This university has newly established faculties, namely Electronic Computer, High Energy Physics, Laser, Geo-physics, Remote Sensing, and Genetic Engineering.

能引起這種翻譯的副詞有no, never, hardly, no longer, in no way, not until, not even, only 等。
Never before have I read such an interesting book.
These data will be of some value in our research work.

Heal the wounded, rescue the dying, practice revolutionary humanitarianism.
We have to be quick of eye and deft of hand.
The wings are responsible for keeping the plane in the air.

These three colors, red, green, and violet, when combined, produced white.

I had experienced oxygen and /or engine trouble.

While stars and nebulae look like specks or small patches of light, they are really enormous

bodies.
A man spending twelve days on the moon would find, on returning to the earth, that a year had passed by already.

1.The number of the young people in the United States who can`t read is incredible about one in four.
2.Television,it is often said, keeps one informed about current events, allow one to follow the latest developments in science and politics, and offers an endless series of programmes which are both instructive and entertaining.(85 年考題)
3.All they have to do is press a button, and they can see plays, films, operas, and shows of every kind, not to mention political discussions and the latest exciting football match.(85 年考題)
