初中畢業生達到《義務教育數學課程標準(2011 年版)》(以下簡稱《標準》)所規定 的數學
數學學科說明
深圳市初中數學學業考試,是義務教育階段的終結性考試,目的是全面、準確地評估
畢業水平的程度,是高中階段學校招生的重要依據之一。
一、考試命題的指導思想
1.數學學業考試體現《標準》的評價理念,引導和促進數學教學全面落實《標準》所
設立的課程目標,改善學生的數學學習方式、豐富學生的數學學習體驗、提高學生學習數
學的效益和效率,有利于高中階段學校綜合、有效地評價學生的數學學習狀況。
2.數學學業考試既重視對學生學習數學知識與技能的結果和過程的評價,也重視對
學生在數學思考能力和解決問題能力方面發展狀況的評價,還重視對學生數學認識水平的
評價。
3.數學學業考試命題面向全體學生,根據學生的年齡特征、個性特點和生活經驗編制
試題,使具有不同的數學認知特點、不同的數學發展程度的學生都能表現自己的數學學習
狀況,力求公正、客觀、全面、準確地評價學生通過義務教育階段的數學學習所獲得相應
發展。
二、考試命題原則
數學學科畢業考試的命題遵循以下基本原則。
1.考查內容依據《標準》,體現基礎性。
命題突出對學生基本數學素養的評價。試題首先關注《標準》中最基礎和最核心的內
容,即所有學生在學習數學和應用數學解決問題過程中最為重要的、必須掌握的核心觀念、思想方法,基本概念和常用的技能。所有試題求解過程中所涉及的知識與技能以《標準》
為依據,不擴展范圍與提高要求。
2.試題素材、求解方式等體現公平性。
數學學業考試的內容、試題素材和試卷形式對每一位學生是公平的。試題不需要特殊背 景知識也能夠理解。對于具有特殊才能和需要特殊幫助的學生,試題允許學生用各自的數 學認知特征、已有的數學活動經驗,來表達自己的數學才能。制定評分標準系統時以開放 的態度對待合理的、但沒有預見到的答案形式,尊重不同的解答方法和表述方式。
3.試題背景具有現實性。
試題背景來自于學生所能理解的生活現實,符合學業所具有的數學現實和其它學科現
實。應用性問題的題材具有鮮明的時代特征,能夠在學生的生活中找到原型。
4.試卷具備有效性。
數學學業考試試卷應當有效地反映學生的數學學習狀況,以下幾點應當特別注意:
(1)關注對學生數學學習各個方面的考查,既有對學生數學學習結果的考查,也包括
對學生數學學習過程的考查;既有對學生數學思維水平的考查,也包括對學生數學思維特
征的考查。
(2)試卷形式以選擇題、填空題、計算(求解)題、證明題、應用性問題、閱讀分析
題、探索性問題和開放性問題為主要題型。
(3)試題的求解過程反映《標準》所倡導的數學活動方式,如觀察、實驗、猜測、驗
證、推理等等,而不僅僅是記憶、模仿與熟練。
三、考試內容
數學學業考試的考查內容以《標準》中的“內容標準”為基本依據??荚噧热莅ǎ?/p>
基礎知識與基本技能;數學活動過程;數學思考;解決問題能力;對數學的基本認識等。
具體如下:
1.基礎知識與基本技能考試的主要內容:
了解數產生的意義,理解代數運算的意義、算理,能夠合理地進行基本運算與估算;
能夠在實際情境中有效地使用代數運算、代數模型及相關概念解決問題;
能夠借助不同的方法探索幾何對象的有關性質;能夠使用不同的方式表達幾何對象的
大小、位置與特征;能夠在頭腦里構建幾何對象,進行幾何圖形的分解與組合;
能對某些圖形進行簡單的變換;能夠借助數學證明的方法確認數學命題的正確性; 正確理解數據的含義,能夠結合實際需要有效地表達數據特征,會根據數據結果做合
理的預測;了解概率的涵義,能夠借助概率模型、或通過設計活動解釋一些事件發生的概
率。
2.“數學活動過程”考查的主要方面:
數學活動過程中所表現出來的思維方式、思維水平,對活動對象、相關知識與方法的
理解深度;從事探究與交流的意識、能力和信心等。
3.“數學思考”考查的主要方面:
學生在數感、符號意識、空間觀念、幾何直觀、數據分析觀念、運算能力、推理能力、模型思想、應用意識和創新意識等方面的發展情況,其內容主要包括:能用數來表達和交 流信息;能夠使用符號表達數量關系,并借助符號轉換獲得對事物的理解;能夠觀察到現 實生活中的基本幾何現象;能夠運用圖形形象地表達問題、借助直觀進行思考與推理;能 意識到做一個合理的決策需要借助統計活動去收集信息;
面對數據時能對它的來源、處理方法和由此而得到的推測性結論做合理的質疑;面對
現實問題時,能主動嘗試從數學角度、用數學思維方法去尋求解決問題的策略;
能通過觀察、實驗、歸納、類比等活動獲得數學猜想,并尋求證明猜想的合理性等等。
4.“解決問題能力”考查的主要方面:
能從數學角度提出問題、理解問題、并綜合運用數學知識解決問題;具有一定的解決
問題的基本策略。
5.“對數學的基本認識”考查的主要方面:
對數學內部統一性的認識(不同數學知識之間的聯系、不同數學方法之間的相似性等);
對數學與現實、或其他學科知識之間聯系的認識等等。
四、考試形式與試卷結構
數學學業考試采用書面閉卷考試的形式。
試卷結構為:全卷滿分為 100 分,考試時間為 90 分鐘。
數與代數、空間與圖形、統計與概率、實踐與綜合四個領域在試題中所占的比重與它
們在教學中所占課時的百分比大致相同,數與代數約占 45%,空間與圖形約占
35%.統計
與概率約占 15%,實踐與綜合約占 50%。
試題題型將有如下形式:選擇題、填空題、計算(求解)題、證明題、應用性問題、閱讀分析題、探索性問題、開放性問題等。
試題按其難度分為容易題、中等題和難題,三種試題分值之比約為 5:3:2。
五、.試題類型與樣卷
數學學業考試的命題以《標準》為基本依據,參照《標準》中“評價建議”的要求,充分發揮各種已有題型的功能,其基本原則為以下幾個方面:
(1)考查內容的重心是《標準》中最基礎和最核心的內容。即對所有學生來說,在他
們學習數學和應用數學解決問題過程中是最重要的、必須掌握的核心觀念,重要的思想
方
法、基本的概念,常用的技能。不出現“繁、偏、『日”試題。
(2)科學性與合理性,既包括它在數學方面是正確的,又包括它所描述的問題情境是
合理的、而非臆造的。
(3)準確、簡潔、可讀性,確保試題不產生歧義。具體表述時可以是抽象的數學語言,也可以是形象化的語言和符號;不造成文字量過多而提高題目的“難度”;試題的表達 應符
合初中畢業生的閱讀習慣。
(4)試題的“難度”不反映在對某個具體技巧的掌握及熟練程度、或者問題本身的復
雜程度上,而是反映在對學生數學思維水平(如抽象程度、多樣化、邏輯性、形象化
等)
和對數學的理解與應用能力(如能否洞察較為深刻的數學關系、數學特征,用數學解
決問
題時的策略有效性等)等方面的考查上。具體題型的命題要求如下:
1.選擇題與填空題 這兩類試題只要求學生給出問題的最終答案,并只依據學生提出的最終答案評判學生
解答這類題目正確與否。
這兩類試題可以用于特定基本數學事實、數學技能的考查,試題可以用多種表達方式,包括文字、圖像與代數符號等陳述。
2.計算(求解)類問題
這類試題的目標清晰,對解決問題過程中所需要的數學知識、方法有較明確的提示。
解題過程中學生需要做的主要活動是回憶、嚴格按照程序操作不出無意識錯誤等。這
類試
題通常用于對一些數學公式、數學技能的熟悉與熟練情況的考查,這一類試題的運算 種類、步驟、復雜程度均不超過《標準》的要求。
3.證明題
這類試題所涉及的活動既有尋找這些數學邏輯關聯的探索性活動,也有對相關數學證
