一.課程目標(biāo)

本課程為專業(yè)方向課，目標(biāo)在于課堂傳授和訓(xùn)練，幫助學(xué)生理解口譯翻譯理論，掌握口譯翻譯技巧，能夠用英漢兩種語言，較為快速準(zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行有關(guān)國際商務(wù)方面的口頭翻譯工作如商務(wù)接待、商務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)、商務(wù)談判以及國際貿(mào)易流程。除此之外還要使學(xué)生對于跨國公司的經(jīng)營、中國和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易及商務(wù)環(huán)境有所了解。本課程著重拓寬學(xué)生商務(wù)英語詞匯量，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的“瞬間記憶”能力，并提高口語的表達(dá)能力和快速反應(yīng)能力。

理論教學(xué)主要以課堂講授為主，需幫助學(xué)生了解和復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)商務(wù)知識、口譯員素質(zhì)要求和口譯員必備的“基本功”及介紹口譯的技巧。課堂實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練方法包括視、聽譯和單、雙向的交替?zhèn)髯g，主要利用不同主題不同題材文本或音頻視頻材料訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的實(shí)際口譯能力。該課程是要求學(xué)生具備基本商務(wù)知識，要求學(xué)生先修《翻譯》、《英漢漢英口譯》、《國際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)》三門課程，通過《翻譯》課程，使學(xué)生掌握基本的翻譯原則方法；通過《英漢漢英口譯》使學(xué)生了解掌握口譯的基本技能，而《國際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)》課程使學(xué)生已對商務(wù)知識有基本了解，有利與本課程的開展。與本課程同時(shí)開設(shè)的相關(guān)課程有《商務(wù)英語閱讀》、《商務(wù)英語寫作》和《國際商務(wù)談判》，這三門課程主要從商務(wù)閱讀能力及商務(wù)書面和口頭溝通三方面提高學(xué)生的實(shí)際能力，與本課相輔相成，使學(xué)生的商務(wù)英語聽、說、讀、寫、譯全方位能力提高。因此它們之間存在極其密切的關(guān)系。三.課程資源

本課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容共分為二大模塊：商務(wù)知識及口譯理論技巧，口譯課堂實(shí)訓(xùn)，總學(xué)時(shí)為36。第一部分為商務(wù)知識及口譯理論技巧共占12學(xué)時(shí)。主要介紹商務(wù)口譯理論知識及口譯技巧策略,使學(xué)生對不同商務(wù)情景、專業(yè)術(shù)語、英語表達(dá)法及口譯基本技巧有了解。重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)是口譯筆記的技法，記憶策略及語言形式的特定表達(dá)法等方面的內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)。第二部分為實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)，共占24學(xué)時(shí)。本課程側(cè)重口譯實(shí)踐訓(xùn)練，以互動(dòng)式的任務(wù)法教學(xué)，不斷訓(xùn)練學(xué)生單雙向聽譯和視譯的實(shí)踐能力。課堂教學(xué)主要采用互動(dòng)教學(xué)法.實(shí)行“互動(dòng)教學(xué)法”，就是在講授每一個(gè)知識要點(diǎn)以前，由老師先提出問題，并向?qū)W生提示思路引，在課上讓學(xué)生充分討論，自己去探索解決問題的方法，使原本枯燥的教學(xué)內(nèi)容在學(xué)生腦海里留下深刻印象，又?jǐn)U展了學(xué)生的視野。

任務(wù)教學(xué)法則是通過課上課下給學(xué)生設(shè)置各種任務(wù)，各種場景，使學(xué)生不斷訓(xùn)練課上所學(xué)知識和口譯技能，從而有效提高學(xué)生的參與積極性，訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力。

教學(xué)過程努力擴(kuò)大課堂信息量，力求把最新最具代表性的商務(wù)資訊傳達(dá)給學(xué)生，并結(jié)合接受性學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)現(xiàn)性學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢，增加師生活動(dòng)，受到了學(xué)生的歡迎。此外，《商務(wù)英語口譯》的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源十分豐富，各類電子圖書館可以提供大量的商務(wù)口譯音頻視頻資料，作為對《商務(wù)英語口譯》紙質(zhì)教材的補(bǔ)充，為學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)和教師對教學(xué)內(nèi)容的深化提供了良好的教學(xué)環(huán)境和平臺。

五、課程評價(jià)

本課程是考查課程，對于學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果的考核方式主要依靠課堂表現(xiàn)、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，以及對于課程活動(dòng)的參與程度。另外課程中安排兩次測驗(yàn)和兩次口譯模擬聽譯測試，綜合這些表現(xiàn)成績，學(xué)生可以獲得其課程最終成績。

對于教師教學(xué)的評價(jià)方式，可通過與學(xué)生座談，學(xué)生評教，督導(dǎo)組評教，教師互相聽評課活動(dòng)以及不定期網(wǎng)絡(luò)溝通方式進(jìn)行評價(jià)。

