鼓 Drum：

是個圓筒形物。在激光打印機中專指圓筒形的光導體，以區別于光導板、光導帶，最簡單的鼓是在鼓筒兩端安上齒輪Gear、導電片Electrical Contract做成一個完整的單鼓。

光導鼓／感光鼓 Photoreceptive Drum：

它更強調是具有光導性能的鼓狀物把鼓定性了。光導材料種類很多，有硒(Se)鼓、硫化鎘(CdS)鼓、硅(Si)鼓、有機光導鼓等。

有機光導鼓

Organic Photoconductor Drum / OPC Drum：

有機光導材料來源廣泛，價格便宜，性能優越，又無污染，已經取代了過去的其它光導材料，成了OPC鼓的一統天下。

編輯本段成像組件／暗盒／鼓粉組件

Photorecepotor Cartridge / lmaging Unit：以光導鼓為核心，加上充電輥、顯影輥、清潔刮板等零件，組成一個能把光電信號產生的靜電潛像變成可見圖像的裝置。成像組件中消耗的只是色粉，其它零件只會疲勞或磨損，當色粉用完后，暗盒就得扔掉。

鼓組件

Drum Cartridge / Drum Unit / Drum Kit：有時成像組件就是鼓組件，如HP、Canon系列。有時把顯影部分拿開，只保留鼓芯、充電輥、清潔刮板,這部分才是鼓組件，如Epson、Lexmark系列。更有的是連顯影輥也保留，僅僅沒有粉倉／粉筒，這也叫鼓組件。這種鼓組件不因色粉用完而扔掉，只需更換顯影組件，甚至更換粉筒即可繼續用，如:Brother系列的部分鼓組件。

顯影組件

Developer Cartridge / TD Cartridge：顯影組件中必須有顯影輥，它能吸附色粉，并使它帶電，進而將色粉轉移到鼓表面。顯影組件中絕不包含鼓芯、充電輥和清潔刮板，但粉筒有時是單置的。

粉組件

Toner Unit / Toner Kit / Toner Cartridge：相對某些鼓組件來說，它可能就是個顯影組件。但嚴格講它沒有顯影輥，不能使色粉帶電。它可能有齒輪、撥桿、下粉槽，能參與機器工作，控制下粉，沒有這個粉組件機器就不動作。它形狀要求很嚴，差一點都裝不進去，或者即使裝進去機器也“不認”，它是機器不可缺少的一部

分，是整機廠的知識產權。

粉瓶／粉盒／粉

Toner / Dry Ink / Dry Imager / Dry Toner：墨粉只是黑的色粉。把墨粉叫碳粉就有些牽強，因為很多墨粉并不是用碳黑做成的。若把彩色粉也叫碳粉就更不對，最好叫色粉或顯影粉。墨粉的種類很多，有單組份的和雙組份的，有正電性的和負電性的，單組份中又有磁性的和非磁性的，都因機型而異。通常標注Ｔoner就表示一個裝有色粉的容器，其形狀隨意，可以是塑料盒、塑料袋，只要能將粉倒入鼓組件或顯影組件中就行了。

充電輥 Primary Charging Roller / PCR：由金屬芯軸，發泡導電橡膠，外包絕緣塑料套做成的膠輥。其軸兩端嵌入導電座Conduct Saddle中，靠彈簧使充電輥緊緊地壓在OPC鼓表面。在一定的電壓下能使OPC鼓表面充電。充電輥表面如果被異物磨損劃傷，就會使OPC鼓表面充電不均勻，甚至短路，打印質量下降，必

須修復或更換。

顯影輥 Developer Roller：顯影輥的作用是吸附色粉,使其帶電，并傳送到OPC鼓表面，產生可見圖象。由于單組份色粉也有磁性粉和非磁性粉之分，顯影輥也就有磁輥和導電輥之分。

磁輥 Magnetic Roller / Mag Roller / MR：它是由里面固定不動的磁芯棒Magnet和外面可旋轉的鋁套筒Mag Roller Sleeve以及兩端的塑料套、導電彈簧組成。在鋁套筒表面噴涂上一層粗糙的石墨層。

