全國大學英語四六級成績出來，都順利的一次性通過了，雖然不是太高，但自己感覺從自己的付出和收獲角度來看，算是比較正常的，因為考四級我之花了一個星期的復習，六級只用了4天左右做真題，其實總的來說這些主要是看自己的英語基礎如何了，基礎好的只要讓自己找到狀態(tài)同樣可以通過這兩場考試，我的英語基礎還不算太差吧！考過這兩場考試現在開始準備緊張的考研復習備考了，自己現在總結英語四六級復習的經驗與大家分享。

英語四六級有三大塊是拉分的，聽力、閱讀、作文！我就分三塊逐一談談自己的感想：

聽力總的來說還是需要自己花時間聽的，我記得我高一的時候英語聽力并不是很好，由此偶然的機會，班上要評選英語課代表，老師問有沒有自愿的，我的一群同學起哄把我報上去了，由于我的理科成績相對好些，英語老師對我影響還好，就答應了，那時候為了高考老師組織每天晚餐之后18點到18點45分這段時間練習聽聽力，就聽英語周報上面的，所以我的任務就是每天督促自己和我的同學們聽聽力嘍，這樣一堅持就是2年多，正是由于這樣的鍛煉我的聽力水平相對以前來說提高了，這次英語四六級考完之后初略估算了下都是在23分（總分35）以上。所以我覺得英語聽力還是要靠自己平時督促自己練習的，不管是不是為了應付考級還是為了以后工作，總是有益的！你堅持認真聽的話就有提高的可能，不聽就絕對不會提高！

第二就是閱讀了，如果是為了考四六級的話，我覺得進行閱讀強化訓練比較好，因為四六級考試閱讀都有一定的規(guī)律，并不一定要你深刻理解每篇文章，而是根據問題去文章找答案，所以平時我們應該訓練根據問題去文章快速找答案的能力，大家可以上新東方網站去找些歷年的四六級真題以及模擬題做訓練，或者找些針對性的訓練書來強化訓練，注意千萬不要半途而廢，做的時候一定要集中精力強化訓練，做完之后要總結經驗，如果做題時精神不好，可以先找些自己喜歡做的跟學習有關的事情，慢慢進入狀態(tài)，等自己學習的狀態(tài)一到，立馬全身心投入訓練，這樣的效果會好很多。另外平時早晨有時間多讀英語文章，例如新概念英語，對培養(yǎng)自己語感具有很強的積極作用。而且提高自己口語的能力，還有組織語言的能力，對寫作或者自己用英語表達有很大的幫助。

第三就是作文，四六級的作文都是格式化了的，把歷年的作文參考答案一看，清一色的結構式文章，自己平時多看多讀，加上自己考前強化背誦英語范文，在30分鐘之內寫一篇文章出來是綽綽有余的。但為了提高自己的英語技能我覺得還是必須一步一個腳印，記單詞及其用法，語法，看，讀相結合的，多積累就離成功不遠了！

以上是我個人的經驗總結，如果你的基礎很差，還是把常用的那3000個單詞記住吧，否則連基本常用單詞都不認識，閱讀中一句話十幾個單詞你就有百分之八九十不認識，那上面說的都白說了！我個人會將以上學習經驗繼續(xù)擴大，應用到考研英語之中，雖然兩者有區(qū)別，但不乏相似之處，但愿我的經驗對大家有幫助！

英語四六級講座心得1

一、先來說聽力考試部分。

1、根據答案的選項，猜測到題目會是怎樣的場景，提前想好可能的場景以后，聽錄音的時候就不會太緊張，因為很多對話你已經能想到可能怎么說了。

2、而對于數字題則要經過簡單的計算，需要你提前做好準備，以便快速在演算紙上迅速的計算。

3、當監(jiān)考官宣布考試開始以后，在放錄音之前的考卷拆封條時間是最寶貴的時間，這時候要做到一心六用。第一要迅速的把剛才看過的題的可能答案標注出來，然后繼續(xù)往后看題并猜測可能的場景和答案。同時耳朵要注意聽錄音的播放。但是，錄音的一開始是考試的英文說明，這時候不要管他，繼續(xù)往后做題。如果不好猜測出答案的，先劃掉明顯錯的答案再猜，憑著這種直覺基本上都能猜對的。因為在考試的緊張環(huán)境下，如果聽錄音的時候有遺漏或聽不懂的部分，你大腦的注意力就都轉移到疑惑上去了，因此導致做題的邏輯性思維能力降低。