明方法、證明技巧的有效應用,甚至還蘊涵對問題不同角度的理解、不同方式的表達等等。
這類試題用于考查學生邏輯推理能力、邏輯關系的尋求和把握狀況、對數學證明的過
程與方法的理解和掌握情況。
證明試題首先在于由條件和結論所構成的命題具有價值;其次是求解策略的空間比較 大——可以通過對試題采用不同的認識角度,而獲得不同的證明思路;再就是基本的證明 過程應當能夠反映學生對相應數學知識或方法的理解水平。試題在表達的清晰性、準確性 等方面需要注意以外,還應注意試題的“難度”,不宜落實在是否能夠找到那個特定的證 明模式上(如輔助線、代數表達式、特殊數值)或者知道某個特定的技巧上。另外,對于 每一步的理由說明也不做要求。
4.應用題
此類問題有利于考查學生數學建模的能力、對相應知識與方法的理解水平、解決問題 的意識與能力,這類試題的命制原則包括以下幾點:
(1)問題背景是現實的,如關于資源、環境、其他學科活動、經濟生活、數學游戲或
而不是脫離生活實際的、人為編造的情境。
(2)內容以及敘述方式是可理解的,不需要學生已經擁有一些特定的背景知識或技能(除非事先給出解釋)。
(3)內涵是豐富且有價值的,即問題本身或求解過程中涉及豐富而重要的數學概念、數學思想方法。5.閱讀分析題
這類試題用于評價學生認識數學、理解數學以及數學學習的能力;考查學生尋求具體對象的數學性質、對象之間的數學關系、對數學知識的理解水平以及數學方法的應用水平等;還用于考查學生獲取圖表所含數學信息的能力,從已有信息中做出合理推斷的能力,其基本原則如下:
(1)問題背景隱含重要數學概念、性質或關系,素材來源于生活、來源于數學或其他學科。
(2)問題以新的數學為對象,包括概念、法則、公式、命題等為主要對象。問題本身或求解關注對變化對象的研究、對變化關系的理解,不以求未知量為所有研究對象。
(3)問題的挑戰性落實在研究數學意義上,而不是閱讀方面的障礙導致學生解答困難。
(4)通過閱讀圖表獲得的信息應當超越借助代數運算獲得的結果,用于考查學生對相應數學對象的整體把握水平,包括估算能力,要求學生做一些合理的預測和推斷。
6.探索題
這類試題用于考查學生的數學實踐能力、探索能力,考查學生“做數學”與從事“數學化”活動的能力;評價學生從事歸納、類比、概括、推理等思維活動的水平,以及對自我數
學活動過程與結論的反思能力等,其基本要求如下:
(I)試題背景具有實質性意義,而不僅僅將探索對象歸結為對一列數字特征的歸納。
(2)試題的求解過程體現策略多樣化的特點,允許借助直覺思維、或對問題的整體把握而直接獲得合理的猜測。
(3)試題中的設問能引發學生對自我思考過程、而不僅僅是對結果的反思。
(4)試題的評分標準充分考慮到多種合理性答案及評分規定,沒有科學性錯誤。
7.開放性問題
這類試題能給每一位學生提供用自己掌握的知識、熟悉的方式去表達對問題的理解的機會,用于考查學生直覺思維和發散思維的活動水平,從而能夠較全面地推斷學生的數學學習狀況。這類試題的命題基本要求如下:
(1)問題的“開放性”落實在問題所提供的條件具有不確定,解決問題的策略多樣化、不同但合理的答案個數不確定(不是僅僅指答案個數多于1)、問題結構的可改變性等方面。
(2)能使所有的學生都能夠給出自己對問題的理解、解答。合理的解答包括在數學上程度不同、在思維水平上存在差異、在表述形式上多樣的答案。
(3)問題本身或求解過程中涉及豐富而重要的數學概念、數學思想方法:有利于學生從事有價值的數學活動——觀察、實驗、猜測、驗證、推理等。而要注意的是,此類試題存在著標準難于制定和對閱卷數學教師素養要求較高等方面的問題。

一、考試性質

三、命題原則
