【寫作指導】與前兩年相比，今年我們安徽省高考作文題的特點，我個人認為是題目的審題難度下降了，因為今年的作文題是以命題作文這樣的形式出現的，所以廣大考生一般來說在審題這一塊應該沒什么太大障礙，但要想寫好這個題目，寫得出彩，難度也不小。從題目來看，寫作的對象為“時間”，寫作的重點為“流逝”，我個人的理解是：出題者的出題意圖在于，通過這個題目考察廣大考生是以一種怎樣的人生態度積極地看待自身的成長。因此，這個作文題可有三個立意的大方向：一是如何悅納過去，二是如何活在當下，三是如何對待未來，因此，套用趙本山的小品《昨天 今天 明天》，我們可以大致把較佳的立意概括為“悅納昨天 充實今天，把握明天”，比方說，我們的考生可以回顧高中三年來的心路歷程，得出積極向上的生活態度和充滿朝氣的人生態度，從閱卷的角度來看，那些注重個人體驗，善于表達自我，講求語言文采，結構層次清晰的感悟類考場作文更容易脫穎而出，獲得高分。

時間在流逝

“時光容易把人拋,紅了櫻桃,綠了芭蕉”，這是詩人眼中的時間流逝；“子在川上曰:逝者如斯夫,不舍晝夜”，這是哲人眼中的時間流逝；“聽時光飛舞” 這是文人眼中的時間流逝。而我眼中的時間流逝則是“不悔昨天，不怨今天，不怕明天”。

時間在流逝，對于過去的昨天，我選擇“讓過去過去”的不悔。對于昨天的過去，有人說，回憶是遺忘的開始，遺忘是回憶的結束。有人說，過去應該銘記而不應該忘記。有人說，戀舊的人是現在活得不幸福的好人。而我卻一直堅持著自己當初的認為。記得在一次考前心理輔導課上，面對著那一張張年輕四溢但懊悔異常的青春臉龐，我動情地說了一句“如果青春是一本太倉促的書，那么我們就要在上面把了(le)變成了（liao）!”,是呀，對于我們每個人來說，無論我們的過去是如何地輝煌或是如何地不堪，當我們去直接面對它們時，我們只能選擇放下，事實上也是我們只有選擇了放下，我們才能抽身、轉身、離開，然后再次出發！前兩天，我讓我的學生們寫了“我這三年”的命題作文，不少孩子都在追悔虛度的光陰，后悔年少的無知，懊惱之情溢于言表。而我想告訴他們的是：過無悔人生是我們每一個人的人生追求，對于一個青年人來說，就是要想到就做，做過即了！如此，當我們年老的時候，坐在溫暖的火爐旁回首往事時，我們臉上的每一個皺紋都會微笑著說——我的一生是在無悔中度過的。

時間在流逝，對于現在的今天，我選擇“讓現在正在”的不怨。對于今天的現在，不滿者甚眾：怒發沖冠者有之，怨氣沖天者有之，更有甚者，怨天怨地怨自己。而我選擇的是“漫隨天際云卷云舒”的不驚,“笑看庭前花開花落”的無意,只追求，不強求！在一次與青年教師的座談中，我說“作為年輕人，我們應該多一點朝氣，少一點怨氣；多一點底氣，少一點傲氣；多一點銳氣，少一點怒氣”，此話不假的：工作中，生活中，可謂是“人人有困境，個個有煩惱”，然而，我們不可怨，不能怨！常言道“牢騷太盛防腸斷，風物長宜放眼量”，當一個人怨氣太重時，他就會怨天尤人，就會不思進取，就會“不為成功找方法，只為失敗找借口”，一般人如此，青年人更容易如此，所以，我常教導我的學生說“永遠不要抱怨那些無法改變的東西，用行動改變那些可以改變的東西，用智慧去分辨這兩者”，而我自己不僅是這樣說的，也是努力這樣做的，因為，只有如此，才有可能成為一個“看得透、想得開，放得下，忘得掉”的生活智者。

時間在流逝，對于未來的明天，我選擇“讓未來到來”的不怕。對于明天的未來，我不

怕，因為“未來還未來”，這是我所帶的高三理（2）班教室后面黑板報上的一句格言。它也是我所激賞的一種生活態度。我業余從事心理咨詢工作已有八九年時間了，在我接待的形形

色色的來訪者中，更多的是各種各樣的焦慮癥患者：應試焦慮、職業焦慮、情感焦慮。。。

不一而足，但是對未來的高度焦慮卻是這些人群的共有特點，其實也是他們的真正病因！

有資料說，焦慮癥已經成為了我們這個社會的首要心理通病，我不知道這是不是轉型社會的特點，是不是社會發展的代價，但我清楚也明白：如果一個人老是活在對未來的恐懼中，他是不可能幸福的！雖然，我不敢說未來是為我而來的，但我知道未來不是虛幻，未來是今天的明天；我不想說明天會更好，但我明白努力了明天就會大不一樣；我不會說世界有我不值一喜世界無我不值一悲，但我了解生活不是生下來活下去，而是應該擦亮夢想，舞動人生。時間在流逝，對于過去的昨天，我選擇“讓過去過去”的不悔；對于現在的今天，我選擇“讓現在正在”的不怨；對于未來的明天，我選擇“讓未來到來”的不怕。你的選擇呢？
