于培養學生良好的口頭表達習慣，提高口頭表達和交際能力，加深他們對英、美國家政治、經濟、文化各方面的了解和認識。

2．課程的性質

《商務英語聽說》是一門以培養學生口頭表達和交際能力為目的的技能課，是中等專業學校英語專業學生在基礎階段的必修課程之一。口語是英語教學中四項基本技能之一，也是中國學生的一個難點。用英語進行口頭表達、交際是英語語言運用的一個重要方面。對英語口語的專門訓練可以提高學生的表達能力、對語言的運用能力，同時還豐富學生社會文化知識，增強學生對文化差異的敏感性，培養學生自覺運用語言的習慣，樹立開口講英語的信心。

《商務英語聽說》課程的學習是英語學習者獲取英語專業其它知識、培養語言專業技能的基礎，將有利于語言類其他教學，有助于語言及翻譯研究；也有助于逐步向大學英語三、四級、公共英語二級邁進的重要課程。

3．教學目標 商務英語聽說的教學目的在于培養學生良好的口頭表達習慣，提高口頭表達和交際能力，加深他們對英、美國家政治、經濟、文化各方面的了解和認識。

4.課程內容和要求

《商務英語聽說》課程標準對學生的口語和聽力都提出了明確的要求，指出“學生能聽懂英語的表達；能復述課文大意；講述與本學段水平相當的小故事并參與簡單的模擬和角色扮演的活動；能就熟悉的話題進行交流和演講。”

另外，提供視聽材料，通過“視”、“聽”、“說”的結合，以直接畫面和情節內容為基礎展開有針對性的口語訓練，運用復述、總結、對話、口頭概述、即席演講等活動形式，提高口頭表達能力。

5.實施建議 5．1教學建議

（1）五分鐘free talk ：每天上課前利用五分鐘的時間，輪流由一位學生上臺說英語，為每一個學生提供在眾人面前說英語的機會。對說的內容、說的時間長短不加限制，一年級上學期時側重簡單的會話，進而圍繞問候、告別、感謝、應答、道歉、打電話、意愿、問路等十幾項功能強化交際性的口語訓練。下學期時安排講英語小故事，可以介紹家庭、個人情況等或能用簡單的英語講述自己經歷的事情。還可以安排一至二名學生限時復述課文。臺上學生講，臺下學生聽，一舉兩得，久而久之大部分學生的膽量得到了鍛煉，口語能力也逐漸得到提高。

（2）角色扮演:口語能力只有在一個人想說時才能得到磨練，而角色扮演為提高學生的口語能力提供了動機和機會，角色扮演既可激發學生學習的興趣，還可激發學生學習的動機。角色扮演可由師生或學生扮演不同的角色，把課文以小短劇的形式表演給大家。表演的方法可以是單純的會話表演，也可準備或制作一些簡單的道具，把講臺當作學生表演小話劇的舞臺。每學期還可組織學生開展課文短劇表演比賽。角色扮演為學生訓練口語提供了真實的場景，它克服了語言學習的枯燥感，使語言學習充滿了活力。同時，學生的口頭表達能力也得到了提高。

（3）英語沙龍:俗話說得好“拳不離手，曲不離口”，口語能力的培養單靠課堂45分鐘是不夠的，應充分利用好學生的課余時間。英語沙龍是課堂的有效延伸，它為學生嘗試運用英語提供了機會。這里的交際活動大部分是真實的、自然的，不象在課堂里受到時間、空間的限制。學生通過用英語進行交際，獲得信息，拓展了知識的深度和廣度，逐步養成了用英語思維的習慣。英語沙龍活動由班級口語能力較強的學生擔任組長，為了使學生在活動交流的時候有話可講，每次活動前可以公布話題，讓組員精心準備，掃清障礙。沙龍活動時學生們可以自由交流，無拘無束，講錯了也無妨。英語沙龍是英語交際環境的模擬，交際活動時學生無壓力，心理負擔小,學生可在英語沙龍活動中鍛煉膽量，增強英語口語表達的自信。

（4）布置有聲作業：實踐證明，帶有競賽性質的游戲評比活動，并能將它貫穿在教學的始終，不但對學生產生一種教學魅力，能把學生牢牢地吸引在教學磁場里，更重要的是提高了學生的學習興趣，滿足了學生的自我表現欲望及喜歡競爭的心理，還培養了他們聽、說、讀、寫的綜合能力。讓學生將他們朗讀的內容用錄音機錄制在磁帶上，每天抽查學生數的二分之一，并把讀得好得磁帶推薦給學生，在全班播放，予以表揚。通過抽聽學生的磁帶，從中還可以發現語音、語調、語法等問題，改進教學，提高教學效果。布置有聲作業還有利于培養性格內向型學生的自信心，在課堂上他們不敢開口，對于這一部分學生在給予熱情幫助的同時，可以多布置一些錄音作業，并經常在班上播放他們的磁帶，定期評比出“英語朗讀之星”。久而久之他們就會擺脫自卑的情緒，英語學習的自信心也會隨之增強。

5．2教材編寫原則

（1）教材應符合學生的身心發展特點，適應學生的認知水平。

（2）教材應注意引導學生掌握口語交際和交流的方法。課堂練習應該注重實效。

（3）教材要有開放性和彈性。在合理安排基本課程內容的基礎上，給教師留有開發、選擇的空間，也為學生留出選擇和拓展的空間，以滿足不同學生學習和發展的需要。

5．3教學評價建設

考核包括平時成績、課堂練習和各項教學活動中的參與情況，以及學生對學習過程的自我監控情況。

每學期期中、期末均安排課程考試，考試形式為口試。考試內容應以所指定教材為基本依據，實行考試。

本課程的考核形式：考試

學生最終成績由期末考試成績、期中考試成績、平時成績（含考勤、作業、課堂表現、測驗）三大部分構成。總成績=平時成績的30%+期中成績的30%+期末成績的40%。

5．4課程資源的開發與利用

聽說的課程資源包括課堂教學資源和課外學習資源，例如：各項視聽材料，通過“視”、“聽”、“說”的結合，以直接畫面和情節內容為基礎展開有針對性的口語訓練，運用復述、總結、對話、口頭概述、即席演講等活動形式，提高聽力和口頭表達能力。

6．1教學時數分配：第三學期開設，每周3個課時。6．2建議使用教材：

商務英語系列教材為普通高等教育“十五”國家級規劃教材，是為適應中國加入世界貿易組織以后對復合型商務人才的需求而編寫的。《商務英語聽說》是該系列教材之一。本書為上冊。本書是按照高等院校英語專業新教學大綱的要求并結合中國英語學習者的學習特點而編寫的聽說教材。全書12個單元，以公司企業的日常商務內容為主。每單元包括9個部分：學習目標、預備練習、詞匯表、聽力練習、示范對話、語言要點、鞏固練習、補充閱讀和補充詞匯。在編排上以具體的商務場景為主線，突出語言結構和功能，聽說訓練有機結合。本書編排新穎，內容豐富實用，語言真實自然，練習形式活潑多樣，結合商務交際場景，易于學以致用。