顯影刮板／磁輥刮板／磁刮板／粉倉刮板／小刮板 Doctor Blade：是注塑或粘接在金屬板上的彈性塑膠片。

磁輥在刮板的擠壓下可使磁性色粉摩擦帶電。磁輥靠磁場力吸磁性色粉，而充電后的OPC鼓靠電場力吸磁性色粉，各顯其能。磁輥兩端套著耐磨絕緣軸套Mag Roller Bushing，又稱間隙套,使磁輥與OPC鼓保持一個嚴格的間隙（軸套壁厚）。鋁套筒通電，與OPC鼓之間存在一個“偏壓”，實現“跳步顯影”。HP、Canon系列使用單組份磁性粉，磁輥顯影是其專利。

磁輥套筒上的石墨層在刮板及色粉的擠壓下也會磨損，而使顯影性能惡化，這時需要重涂石墨層，如果傷及鋁套筒就必須更換，除非磁芯磁性減弱時才需更換整個磁輥。

但是單組份磁性粉不容易實現彩色化。而且磁性粉保存期不長，于是Epson、Lexmark這類打印機就采用單組份非磁性粉。它的顯影輥就是一個充電輥，能使色粉帶電又把色粉吸著送到OPC鼓表面上。其顯影刮片是用金屬薄帶Blade Bar做成，又叫均勻刮片，它通上交變電壓，使顯影輥上的色粉產生跳動而分布均勻。

鼓清潔刮板／清潔刮板／鼓刮板／大刮板 Drun Cleaning Blade/ Wiper Blade / Cleaning Blae：它和磁刮板不同，它不是用膠條的側面和磁輥的圓柱母線相摩擦帶電，而是用膠條端面的鋒利刃口和OPC鼓的圓柱母線相切，從而把鼓表面轉印后剩下的殘粉刮下，因此清潔刮板的金屬板和塑膠條較厚、較硬，膠條刃口更容

易磨損，常需要更換。

廢粉倉刮板 Recovery Blade：就是鼓刮板。在成象組件中常常把鼓所在的部分（含OPC鼓、充電輥、刮板）叫“廢粉倉”Wastc Bin，而把顯影輥及墨粉所在部分叫“粉倉”Ｔoner Hopper。

清潔毛刷／消電毛刷 Cleaning Brush / Electrical Brush：對于使用單組份非磁性粉的Epson系列鼓,常常不用清潔刮板而只用清潔毛刷即可。因為非磁性粉的轉印率極高,鼓上的色粉圖像幾乎全部轉印到紙上去了，鼓上剩下的殘粉很少很少，只需消消電，撣撣粉，甚至鼓組件中連廢粉倉都沒有。

轉印輥 Transfer Roller：和充電輥的結構形狀相似，只是它的導電橡膠較硬，表面的絕緣層也不同。因為它只是對紙張充電，使OPC鼓表面上的色粉圖像轉移到紙上來。轉印輥不屬于成象組

件，而是整機上的部件。

上定影輥／定影輥／加熱輥／熱輥／上輥 Upper Fuser Roller/ Upper Roller / Heater Roller：轉移到紙上的色粉圖像必須經過加熱才能使粉中的樹脂軟化固定下來。定影輥是一支空心金屬管，外面涂上“不粘鍋”的塑料(泰普隆Teflon)，管內裝上1~2支鹵鎢燈（定影燈Heating Lamp）。由于定影輥總放在上面，所以又叫上

輥。

下定影輥／定影壓輥／壓輥／下輥 Low Fuser Roller / Pressure Roller：與上定影輥相對應的是下定影輥。下定影輥絕大多數都是一個實心輥。（除非在高速打印機中下定影輥也做成空心的管狀，管內也有一支定影燈），外面包著厚厚的一層硅橡膠(Silicon)使壓力均勻，故又叫壓輥。當紙張上的色粉通過上下定影輥時，連熱帶壓，就很容易固定在紙上。對于雙面打印，為了不弄臟背面，在硅橡膠外面又涂上一層氟套，使已定影的色粉不會粘在下輥上。隨著打印速度越來越高，對下輥硅橡膠的軟硬度、回彈性、導熱性、與氟套之間的粘接性都有更高的要求。

定影軸承 Fuser Bearing For Heat Roller：為了防止上定影輥熱膨漲后“抱軸”，除了在輥端加定影襯套Fuser Sleeve，外面再使用標準的特輕系列滾珠軸承。