所以盡量在考試沒開始之前盡量多的做題，選出可能的答案。這樣當你聽到”Therefor“的時候，停止往后的做題，回到第一題，這時候，和考題相關的錄音就開始播放了，你一邊聽錄音，以便驗證你的答案。第一題聽不懂不要慌。因為第一題往往是比較難的。繼續(xù)注意聽第二題，不要因為第一題的影響而導致第二題根本沒聽到。

按照這樣的考試方法，你的聽力考試實際上是很輕松的，有更多的思考時間來驗證推敲你的答案。

二、寫作考試

1。注意審題，進行有效的字數控制。考試題目中的三句話實際上就是作文三個段落的具體內容，把其擴展展開寫就可以了。但是要注意不要千篇一律的寫，第一，第二，第三。。。這樣的作文沒有新意，容易落入俗套，如果確實這樣寫比較好，也要注意使用不同的表達方式。

2。作文的第一句話非常重要，往往決定了你的作文分數。后面寫的好壞不影響大局。因為考官閱卷的時候，將面對大量的試卷，工作量很大，所以必須要保證閱卷的速度。閱卷人一般是看第一句定下基本分數，后面只是驗證是否值這個分數。如果后面寫的不好，可能會稍微的扣分，如果寫的好再稍微的加分，但很少會再大幅度的變化你的分數。

3。寫完之后要回來一個字一個字的檢查，避免小錯誤導致丟小分。

4。一定要在15分鐘內寫完，保證有再檢查一遍的機會。

三、閱讀考試部分。

一般來講，第一篇文章最難的，是出題人震懾你用的，如果不會或者覺得太難可以不作，或者放到最后做。然后你倒著做，先做最后一篇，這樣會容易些，也能建立起你對考試的自信。

正確的答題方法是，先看題目，再看文章的第一句和最后一句話，第二句和倒數第二句話，這里一般是文章的Topic所在。但要一定要注意看最后是否有”but“，如果有的話要特別注意。然后根據題目的要求在文章里面找Keywords，再一目十行的找數字。這樣的話35分鐘的時間可能還會有剩余，閱讀理解考的就是時間。這才是解決問題的關鍵所在，所以平時做題練習的時候就要養(yǎng)成這樣的習慣。

四、詞匯問題。

四級詞匯包括我們初高中學習過的1800－2300個單詞，還包括四級考試大綱要求的約4300個單詞。但實際上這里面有一些單詞是重復的，只不過是解釋的意思不一樣而已，也就是說一個單詞考多種解釋詞條的問題。這樣的話，只要復用式掌握2500個關鍵單詞就可以了。同時要搞清楚單詞的搭配關系，熟悉固定的搭配。六級詞匯也大致相仿，只不過數量上稍微多一些而已。

那么怎么記憶這些單詞呢？應該在短期內集中突破。2個月內四六級單詞過2－3遍。單詞的記憶是重復的過程，任何人任何方法都不能讓你一遍就記住所有的單詞。考試大綱要求的詞匯至少要記憶3－4遍。

單詞記憶的方法有很多種，你要找到適合自己的方法，當然也不要只使用一個方法，應該多種方法相結合的記憶效果最佳。

1。死記硬背法。

2。英英解釋法。形象化是一種能力，也是背單詞是一種能力。

4。詞根詞綴法。這是根據英語的發(fā)展規(guī)律來理解記憶單詞的一種方法。5。類比的方法。進行同義詞的比較，有助于加深對詞匯的阿理解和記憶。6。生活中學英文。這是利用生活環(huán)境中的一切機會和條件來學習英文，充分利用瑣碎的垃圾時間。

在記憶單詞的過程中，每一個上升期面對一個平臺期，所以不要為某一階段的停滯不前而泄氣。你要為自己定下一個更高的目標，即使達不到也會比現在更高。況且只要你努力，就會達到，這也是對自己毅力的挑戰(zhàn)。所以，不要把記憶單詞看成是Germany（折磨你），而是應該養(yǎng)成良好的習慣：

