3月2日，“創(chuàng)意英倫”盛典在上海龍美術館（西岸館）隆重開幕，這場持續(xù)三天的活動因為威廉王子的現(xiàn)身吸引了格外多的注意力，威廉王子的“吸金”能力也可見一斑。根據(jù)主辦方提供的數(shù)據(jù)，這場盛典有望在未來5年為英國經(jīng)濟帶來1.5億英鎊的收益。

首次公開展出的英國知名攝影師大衛(wèi)·巴利為英國女王伊麗莎白拍攝的肖像照、英國設計師布呂熱設計的高科技英國首相府唐寧街10號大門……這些在“創(chuàng)意英倫”盛典展出的展品遠不及威廉王子的現(xiàn)身更吸引眼球。

作為世界上最古老的王室之一，英國王室被認為是最會“賺錢”的王室，而威廉一家無疑最負“吸金”盛名。與母親戴安娜王妃一樣，威廉王子一直熱心于公益，此次訪華的主要行程也包括在云南探訪大象保護區(qū)。不過，無論是英國媒體還是中國媒體，都認為威廉王子此次訪華將在進一步促進中英經(jīng)貿關系上取得顯著成果。

而這也是英國政府的期望。英國貿易與投資國務大臣伊恩·利文斯通勛爵稱，威廉王子是英國最高貴族成員之一，他到訪上海并參加“創(chuàng)意英倫”盛典將對英國優(yōu)秀的商業(yè)企業(yè)產(chǎn)生巨大的支持作用。

3月2日開幕的“創(chuàng)意英倫”盛典現(xiàn)場所展現(xiàn)的高人氣再次證明了威廉王子在經(jīng)濟方面所擁有的影響力。

根據(jù)盛典主辦方提供的信息，當日中英企業(yè)在旅游、醫(yī)療、電影電視、電子商務、金融服務等領域宣布了一系列合作協(xié)議，包括伯明翰機場、海南航空及凱撒旅游將在今年夏天開啟北京至伯明翰的航班，這將為英國當?shù)貏?chuàng)造1900萬英鎊的經(jīng)濟效益；英國中藥研發(fā)企業(yè)Phynova研發(fā)的一款傳統(tǒng)中藥獲得通過，有望在未來5年創(chuàng)收1500萬英鎊。

盛典主辦方稱，這場盛典將支持英國商界尋求在中國的發(fā)展機遇，從而增加英國就業(yè)率，并刺激英國經(jīng)濟增長，有望在未來5年為英國經(jīng)濟帶來1.5億英鎊的收益。

―Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world onfire.‖ So said St Catherine of Siena whose festival day it is today.Marriage is intended to be a way in which man and woman helpeach other to become what God meant each one to be, their deepest and truest selves.―成為遵循上帝旨意的人，你就會激勵這個世界。‖圣.凱瑟琳錫耶納說到。婚姻應該是男人和女人相互幫助成為遵循上帝旨意的人，回歸最深入、最真實的自我。

Many are full of fear for the future of the prospects of our world but the message of thecelebrations in this country and far beyond its shores is the right one – this is a joyful day!It isgood that people in every continent are able to share in these celebrations because this is, as everywedding day should be, a day of hope.很多人對我們這個世界未來的前景非常恐懼，但在這個國家以及那些遠遠超越其國界的地方傳遞出的這個慶賀的信息是正確的——這是一個令人歡欣的日子！在每一塊陸地上的人們都能夠一起慶賀，這很好，因為每一個婚禮的日子都應該是一個充滿希望的日子。
