本課主要語言功能項目為“表示勸阻或禁止”的日常交際用語。對話發(fā)生的背景為Tim

樣做對眼睛不好”。這段對話突出的是表示勸阻的語言項目Don'treadinthesun.,其中兩個人對書中一些畫面評述的句子比較長,不太容易上口。
二教法建議
給學(xué)生展示課文對話場景的錄像。先看一遍,可以幫助學(xué)生理解對話內(nèi)容,起到初步感受語言的目的。新知識操練可采取師生或生生問答的形式,理解課文對話中不易表現(xiàn)的內(nèi)容如They'resobeautiful.,然后進(jìn)入朗讀課文部分,因為在新知識呈現(xiàn)和問答過程中已經(jīng)涉及到對話中的大部分句子,所以在朗讀過程中側(cè)重于學(xué)生的發(fā)音,特別是新詞匯sun,read,don't,還有beautiful,bad,,以及個別句子的語調(diào)。然后找學(xué)生分別扮演對話的三個人物到教室前面邊聽錄音邊再現(xiàn)對話內(nèi)容。Let'spractise和Funtime中的五幅圖做成Powerpoint,依次呈現(xiàn)給學(xué)生,可以先讓學(xué)生用中文說說圖中人物錯在哪里,然后請學(xué)生以小組的形式討論如何用英文提示這些人。Funtime中的詞匯it和floor提供給學(xué)生,以支持學(xué)生組織語言。接著請幾個學(xué)生說出他們組織好的句子。最后聽錄音或看錄像進(jìn)行比較。