六.改革思路

2000年經(jīng)教育部高教司審批的新編《高等學(xué)校英語專業(yè)英語教學(xué)大綱》明確提出了 2 1世紀(jì)外語人才為“復(fù)合型人才”的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。新《大綱》所規(guī)定的高等院校英語專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是 :“具有扎實(shí)的英語語言基礎(chǔ)和廣博的文化知識并能熟練地運(yùn)用英語在外事、教育、經(jīng)貿(mào)、文化、科技、軍事等部門從事翻譯、教學(xué)、管理、研究等工作的復(fù)合型英語人才。”同時(shí)《大綱》還規(guī)定了“復(fù)合型英語人才”的規(guī)格為 :“扎實(shí)的基本功、寬廣的知識面、一定的相關(guān)專業(yè)知識、較強(qiáng)的能力和較高的素質(zhì)。” 因此，《大綱》所提出的復(fù)合型英語人才應(yīng)具備的“較強(qiáng)的能力”應(yīng)理解為“較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用能力”。這與我院的培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才的辦學(xué)定位完全契合，即各門課程應(yīng)突出應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)在教學(xué)建設(shè)中的引領(lǐng)作用，并且應(yīng)重視實(shí)踐教學(xué)和質(zhì)量保證體系建設(shè)。本著以上指導(dǎo)思想，《商務(wù)英語口譯》的教學(xué)宗旨其實(shí)質(zhì)是突破原有的教學(xué)模式,把外語教學(xué)和商務(wù)學(xué)科緊密結(jié)合,將知識傳授和能力、素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)融為一體,通過科學(xué)的手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型、復(fù)合型的商務(wù)英語口譯專業(yè)人才，針對這些問題進(jìn)行整改。

七.改革措施：

高等院校商務(wù)英語專業(yè)口譯課程的改革是當(dāng)前高校教學(xué)和管理改革的一部分,該課程既有理論知識又有實(shí)踐操作，根據(jù)我院培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才的要求，我們對商務(wù)英語口譯課程提出了如下改革意見，以更好地促進(jìn)英語專業(yè)的建設(shè)。1．教材的選用

在口譯教材方面, 目前所用教材，沒有配套語音材料，對于口譯這樣一門聽說課程來說，這無疑是很大欠缺。拘泥于任何一種固定口譯教材都不能很全面地體現(xiàn)口譯的現(xiàn)場交際特征,不利于對學(xué)生交際能力的培養(yǎng)。所以確立主干教材同輔導(dǎo)教材并舉的模式非常重要;而且,所選教材應(yīng)當(dāng)突出系統(tǒng)地體現(xiàn)實(shí)用性、時(shí)效性和靈活性的特征,比如,實(shí)用文獻(xiàn)及口譯場景實(shí)錄等。這樣,在一個(gè)自主的空間內(nèi),以口譯技巧為主線,搭建口譯訓(xùn)練的理論和實(shí)踐框架,使教師和學(xué)生可以根據(jù)具體情況就訓(xùn)練過程中的每一個(gè)步驟在框架內(nèi)靈活地使用相應(yīng)素材,不僅避免了使用單一口譯教材的呆板,而且可以生動(dòng)地再現(xiàn)口譯實(shí)踐場景,促進(jìn)了學(xué)生對實(shí)用口譯技能的掌握。

2．教學(xué)手段

計(jì)算機(jī)多媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)應(yīng)當(dāng)成為實(shí)施口譯教學(xué)重要手段。口譯教學(xué)需要一個(gè)比較理想的模擬現(xiàn)場交際環(huán)境,而計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的獨(dú)到之處恰好滿足了這一需要。國際上,CALL技術(shù)(Computer-AssistantLanguage Learning,即計(jì)算機(jī)輔助語言教學(xué))發(fā)展很快,在提高學(xué)生聽說能力、交際能力、尤其是訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的口譯能力方面有著傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)手段無可比擬的優(yōu)越性。計(jì)算機(jī)集播放、錄制、投影、剪輯等功能為一身,可以將口譯教學(xué)中的視、聽、說、寫、譯五項(xiàng)內(nèi)容融為一體,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造出聲像并茂,真實(shí)生動(dòng)的語言環(huán)境。另外,采用計(jì)算機(jī)多媒體技術(shù)進(jìn)行口譯現(xiàn)場模擬,開展商務(wù)談判、禮儀、接待、參觀、訪問等外事活動(dòng),不僅可以有效地調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生,而且使艱苦的課堂訓(xùn)練生動(dòng)有趣。成熟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)便于信息的傳達(dá)和反饋,使口譯教學(xué)直接和方便。本課程隨能利用語音教室，但其程度只限于教師 操控多媒體設(shè)備，這不利于不同學(xué)習(xí)程度學(xué)生自我掌控學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度，從而也打擊一部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。

3．課程評價(jià)體系的改革

為了加強(qiáng)本課程理論知識和操作技能的橫向貫通，我們積極探討教學(xué)考核方式方法的改革，并實(shí)施過程性評價(jià)的考核方式。我們的課程評價(jià)的考核施行既考核學(xué)生基本理論、基本知識，又考察學(xué)生的實(shí)踐操作技能，平時(shí)成績和現(xiàn)場教學(xué)實(shí)訓(xùn)、校內(nèi)實(shí)訓(xùn)和校外實(shí)訓(xùn)的過程性考核方式，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性和積極性，使考核更能體現(xiàn)學(xué)生真實(shí)的能力和水平。商務(wù)英語專業(yè)應(yīng)該在口譯考試方面另辟蹊徑,按照實(shí)用性和時(shí)效性的原則,以商務(wù)學(xué)科為框架,采用多種多樣的形式演示口譯現(xiàn)場,或直接參與商務(wù)口譯活動(dòng)。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場的表現(xiàn),來對學(xué)生的口譯能力(包括理解、反映速度、表達(dá)等)、心理素質(zhì)、現(xiàn)場表現(xiàn)、職業(yè)道德等方面進(jìn)行評估。