1。每天堅持學英文，不要間斷。而且學習要投入，否則沒有效果。

2。考前反復看四六級真題，近5年的考試真題10套就足夠，再多也沒有意義。

在印象中似乎很久沒有聽過這么精彩的英語講座了，確切地說應該是大學畢業(yè)以后，這一星期的培訓讓我整個教育思想，教學理念以及整個英語教學的觀念煥然一新。

在我接受英語教育時所學到與所感受到的一切對歐美國家的風土人情，風俗習慣和那些文化深深地吸引了我，讓我愛上了英語。然而經過這一星期聽完我們的專家團隊所展示給我們的講座卻讓我更加熱愛我當教師這一份職業(yè)，我深深地體會到要當一名合格或更出色的英語教師并不是那么簡單，當然，也不是想象中那么難。下面我談談給我留下深刻印象的老師以及他的課帶給我的體會：

何廣鏗教授—何教授給我們講授了英語教學法的的理論與實踐，不得不說，這位有著淵博知識與多年經驗的資深教授讓我深刻體會到我們不只要有理論知識還得學會怎么在教學課堂里應用，教學法方面的，比如說怎樣上好一堂課，語言教學應該以教給學生如何使用這種交際工具為主。語言知識的學習是為更好地使用語言工具，發(fā)揮其交際功能服務的。語言知識的學習要服從聽說讀寫能力的訓練，因此，經驗都是在實踐中總結出來的。

陳道明所長—陳老師是一個幽默風趣卻又不失淵博知識的人，他是我們的學科班主任，每天都可看到他忙碌的身影以 及他在課前課后用那形象的言語深的我們老師喜歡。在他的課上，他用生動的語言給我們講了英語的基本理念，學英語就是懂得：形—意—用，把語言放進語境里，創(chuàng)設情境，只要方法好讓學生越學越容易，記得他說的那句話，當老師就是得臉皮厚以及愛學生。

何安平教授—何教授給我們分析了教材，講述了教材的概念及功能，教學理念是怎樣反映在教材上以及教材不僅是知識的載體，而是培養(yǎng)人的載體等。從她的課上我認識到了教材的重要性和怎樣充分地利用好我們手上的資源,學習whattoteachandhowtoteach.田湘軍老師—這位經驗豐富的老師在他的課堂上讓我們確實是享受了一節(jié)精彩的課，教師可通過多樣化手段使學生在欣賞英語歌曲的同時激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣、訓練語音、訓練聽力、教學詞匯、呈現操練句型。讓我們覺得身為他的學生是多么的幸福，他在展示了英語歌曲與教學相結合在課堂上是多么的重要，讓學生在玩中學，在學中玩。這既可培養(yǎng)學生的興趣又讓學生學得輕松愉快。

詹俊峰老師，詹老師用生動的語言給我們上了一節(jié)語音課，給我們講了英語的讀音在我們英語教學中的重要性，讓我們懂得作為一名英語老師，英語的讀音所帶給學生的影響，語言是人類最重要的交際工具，而語音是語言的物質外殼，是實現語言的社會功能的物質憑借。可見，語音是語言的最基本的形式，要掌握一種語言必須以先學好這門語言的語音為基礎才能順利地、有效地學習語言。

徐蘇燕老師—徐老師在英語課堂上真是一位教學能手，給我們展示課堂中的師生互動能為學生提供更多可理解性輸入,提醒學習者對語言形式的注意,并為他們提供更多機會進行輸出。給我們留下更深刻印象的便是徐老師那惟妙惟肖的課堂角色的扮演及她所模仿的人物的聲音動作，確實讓我們就好像置身在那情境中.詹晴兒主任—詹老師在課堂上講述了備課的重要，要上好一節(jié)課，必須要備好課，備教材，備學生，教師在備課時要花大氣力研究、琢磨如何創(chuàng)設情境。現行的教材給課堂的交際化，在內容和情境上帶來了一定困難，這就要求教師對那些實際生活中并不存在、脫離語境的語言材料加以改編、靈活處理，創(chuàng)設直觀、真實、可行的情境。某些課文難點比較集中，就采取適當方式分散難點，進行知識滲透。讓學生在不太困難的情況下進行學習，使用語言。此外，通過比較真實的語言環(huán)境，進行豐富多彩的表演，也能較好地激發(fā)了學生們的學習興趣，并為他們創(chuàng)造參與活動的機會。鍛煉他們的語言表達能力和語言運用能力，進而提高他們的聽說能力。

這一周的培訓讓我受益匪淺，讓我深深體會到作為一名一線的老師肩負的重任，用我們陳道明老師的一句話說就是：

不要“教死書，死教書，教書死”。期待以后能有更多這樣的培訓機會讓我們學習。
