第一屆機械工程與材料科學國際學術會議（Mems2012）將于2012年12月28日至30日在揚州召開。會議由法國Atlantis Press、揚州大學、哈爾濱理工大學等多所高校和科研機構共同舉辦。此次會議將聚集亞太、北美、歐洲乃至全世界知名專家及學者，共同探討機械和材料領域的新成果及新議題。會議論文集將由Atlantis Press出版,所有被收錄的會議論文將被Ei檢索。會議的部分優秀論文（擴展后）將推薦到相關SCI或Ei期刊上發表。

2．檢索會議召開信息的工具

《世界會議》（World Meetings）美國Macmillan Publishing編輯出版，預報二年內將要召開的會議信息。共分四分冊出版：《世界會議：美國和加拿大》；《世界會議：美加以外的國家和地區》；《世界會議：醫學》；《世界會議：社會與科學、教育與管理》，以上四個分冊均為季刊，內容包括自然科學、工程技術、醫學和社會科學。

ISI（美國科學情報研究所）Proceedings

Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings（科技會議錄索引，簡稱ISTP）Index to Social Sciences & Humanities Proceedings（社會科學及人文科學會議錄索引，簡稱ISSHP）。

科技報告及其檢索

科技報告是報道研究工作和開發調查工作的成果或進展情況的一種文獻類型。科技報告傳播研究成果的速度較快。

注重詳細記錄科研進展的全過程。大多數科技報告都與政府的研究活動、國防及尖端科學技術領域育關。（保密度）

其撰寫者或提出者，主耍是政府部門、軍隊系統的科研機構和一部分由軍隊、政府部門與之簽訂合同或給予津貼的私人公司、大學等，即所謂“合同戶’或資助機構。

科技報告所報道的內客一般必須經過有關主管部門的審直與鑒定，因此具有較好的成熟性、可靠性和新穎性，是一種非常重要的學術信息資源。

1．科技報告的出版形式

報告（Report）一般公開出版，內容較詳盡，是科研成果的技術總結。

札記（Notes）內容不太完善，是編寫報告的素材，也是科技人員編寫的專業技術文件。

備忘錄（Memorandum）內部使用，限制發行。包括原始試驗報告，有數據及一些保密文獻等，供行業內部少數人溝通信息使用。

論文（Paper）指準備在學術會議或期刊上發表的報告，常以單篇形式發表。譯文（Translations）譯自國外有參考價值的文獻。

2．按研究度進度劃分的科技報告

初期報告（primary Report），研究單位在進行某研究項目的一個計劃性報告。進展報告（Progress Report），報道某項研究或某研究機構的工作進展情況。中間報告（Interim Report），報道某項研究課題某一階段的工作小結以及對下一階段的建議等。

最終報告（Final Report），科研工作完成后所寫的報告。

3．科技報告的保密性

保密報告（Classifical），按內容分成絕密、機密和秘密三個級別，只供少數有關人員參閱。

非保密報告（Unclassifical），分為非密限制報告和非密公開報告。

解密報告（Declassfical），保密報告經一定期限，經審查解密后，成為對外公開發行的文獻。

在我國，科枝報告主要是以科技成果公報或科技成果研究報告的形式進行傳播交流。自20世紀60年始，國家科委（現國家科技部）就開始根據調查情況定期發布科技成果公報和出版研究成果公告，由國家科技部所屬的中國科技信息研究所出版，名稱為《科學技術研究成果公報》。這就是代表我國科技成果的科技報告。

美國政府的PB（OfficeofPublication Board）報告

軍事系統的AD（ASTIA Documents）報告

國家宇航局的NASA（National Aeronautics and Space Administration）報告 能源部的DOE（U.S.Department of Energy）報告。

GrayLIT Network是由美國能源部（DOE）科技信息辦公室（OSTI）聯合美國國防科技信息中心（DTIC）、美國航空總署（NASA）、美國環保總局（EPA）提供的科技報告數據庫。由以下五個數據庫組成：

Defense Technical Information Center（DTIC）Report Collection提供解密文件，超過42,000篇全文報告，內容涉及國防研究和基礎科學。

NTIS報道的科技報告主要是美國的四大報告，另外包括美國農業部、教育部、環保局、健康與人類服務部、住房與城市部等的科技報告；同時也收錄世界其他許多發達國家，如加拿大、前蘇聯、日本、的國和歐洲各國以及一些國際組織的報告。