定影軸套 Bushing For Pressure Roller：壓力輥不發熱，可

以用滑動軸套減少體積。

定影膜 Fuser Film Sleeve：打印機都是全天通電的，尤其是多功能一體機２４小時都處于工作狀態。如果用定影輥，熱慣性大，耗電多，機內熱量不易散出。為了減少預熱待機時間，實現零啟動，采用極薄的(６0～８0μm)耐熱塑料套替代定影輥。定影膜是多層的，表面不粘粉，導電，導熱。

定影膜硅脂 Grease For Film Sleeve：涂在定影膜內陶瓷片

上起潤滑作用。

陶瓷加熱片Heating Element：在薄的耐熱絕緣陶瓷基片上燒結上印制電阻，將其置于定影膜內，通電后能起到定影燈的加熱作用。定影膜和陶瓷加熱片熱容量小，體積小，大大減小了激光打印

機的體積。和能耗。

清潔氈 Cleaning Felt：清潔定影輥上的粉塊，多用于速度慢，印量不大的PC機。每一個粉組件配一支清潔氈，用一支粉換

一次清潔氈。

清潔輥／定影清潔輥 Cleaning Roller / Fuser Cleaning Roller：在中速打印機中，用耐熱毛氈裹在鐵芯或鋁管外，用來清潔定影輥上的殘粉。定期更換。

油（毛氈）輥 Oil Roller(Felt)：在高速打印機中，清潔輥毛氈必須浸硅油或在鋁管中灌注硅油，使定影輥永不粘粉。長期使用

后換。

清潔紙／定影清潔紙 Web Supply / Fuser Cleaning Web：在雙面高速打印尤其是彩色打印機中，用成卷的含油耐熱清潔紙能更好地起到清潔定影輥的效果。每一卷紙走完后更換。

熱敏電阻／溫度傳感器 Thermistor / Thermal Senson：檢查定影輥表面溫度的半導體熱敏元件，是機器的保護神。

計數器／記憶芯片 Chips：本來計數器是一個簡單的記憶工具，幫助用戶了解耗材的使用壽命。但是整機廠為了保護自己機器銷售后更多的耗材利潤，他們不厭其煩地在鼓組件和粉組件上帶上記憶芯片OPC Drum Chips／ Toner Cartrldgr W/chips，使用了最新的加密技術，讓再生廠或用戶即使更換了新鼓芯，加進了新粉，也不能工作。這些芯片有的是不可復寫的，提供芯片的原廠都和整機廠簽訂了封鎖性的合同，同時又申請了專利保護。要制做兼容芯片，除了技術，成本是個很大的問題，這就給兼容耗材的生產造成了時間差。當然魔高一尺道高一丈，這場原裝與兼容的戰爭正硝煙

塵上。

搓紙輪／搓紙輥 Pickup Roller：從紙盤或紙盒中把每一張紙依次送進打印機中去，通常只是一個或一對小輪子。

搓紙輪套 Pickup Roller Tire：由于打印用量大，搓紙輪最容易磨損，只需更換塑料輪架外面的橡膠套即可繼續使用。

防雙張分離墊 Separation Pad：在高速打印時，為了防止搓紙輪把一張以上的紙帶入打印機中，造成卡紙等故障，而設置的一

種逆向摩擦片。

進紙輥 Paper Feed Roller：搓紙之后打印之前的一組橡膠輥軸，有時又叫對位輥，它保證打印紙的對位精度。

輸紙輥 Transfer Roller：在轉印之后輸送紙張的各輥。

出紙輥 Exit Roller：出紙的最后一排輥，到此完成一張打印

計數。

分離爪 Separation Claw：把轉印后或定影后的紙從OPC鼓或定影輥／定影膜上刮離下來。

原裝產品／原廠制造／純正／正宗 Original Equipment Manufacture / OEM：原指該品牌廠家生產的產品，如HP的整機所使用的HP、Canon品牌的耗材、備件。又如：美能達Minelta的有些打印機是Epson為他貼牌生產的，使用相應的Epson耗材時對于Minoelta也叫原裝。現在把為別的品牌廠生產，讓人家貼牌的產品和生產行為也叫OEM。如“某廠為ＨＰ公司OEM”。

兼容Compatible：可以完全替代原裝產品使用的東西。如：凱頓KATUN沒有自己的整機，他為市場上所有的復印機、打印機都生產KATUＮ品牌的耗材叫兼容耗材。

通用 Ｇeneral：和兼容的含意相同。