1、做到有利于課程改革的深入實施,有利于教育思想和教學方式的轉變,有利于培養學生的創新精神和實踐能力,有利于高中階段學校選拔新生和學生素質的全面提高。
2、遵循《課程標準》。本次考試化學科以國家教育部的《全日制義務教育化學課程標準(實驗稿)》為依據,緊扣教材,在嚴格遵循《課程標準》的前提下,編制試題。
3、遵循課改精神。適應基礎教育課程改革形勢,力求比較全面地考查學生所掌握的化學基礎知識和基本技能,同時考查蘊含在其中的過程與方法、情感態度與價值觀。
四、命題基本思路
1、重視基礎。注重在具體情境中考查學生的“雙基”,體現學科特點。對于化學學科的一些專業術語(如“蒸餾”、“過濾”、“蒸發”等)要求學生能夠準確書寫。
2、關注實驗與探究。在考查學生實驗基礎知識的同時(要求學生能夠準確書寫儀器名稱),加強對學生科學探究能力的考查。
3、聯系實際。注意聯系生活實際,從日常生活的常見現象中選擇試題素材,體現化學就在我身邊、身邊處處有化學。引導師生主動關心人類面臨的與化學有關的重大社會問題,關心我國及世界各地發生的與化學有關的重大事件,關心人類的生存環境。
4、促進學生發展。有意識的考查學生運用化學知識提出問題、分析問題和解決問題的能力,為多數學生后續學習和一生成長打基礎,同時弘揚學生個性。
五、考試形式和試卷結構
1、閉卷,筆試,化學試題滿分為50分,與物理共120分。理化考試時間共120分鐘。
2、題型主要有選擇、填空與簡答、實驗與探究、計算與分析四種類型。其中選擇題分值分配比例約為25%。
3、從知識和技能的角度分析所占比例約為:基本概念和基本原理20%、身邊的化學物質30%、化學實驗與探究35%、化學計算與分析15%。

一、命題的指導思想和原則
1.全面貫徹國家的教育方針,有利于推進素質教育;體現九年義務教育的性質,有利于提高教學質量;促進學生思想品德健康發展。
2.堅持課改方向,體現新課程理念。反映課程標準對學生的知識與技能、過程與方法、情感態度與價值觀等方面的基本要求,符合學生的年齡特征和認知水平,注重雙基,全面考查學生的思想政治素養。
3.符合思想品德課教學的實際,較為全面準確地反映初中思想品德課教學現狀;試題力圖做到有利于指導初中教學,有利于培養學生能力,有利于初、高中教學銜接。
4.命題堅持科學性、導向性、基礎性的原則,注重理論聯系實際。
二、命題依據
依據國家教育部2003年5月印發的《全日制義務教育思想品德課程標準(實驗稿)》以及一年來重大時事政治命題。
三、命題范圍及權重
(一)命題范圍:
1.七年級:依據《義務教育課程標準實驗教科書思想品德》七年級上冊(2008年3月第3版)教材的第四單元和七年級下冊(2008年11月第3版)教材的第四單元的內容命題。
2.八年級:依據《義務教育課程標準實驗教科書思想品德》八年級上冊教材(2008年3月第3版)的第四單元和八年級下冊(2011年8月第5版)的教材內容命題。
3.九年級:依據《義務教育課程標準實驗教科書思想品德》九年級全一冊(2008年3月第3版)內容命題。
4.時事政治:以2012年5月1日至2013年4月30日的國內外重大時事及黨和國家在現階段的方針、政策作為背景材料命題,不再獨立考查
時事知識,不印發時事政治資料。
(二)權重:心理健康約占10%;道德約占10%;法律約占40%;國情教育約占40%。
四、試題類型與分值比例
1.單項選擇題,約占50%。包括唯一性選擇和組合式選擇。2.分析與說明題,約占25%。試題提供文字材料、圖表、數據或漫畫等,讓學生運用已學知識分析、理解和說明問題。
3.探究與實踐題,約占25%。創設情景,讓學生進行再創造,學以致用,自主探究,聯系實際解決問題。
五、考試形式及難易比例 1.形式:閉卷、筆試。
