5、留意過程評價,促進學生發展,建立能激勵學生學習愛好和自主學習能力發展的評價體系。總之,讓學生在使用英語中學習英語,讓學生成為Good User而不僅僅是Learner。讓英語成為學生學習生活中最實用的工具而非累贅,讓他們在使用和學習英語的過程中,體味到輕松和成功的快樂,而不是無盡的擔憂和恐驚。
二、教學總目標
學生應有較明確的英語學習動機和積極主動的學習態度。能聽懂教師對有關認識話題的陳述并能參與討論。能讀供七至八年級學生閱讀的簡樸讀物和報紙雜志,克服生詞障礙,理解大意。能根據閱讀目的運用適當的閱讀策略。能與他人合作,解決問題并報告結果,共同完成學習任務。能在學習中互相幫助,克服困難。能合理計劃和安排學習任務,積極探索適合自己的學習方法。在學習和日常交際中能留意到中外文化的差異。
三、所教班級學生基本情
三班走讀班,學生總體的基礎明顯的參差不齊有,十來個學生根本沒有學習目標,完全放棄學習,但學生的紀律總體還是不錯,這樣為學生的學習打下良好的基礎。六班是寄讀班,學生總體的學習情況較好,大部分的學生有明確的學習目標,有一定的自覺性,但學生的紀律不夠好,這成了班級英語成績的總體提高的攔路虎。還有兩個班級學生整體的惰性還夠好是很強,自覺性較差。
另外,學生在情感態度學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識;大多數同學沒有養成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發現和總結語言規律,不留意知識的鞏固和積累。
四、奮斗目標:
鉆研新課標,提高教學水平,真正做到教學相長,努力達到學校規定的教學指標。
五.本學期教學內容
全書共有十二個單元。Unit1 How often do you exercise? Unit2 What’s the matter? Unit3 What are you doing for vacation? Unit4 How you get to school? Unit5 Can you come to my party? Uint6 I’m more outgoing than my sister.Uint7 How do you make a banana milk shake? Uint8 How was your school trip? Uint9 When was he born? Uint10 I’m going to be a basketball player.Unit11 Could you please clean your room? Unit12 What’s the best radio station? 外加兩個復習單元。本教材各單元話題靈活,貼近生活實際。
六、本學期的教學重點和難點
本學期的重點將繼承學習詞匯和習慣用語,學習的一些語法知識點有:頻率副詞、詢問情況、方式狀語、提出邀請、形容詞比較級、最高級等。其中狀語從句和形容詞是本冊的難點,將重點學習。
七、提高教學質量的可行措施及教改措施
1、多聽課,特殊學校組織外出聽課,更要虛心學習
2、認真鉆研教材,提高自己駕馭教材的能力
3、準確引導尖子生,抓好中等生,輔導好學困生
4、作業做到全批全改,發現問題及時反潰或單獨輔導
5、認真備課,認真上課,盡量提高四十五分鐘的效率
6.天天背誦課文中的對話。目的:要求學生背誦并默寫,培養語感。
7.天天記5個生詞,2個常用句子或習語。實施:利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查,保證效果并堅持下去。
8.認真貫徹晨讀制度:規定晨讀內容,加強監督,保證晨讀效果。
9.堅持日測、周測、月測的形成性評價制度:對英語學習實行量化制度,每日、每周、每月都要給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會,讓進步的同學體會到成就感,讓落后的同學找出差距,感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學習氛圍,培養學生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。10.對后進生進行專門輔導,布置單獨的作業,讓他們在小進步、小轉變中體味學習的快樂,樹立學習的自信,盡快成長起來。
11.關注學生的情感,營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。12.實施“任務型”的教學途徑,培養學生綜合語言運用能力

七、崗位練功和繼承教育
1、在教學中留意自己鋼筆字和粉筆字的訓練
2、多讀書,在讀書做筆記時要做到不是為了完全成學校的任務而讀而記,要從中學到真天正適應自己提高的知識
3、在寫教學反思,教學筆記、教學案例中發現自己的不足,從而有所提高
4、認真備好每一節課,至少每周備出一節象講匯報課一樣的課,加強自己的業務學習和自身素質的全面提高。
九、本學期的研究課題
為了減輕學生的課業負擔,并且讓學生在升入二年級后也仍對英語有愛好,特定本學期的教研課題為《向四十五分鐘要成績》。詳細方案如下:
1、重視方法的指導,在單詞方面改變學生以前的背詞方法,盡量讓學生在課堂上把握。
2、學習對話時,多想辦法為學生創設情竟,以便把握。
3、課堂教學要留意情感教育,讓學生感受到老師對他們的重視,因此將學生的全部留意力集中到課堂學習中。
4、有些知識點必須在課堂上檢查,以便學生課后能準確完成作業,達到鞏固的目的。將學生分成小組,在課堂上有些老師發現不了的問題,讓小組中的尖子生充當老師的角色,以幫助老師解決問題。

在教授這一課時,我積極倡導自主合作,探究的學習方式,充分激發學生的主動意識和進去精神。但是在學案的應用過程中,如何展示和檢測處理上不清楚,學生口語表達不清,交際應用練習較多,占據時間多,本課容量較大,角色表演分配時間較少,知識點的分析較少,所以以后要注意各環節的時間分配問題,掌握好課堂節奏。

第一次課預習采用課前預習,課上書寫檢測的方式,占用時間較多,檢查的不充分。經過同組老師的指導和討論。第二次課 我采用的是課前預習,課前書寫,課上小組合作匯報預習效果,利用多媒體課件采用頭腦風暴的方式,預習基數詞,每個同學都參與展示。
片段二
第一次課,語言輸入我采用課件展示,學生說練,層次不夠清晰,語言輸出練習的少。經過組內老師的討論和自我修改。第二次課對課件進行了修改,有輸入輸出的過程,層次明朗。
四、“我的模式我的課”今后努力的方向
結合本節課的教學內容、教學過程和教學效果的反思,在今后的教學中要注意以下幾方面:
1、備好課。備課不是簡單的將知識羅列或記憶,要遵循“充分整合教材、合理挖掘教材、有效拓展教材”的方針處理教材,不僅備教材,還要備學生,并預設教學中可能會出現的各種問題及解決方法。
2、充分發揮學生的主體地位。不要老是老師在上面不停地講,‘填鴨式’教學,要充分調動學生學習的積極性和主動性,讓學生參與到課堂教學中來,多對話,多表演,變要我學為我要學。
3、充分發揮評價對學生的激勵作用,在授課過程中不同的學生給以不同程度的題,然后給予表揚,從而調動全體學生的積極性,使學生愿學。
4、做好預習導學,預習導學是導學案教學中極其重要的一個環節,它既能充分體現學案的導學功能,又是實現全體先行的關鍵環節為學生提供了一種適合學情的,有針對性的課前預習也是一節課成功的關鍵。
總之,教學工作是一項認真細致和需要耐心的工作,不能有半點馬虎和敷衍。同時教學工作不僅要教給學生知識,還要培養學生學習的習慣和學習的能力。只有充 分發揮教師的才智才有可能勝任這份工作,希望我能在今后的工作中做的更好
