『大會簡介』

首都北京目前正處于工業化中期向后期推進的階段，工業化進程尚未最終完成，國際大都市發展內在規律要求首都必須加快技術創新和高新技術產業化進程，完善產業鏈，提高產品附加值。當前，新型工業化道路出現的二、三產業之間相互融合的趨勢，有利于充分發揮北京的比較優勢，推動高新技術產業和現代服務業的互相促進、共同發展。北京工業必須堅持以科學發展觀為統領，緊密圍繞“新北京、新奧運”的戰略構想，走新型工業化道路，以信息化帶動工業化，以高端、高效、高輻射力和資源節約、環境友好為產業發展方向。

北京經濟的發展為現代工業工程與工程管理的學術研究和應用創造了新的機遇。本次會議作為經驗成果交流的學術平臺，將深入研究并探討管理科學的創新理論與方法。

我們真誠期待眾多的IE&EM有識之士播種首都、耕耘首都、收獲首都、植根首都！
